Hm. Now when I think about it, yea; Renee has a big brother complex on a certain degree. I guess it's because she was a cry baby when she was younger and sort of appreciated/admired that James is a bit aloof and doesn't seem like anything hurtful gets to him. Same with their studies. She did tell him that she admired his smarts before.

Oh! XD Okay, I'll explain. A big brother complex is having a sort of admiration towards one's brother. In extreme measures, it can open up romantic feelings for the younger sibling or it can make them be really jealous and envious. So much so that they could dislike them for it.
I know Renee is not crushing on James because she's the type of sibling who's likes to dot on all of her siblings. So yea, she's like that with Sen and Seth and Rhea too.

I know this is a sister complex not a brother one but I couldn't think a good brother complex at the top of my head; but it's basically the same thing.
Card captor Sakura: the older brother has a little sister complex. "I'm the only one who can tease my little sister." He had a reason to have that complex because their parents are not there *I believe they are dead* and he watches over her like he's a dad. So this is a character with a good sister complex.
My little sister can't be this cute: the older brother there has a sister complex too, but he actually had other girls to choose from and that were better for him then the sister. But he choose the sister anyways. This is a bad sister complex.
