You know I was almost thinking that maybe Kenren should be one of the virtues instead of James or Renee. Like replace one of them because what are the chances of two siblings being chosen? But then, Seth, Sen, and Rhea aren't in the mix so I don't know. xD okay, now off to watch movie!

Yea but what are the chances of a Prince and his soldier being part of the virtues too?? XD Same chances! It's like with Seifer being a perfect candidate for Pride. XD Besides siblings can be part of the virtues together, I think. It makes sense too since Renee is always thinking about helping others while James is seriously restricting himself from doing something he wants to do like...parenting Renee. XD It's a counterbalance thing. They've always been like that too.
So Kenren knowing about the virtues is something that only his many greats grandpapies know, in case this whole thing with evil dragon and evil dragon egg doesn't happen on the other side of the storm wall.
Like his family were assigned as the guardians and Kenren is just doing what his family is assigned to do???

ASDFGHJKL!!! That's perfect! Momochi can represent what Kenren and Chenglei are missing; the freedom to be together! It's taboo in the Orients for manxman or womanxwoman to be together, so Chenglei is like wanting to have that freedom back like when he and Kenren dated while Kenren was disguised as Momochi!
Zer0 and I decided that maybe Kenren and his mother ran where there was poverty and that's when Chenglei met him as part of his job. Then after getting to know each other, including the gender thingy, Chenglei was super happy and didn't really care about the rules as long Kenren became the king to the throne, hoping that maybe the prince can do something about that taboo view thingy. Then when the king told Kenren to give up Chenglei or no throne for him, Chenglei would bottle up his real desire to slap the king for saying that and told Kenren "Just go for the throne, forget about me" type of thing! *screams in joy!* You're awesome!!!!
Yea! Especially since they would spend a lot of time together, being a bunch of dorks that they are. *More like Kenren being OCD as hell and Chenglei telling him to eat for once...every three hours. XD* IT'S PERFECT!!!!!

Okay, so the nymphs showed what's in the way of the ones they love:
For James, it's Hailey and she represents as James' past mistakes in their relationship. His fear is getting in the way of his love to Lydia. It also tests and proves his virtue; being in balance and whatever he feels is making him off course, no matter special that person is, he needs to let go because he knows it's the right thing to do to be balanced again until he feels it's right to bring them in again.
For Kenren, it's Mia and she represents his obligations to his country. His responsibilities as a prince and heir is what's keeping him from loving Chenglei. As for him knowing about the prophecy, his family in the old times are the guardians or the watchers of the other side of the storm wall. His family was assigned to gather the Virtues together somehow when they are needed the most. Noticing Chenglei's diligence, Kenren keeps him close even after breaking up.
For Chenglei, it's 'Momochi', the alias Kenren made up when he was younger. 'She' represents the bad parts of him being diligent, of always putting Kenren's needs first and never complaining since he's a soldier. (Basically never saying what he really wants to say and letting Kenren do whatever to him because *excuse* he's the prince!) It also proves his virtue; always doing his job no matter how much it hurts to do so and never stop being dedicated.
For Johnny, it's a very seductive Echo and she represents him always insisting on doing the dirty already! XD Him being insist is getting in the way for his love for Echo and not realizing that he might be pushing it too far sometimes. Like that time at the tent when she was injured. His virtue was tested and proved time and time again that he can wait and understand Echo's side too.
Does this make sense to anybody!? XD

Well... I think it would be more likely because what were the chances that the two would actually meet outside of gathering to defeat the black dragon if they hadn't met how they did? But two people of the same bloodline that's unrelated to anyone surrounding the prophecy? It seems a little less likely to me. xD I mean, Kenren and Chenglei may have not met until everything happened, it was just happenstance that they did.
Well the two royals already said that they hadn't expected it to happen on the other side of the storm wall... so... maybe a group of the court that voiced their opinions on the possibility and were just kind of disregarded so they went of their own accord to set up a kingdom on the other side just in case?
xD I just thought of Noriko and Hotohori. Where Hoto is Kenren and Noriko is Chenglei. xD (forgive me I just can't picture Kenren dressing like a woman and playing bottom. LOL)

AHhahah! No, Zer0 thought that 'Momochi' came to be because Kenren had to disguise himself as a girl while hiding from assassins. XD When he was younger, I mean. I thought Chenglei met him as a 'girl' and well...became a Coyote for him and his mother basically. XD
I see their relationship more of an equal thing. So one day Kenren's bottom but then next day it's Chenglei's...Eh. *shrugs*

Hahahaha... yeah, Viet only had brothers and I never went upstairs. xD so there was none of that for me. I got my friend into Ranma though and we started buying the manga, like I would buy a book and she'd buy the next and we alternated like that for a while. lol I still need to buy that series. I have the first season and part one of the second season of (the original) Sailor Moon and I bought season one and two of Fushigi Yuugi but I have a weird hang up of buying any of the continued stuff since it's not the same characters.
