Hello!

I’m interested in posting my chapter book in the written forums someday, however, I don’t know how many willing reads I will achieve.
For years I’ve tried posting on Wattpad and Quotev with low success.
I really feel like there aren’t very many opportunities for authors like myself.

So, onto the main question…
How many people here are actually willing to read a full chapter book on RP Nation?

Thank you for your time <3

Hi! I love to read to be honest, I used to read all the time on Wattpad. I think you should post it and see what happens! I'll definitely check it out :)

I love reading! The medium doesn't usually matter to me. It never hurts to post it here. There is also AO3 to post on as well.

books have moved to neobooks and wattpad and audio books. no more hard backs.

Nah I definitely still prefer hardbacks and I buy mostly hardback books.

I don't mind reading on other platforms, but nothing beats a good book in your hands and some tea.

most people use dedicated sites for that like AO3 and, as you said, Quotev and Wattpad. again, i think you'd do well with it here. perhaps you should contact a publisher and see what they have to say with what you have.

Me. But only from accredited historians who write about military heroes. And biographies of famous people.

The only works of fiction I ever read are the books my Dragonborn opens up in one of his houses after a meal and a bottle of Black Briar mead. I particularly like the story about the war for the Aetherium forge.

I don't really read anything on RPN that I'm not in, curious about, or plan to join. I read books in general though, not as often now days as I did as a kid/young adult though.

I read on AO3, mainly fandom stuff but have read original stuff people recommended to me. What genre do you write and what's the story about?

I also read ebooks off and on depending on what's going on in my life. Print is difficult for ms because the lines are usually too long / column of text too wide, I can read print nonfiction but accidentally skipping lines and having to go back ruins fiction for me. On a screen, I can usually zoom or whatever til it's comfortable to read.
