Yea, Seifer and Renee's cuffs are defective for some odd reason. They were defective since before finding the baby dragon too when Renee gave Seifer the hair cream...he changed it into a keychain. XD

xD well you got a lot to come up with, I just have to pick four at a time. I have a long list of defensive items for Lydia, some of which I can't use right now, and a spell and a couple of one-handed things. And I have three for Ricket.
