Although born and raised in Europe, Eren was forced to move to his mother's in California after his parent's separation. Here he began to lose control, and his mother couldn't persuade him to stay out of trouble. By the time he had reached of legal age he had a record sheet with violence, assault, and many other like charges. Coming into his own was no different.
The fully grown, adult Eren Finnegan earned his name through fights as the Hound, never giving in despite the odds. Although having an ill temper, the Irishman was smart and knew how to play the drug game, he quickly became a big earner and recognizable name in the underground world. Eventually, he was granted his own crew to take over the new Safe Haven criminal enterprise in the Outer City's West District. It was here he became notorious for his killings and even headlined in a local trial. He always trumped the charges against him due to lack of evidence.
The Finnegan crew quickly became a band of intelligent and deadly criminals, and they began to thin out. Eren moved the group towards a more ideal setting of government and - with his boss's permission- branched out into his own group he dubbed: Hounds of Hell, the motorcycle club. The one-percenter bike gang gained notoriety and people joined quickly, easily making him a sizable force against the other gangs of the West District and also a target from most authorities.
