Katsuya , Vassal Ogar's threat is real. If Minnie doesn't answer or if she fails a speech roll if she tries to lie, he'll cut off her trigger arm and with that she can no longer use rifles unless it comes with a stand and for about 8 weeks as she's relearning how to fire with her left hand, she'll have -8 to all her gun rolls even if she's using a pistol. That roll penalty will get less and less worse as the weeks pass and she keeps training: -7 on the seventh week, -6 on the sixth week, until it finally disappears and she's back in shape again.

True, it's not like Sen and Seth would be in the sewers and if they were, they aren't going to show themselves, but she can say something they'll believe, something an enemy would know. Like about Luthien, or they were trying to talk to the governor because of something.
