Mae woke up to the sound of her alarm clock ringing. Ring, ring, ring... It was 6:15 am. She quickly got up and tied her long hair into a high ponytail then got dressed into a purple crop top and some black jeans that had golden zippers on the side of her jeans and her favorite pair of black converse. She raced downstairs to the sound of her parents beeping the horn. "Coming!" Mae yelled then grabbed her suitcase then raced inside her car. She slammed the door and her parents drove off. She fiddled with her phone when she got a message from Noah. She read it then began to type "On my way to Seattle. Keep you update" she pressed send then slipped her phone into her pocket. Her father looked into the rear view mirror to talk to Mae "Makayla, who were you texting?" Her father asked. Mae just plastered a smile "Just my friend uh.. Clara!" she blurted out. Her father shrugged then continued to drive @Noah
