XD I believe James and Lydia did...though wouldn't Seifer know what Renee is up to if she's making them??? Or well...she'd probably make a spray instead of cream because of how much easier it would be for everyone who uses it. XD

xD well that goes without saying, I mean they are modifying it so that it can be used on plants. But I mean, even without the fact that Renee is making the stuff, I think it would be kinda' questionable that they are making giant vats of HAIR GROWTH TONIC. xD I mean... why? lol because they would be more than likely to make big vats since they need to regrow a lot of plants.

Yeah, we didn't have options. I'm okay with guardians of Midgard. By the way the C.B.G. sounds cool as though Cool Beans is like some government protection agency.
