Fantasy Hotel California

A sudden heavy beat from her headphones jolted Eliza awake and somewhat alert. She pulled them down and looked around the room, wondering just how long she had been asleep. There were so many new people, and what looked to be an employee. "Thank goodness," she muttered as she hooked her headphones around the top of her suitcase then stood, stretched, and readjusted her slightly-askew glasses. She looked towards the official looking man. It seemed as if he was busy with someone, so Eliza decided to wait for a bit and abuse the hotel's free WiFi on her iPod.

Gina watched as a man cut in front of her when she was clearly being addressed. She decided not to think twice about it, but, of course, Hannah had to open her big mouth. "Hey there punk! Back of the line!" She grabbed the man's shoulder and pushed him slightly even though he towered over her. Gina grabbed Hannah and dragged her back, "It's okay! I'm sure he was here before us and just waiting." She shoved Hannah behind her and yanked away her credit card from Hannah's hands. "Sorry about that sir."

Gina waited for the man to be done with the receptionist. "Oh he thinks he can just cut in front of us because he's a f*cking old guy?" Hannah whispered to the group. "He's old maybe he's a grouch." "Grouch or not, he should still wait his bloody turn like the rest of us." "Hannah does this color look good on me?!" The whispering bickers were stopped by Penny's yell as she took a scarf from her bag and wrapped it around her neck.

Gina was now blushing like crazy and embarrassed of their rudeness. When the man was done with the receptionist, she spoke to the man behind the counter. "Hi. We'd like a room for...umm five. If that's even possible." She turned around to see Lola had stolen Penny's scarf and was running around the lobby with it while Penny chased her and Nicolas rolled on the floor laughing. Hannah was still giving the man a death stare. Oh gosh please don't let us staying here be a bad decision.

"Hahaha yeah..." dante paid close attention to his mannerisms. He looooved to watch people. His favorite activity at the beach afyer swimming and running. "We should hit up a couple seshes together theyve got a great gym. Dante by the way." He grinned. Good handshake. There was something more to this guy. He was like serial killer nice. Dante liked that. He liked shady things almost as much as a tredmile.

"So." Dante said to the four. "What brings you here?" He didnt ask just to break ice. He asked because he really didnt know what brought him here
"Oh hey!" He smiled at ari. "Man everytime i blink someone new is here!"

(Sorry I didn't get any notifications)

Kira makes her way to the lobby, having already checked in earlier. She was headed to the pool wearing her polka-dot and striped bikini and her red hair up in a high pony tail. She had a vodka soda in one hand and her towel in the other. She looks over at the crowd that was forming, seemingly a large party-road trip crowd, a photographer, and everything in between it seemed. She eyes Dante for a moment, he was an odd sight amidst the other by comparison smaller visitors of the hotel. Apparently, she was early for check in since this seemed to be prime time as she made her way through the lobby. She continues on her way to the pool, taking full advantage of it since it was currently not crowded.

Ari laughed a bit. She smiled. "Yeah, me too." Ari said. She shook her head, her vision still blurry. She sighed. "Where are we?" Ari asked. "Last thing I remember was parking and now I'm here." Ari said. She sighed and placed her hand on her head. She looked up at the other person who had talked to her.

Dante immediately focused on kira. He had a small conversation will with her yesterday at the pool while he was doing his daily laps. It seems they both went in around the same time because he was dressed to go now underneath his bum clothes. He loved her hair and the fact she loved vodka intrigued him.

While he was trying to talk with the man behind the counter, someone touched his shoulder. Oh yeah, the chatty ones. The girl was complaining about how he had cut the line. He felt like turning around and saying: Screw you, I was here way before you guys. But he wouldn't, no. That would just cause more talking, and that was the last thing he wanted right now. Another girl apologized for the other one. "It's fine", he answered, remaining calm. Turning back he saw that the other girl was still looking weird at him. He gave her a mocking smile just to watch her reaction. He turned back at the man on the reception, and the girl that apologized was at his side now, thinking that he had finished his business. Well, he hadn't. The man still hadn't answered him.

@Cookie @NessieAlways

"Excuse me you guys. But its time for my swim. Lets catch up later. He smiled at the group and walked towards the pool

"Ah, thank you, Mister..." Xavier took a look at the man's form "...Preston." He filed the form neatly in a drawer on the desk. "As for the price, it's all been completely covered. No need to worry at all! You're welcome to enjoy the atmosphere and amenities at no cost at all. If you have any questions at all, I should be here at this desk and I'll be certain to be on time." Xavier smiled slightly in good humor.

