Help How do I copy a bbcode?

Sorry for the stupid question in advance, I'm seeing some freebie BBcode templates posted in threads that i want to use (and give credit of course) but I have no idea how I can acquire them and use their templates for my own?

no stupid questions here! when someone posts a free code, there's usually a link somewhere on the post to a pastebin or some other code saving resource that you can just select all and copy into your private workshop or wherever else you want to work on it.