He turned his attention to the woman with whom he'd originally spoken. "Room for five?" Xavier glanced up at the girl's friend and his eyebrow twitched in slight annoyance. His left eye flickered red for a moment. "Certainly." He brought his attention back to Gina. Making a quick note on the computer's guest register, Xavier retrieved a key from the glass case behind him. "Here you are, second floor. If there are any problems with the room, let me know."

Kira sets her towel down on one of the chairs turning to go make her way towards the pool before looking up at seeing Dante and gives a friendly smile. "Dante wasn't it?" She asks making her way to the edge of the pool and sits down, letting her feet and then her legs sink into the water over the edge. "Seems we're getting quite the crowd today" She states making small talk.

Walter frowned at the man. Free...? A free hotel in the middle of nowhere? Well, that was getting weird. Especially for the way that the hotel was decorated. It could be famous, but Walter never heard about it. He grabbed the key inside his pocket and looked at it. His room was at the third floor. He searched for an elevator, but he couldn't find one. That hotel certainly was big. He decided to climb up the stairs. They were lacking a bit in lighting, but nothing that couldn't be solved. He remembered that he had to ask something to the reception. One "don't disturb" sign. It was necessary, he didn't wanted anybody sniffing around at his room while he was there. He wasn't staying there for much time anyway. He got down the stairs again and walked towards the reception, leaning towards the man with glasses.

"Forgot to ask, I need one of those 'don't disturb' signs, do you got any of those here?"

Sawyer Celen

Sawyer held up a hand toward Dante to gesture a goodbye to his departure. He took a chair and slid it near to Kieran, sitting down. His face was near the other but kept his distance. He wanted to push Kieran a little but not to the point of fainting. "You're so bold..It's cute." His toothy grin remained on his face as he spoke within a gentle air. "You know, some people are just pretty words. Suppose that makes me sad." There wasn't a hint of sadness or any hints of regret in his voice. He knew it must have been strange considering what he just said. Reaching into his bag that hung from his shoulder, he pulled out his sketchbook and opened it to his drawings. Sawyer never judged his own art but people often told him how realistic his art looked although it always was scattered with hints of fantasy such as multicolored skies. Pushing it towards Kieran, Sawyer's smile widened. "I hope all of this is personal enough for you." He took a finger and pointed at the camera Gina had looked through before. "Maybe sometime I can look through the photos in your head?" This was Sawyer's way of telling Kieran that he'd like to talk to him again but at a different time. "I'll even leave you my sketchbook so you can bring it to my room later." Sawyer took his pen and wrote his room number on his hand, turning it to show Kieran. "439..And don't worry. I'm not trying to hook up with you." After he spoke, he gave the boy a wink in obvious contradiction. Turning away, he moved toward the elevator and stepped in waving back. The door closed.

@Cami

"Yeah. Kira ain't it?" He winked putting his laptop and stuff on a chair poolside. He took off his hoodie and loose gym shorts, expsoing his well maintained, and hard earned body. He sported light blue running shorts that revealed his horse like thighs. His chest was slighty hairy, matching his five o clock shadow.

He stepped inside the pool via the steps. "Ahhh... nice as last time... well.. not really. You were in here last time." He winked at her. " so you planning on drinking that alone?" He asked the red headed vixen

Xavier was just getting done updating the guest register when Walter Preston re-entered the lobby. As the man asked his question, Xavier's mind went through Walter's form. Walter Preston, Age 32. 6'4, 198 lbs. "There should be one in the nightstand drawer in your room, but..." He bent down, opening the bottom drawer of his desk and pulling out a sign marked 'do not disturb' "...here is one extra." Xavier gave the man a smile as he handed the sign to Walter.

"Correct" She says when he mentions her name and rolls her eyes at his wink but still had a coy smile upon her lips, showing she didn't really mind. "I was... would you like a glass? I suppose I'd be willing to share a bottle with you" She says teasingly before swinging her legs up out of the pool before getting to her feet since she figured the question was more rhetorical or he wouldn't have wanted a glass he wouldn't have mentioned it. "I'll be back in a sec" She makes her way to her room which was only on the second floor. She grabs one of the bottles she brought, another glass, and the sparkling water. She gives at pat to Rikki who was curled up under the quilt and makes her way back to the pool.

"Thats really kind of you." He smiled. "But im afraid i cant right now. Im about to exercise. Id love to drink with in about an hour though" he felt guilty making her her run off like that. He tries telling here but damn she was fast. "Man we gotta run together. You were too eager gettin that." He teased... he took his workout seriously. Work first party later. If he skipped a day that wasnt reat day he would be very dissapointed

Kira shrugs. "I'd probably want a second glass anyways so I'd eventually make a second trip. I'm a bit a lush" She states with a laugh setting the things down on the table she claimed by the pool before taking a swig of her own. She really didn't drink all that often but she was taking the hotel visit as a mini-vacation spot on her trip. "I don't know how good I'd be at running. I'm a good sprinter but marathon running, not so much" She states as she takes back her spot at the edge of the pool, letting her legs slide in the water once again.

Ari watched him leave. 'Just perfect.' She thought. She walked to the elevator, no longer interested in anyone else. She pressed the button on the elevator, going up to the 8th floor. She sighed as she waited for the doors to close. She silently prayed that no one else would get on this elevator of misery.

Walter took the extra sign that the man gave to him. I should have entered the room before asking. He turned back to the stairs, when he finally saw the elevator. There was somebody there already. Good, he didn't wanted to take the stairs again. He ran towards the elevator before the doors closed, placing his hands at the middle of them just at the second they were about to hit each other. "Excuse me", he said before going inside. The girl looked like she wasn't the kind of person that would start a conversation on the elevator. Great. He looked at the panel of the elevator and got surprised. The hotel sure didn't looked like it was that big from the outside. Actually, I don't quite remember it from the outside... He pushed the button of the third floor and waited.

@Icefox11

"Great..." Ari muttered. She was looking forward to being alone. She grumbled at him. "Touch me and die." Ari threatened. She was already in a fowl mood, she didn't need this guy raining on her parade. She sighed, looking away from him. On top of that, he looked so old and gross. She sighed, resuming to glaring at a wall.

"I try to dabble in everything. Its what keeps it fun." Dante explained resting his arms by the edge. He looked at her fine legs for a moment before smiling up at her. "Smirnoffs good." He said watching her shoot it. "How do you like the stay so far?"

Touch me and die? Walter wondered what was wrong with the girl, and why the hell she thought he would touch her. Kids these days... He turned towards her. "Yeah, I don't really feel like dying or touching little pricks today, sorry". He turned back at the elevator doors. The song playing there was really annoying, a mixture of walse and some kind of techno music. This day is biting me.

@Icefox11

Gina smiled at the man behind the counter and thanked him before running off with the rest of the crowd towards the elevators.

Being in an elevator with this lot was not the best idea. They were only in the second floor, but Penny felt the need to press all of the buttons on the elevator. Nicolas complained about being suffocated by all the people crammed in such tiny space although it was mostly his fault for having 7 bags. Lola was screaming about the fact that they were going to die in there while Hannah was cussing her out for being so loud. Oh yes just a typical day.

"Room 249 guys. Make to it." She handed Hannah one of the keys and she burst out of the elevator, "I'm gonna beat all of you!" Nicolas climbed over his bags and pulled Hannah's pony tail, "Not if I can help it!" Penny let out a squeal for being trampled on by both Hannah and Nicolas, but then ran behind them. Lola sighed and grabbed all of Nicolas's stuff and walked out. Gina frowned and grabbed both Hannah's and Penny's stuff. Then, along with Lola, both of the girls made their way to the room.

As soon as they walked in they were stunned by the immensity of the place. There was a living room, 3 beds, and a beautiful bathroom. Penny ran towards the window. "Ah! The view is wonderful!" They had a nice view of outside swimming pool. "I'm going to go to the pool!" Penny grabbed her bags from Gina's shoulder and threw them on the left most bed. "Me too!" Nicolas grabbed his bags and placed them in the middle bed. Both of them ripped their bags open and began to look for their bathing suits. Lola placed her stuff with Nic's and Hannah placed her stuff with Penny's. That left the right most bed for Gina. Well at least I'll have a bed all to myself.

Nicolas and Penny ran off to the pool while Hannah and Lola went out to explore. Gina grabbed her camera and took several shots of the view. She zoomed in so she could get a clear view of the people and snapped a couple of shots. When she was content, she opened her bags and began unpacking.

"That's a pretty good philosophy and I'd like to say I'm the same way. I'll try anything at least once" She smiles with a nod. "Always, it's my favorite. And it's been pretty relaxing. It's definitely a much needed rest after driving that's for sure" She sets her glass beside her before slipping off the edge of the pool letting herself sink under the water before resurfacing again. She pulls herself back up on the ledge, smoothing her hair back against her head.

Ari turned to glare at him. Her eyes darkened. She looked at him, a dark aura surrounding her. "What did you just call me?" She asked, her glare reaching him. She had often scared grown men to the point where they peed there pants. She cracked her knuckles. "You don't scare me. Trust me. Don't get on my bad side." She threatened.
