Realistic or Modern Home For The Problematic *Anime*

Rue had picked up on his character before when she had watching him and the girl, but she found him surprisingly observant. It was a very interesting characteristic to go with his personality.

Rue paused before agreeing to his request. "I'd be happy to," she replied, trying to pick up any signs of trickery. She didn't like to judge people as soon as she met them, but she couldn't risk anything. If he asked about it, she would have to think of a reasonable reply.

Levi cocked his head to the side, a sly smile complimenting his overall smug appearance at the yes. "What a change of heart, don't tell me that I'm starting to actually be good at flirting?" He gave a small chuckle before reaching his hand out. "I'm Levi, but most people just call me future boyfriend.". @macaron

Rue felt a small smile tug at the edges of her lips. What a rare occasion. She stifled a laugh, a hand going her her mouth as she looked away. Soon, her voice was filled with laughter, even though her voice was soft.

"Nice to meet you, Levi," she said, taking his hand for a shake. "You can call me Rue. And for the record, I'm not calling you 'future boyfriend.'" Then she started to laugh all over again.

Levi gave a sigh, her serious tone had been a facade all along. "You're not calling me that because you want me to be your present boyfriend?" Levi took her hand, instead of shaking he brought it to his lips in a soft kiss. "It's a pleasure to meet you Rue. May I ask what a perfection is doing here?". @macaron

A new question made its way into Rue's mind. "What is a boyfriend like?" she asked, traces of any laughter disappearing as her facial expression became expressionless once again.

Rue blinked when she saw Levi's lips connect with her hand, then looked around. "Perfection? Where?" If there was something perfect, maybe she's be able to use it as an inspiration.

(I just made her as dense as she can get. xD )

(Every anime needs one of these characters, but omg its going to drive Levi crazy >.<)

Levi looked at the girl, surprised at her response. He waited for a moment for a laugh or maybe a giggle to express a joke, but she seemed oblivious to flirting. "I could be your boyfriend if you really wanted to know. A perfect girl like you should have one." Levi held on to her hand, holding it to his chest in an embrace of lust. This girl was young, but her innocent attitude was becoming ravaging to him. @macaron

Rue stared at her her hand which Levi was still holding onto. She looked at Levi, wondering what was going through his mind. "Do you have someone you like?" she asked, the image of the girl reappearing. Wasn't she already his girlfriend? They seemed cute together, too. She appreciated his kindness and his compliments to her, though she still didn't understand why he was being so nice.

(Aw...I don't want to drive him crazy. xD )

(Ah it'll be fine, Levi is already crazy- I mean what? Who said that!?)

"Someone I like is a very strong term. But sadly it seems many people here already loathe me, you on the other hand seem too kind to." He kissed her hand again, seeing just how far this girl would allow physical behavior. In no least was his voice creepy or unnerving, but very smooth and kindling of a new found lover.

(LOL. xD You made me fall off my bed yesterday. You made me fall of my chair today. *still laughing*)

Rue furrowed her eyebrows slightly. Kind? If anyone was kind, it would be Levi.

"I'm not kind," Rue said, watching him kiss her hand. She wondered if she should return the gesture. Maybe it was a greeting? "You're the one who's kind. I find your voice calming, too." She paused, wondering if that was the right thing to say. This was the longest conversation she ever participated in--was she being weird?

This girl wasn't awkward, for she was acting too submissive, no she was inexperienced. A smile came upon Levi's face, "Me, kind? Oh you flatter me Rue. And if my voice is so calming, mind telling me about yourself before I continue to court you." Levi brought her hand to his body, pulling her very close to him.

(Wow, someone knows how to flirt. O.o )

Rue stiffened at his actions, most definitely not used to such contact. Her 'shy-mode' suddenly turned on, and she looked away. "W-What do you want to know?" she asked, silently chiding herself for stuttering.

Was Levi trying to comfort her? No--he didn't know anything...yet. Was he doing it out of friendliness? That must be it, since friends always stuck close to each other in the books she read. Well, it was a lot different with real life experience, and she had no idea what to do.

(I consider it one of my greatest arts ^_^ and don't envy blackjack)

Levi smiled, his unused arm awaiting for an opportunity to be played. "Anything I should know about such a wonderful person, you must have a story to why you are here?" Levi's voice was still smooth, becoming softer with the enclosed distance between them. Ah what a dame, her innocence is superb. Wonder if Ren can see me... (@macaron

Ren could see him and she just shook her head as she focused on keeping Leon happy, she knew she wasn't important and that he would easily move on, but she didn't understand why it seemed to bother her as much as it did. It couldn't be that she liked him, she knew that underneath it all he was nice but if anything they would be friends but for some reason it bothered her that he moved on so quickly. She was brought out of her thoughts by Leon who was tugging on the hem of her dress to get her attention. Ren put on a small fake smile and kneeled down a bit. "What is it Leon?" she asked softly while looking at him, trying to keep her eyes from looking up at Rue and Levi. (@BlackJack)

Rue listened to Levi, still thinking about the girl she saw from before. Then her eyes flashed, her past memories playing before her eyes. She inhaled sharply, and her hands tightened into fists. She remembered her brother, his smile, his cruel death, her uselessness. She shook her head, clearing the thoughts from her mind.

"I don't really have story," she lied. Her body suddenly felt cold, but she refused to allow herself to shiver. The past is the past, and that was years ago. She shouldn't let it get to her.

Rue was now wracking her brain with another topic, anything to get her mind off her her nightmare. "And I'm not an interesting person. Why don't you tell me about yourself instead?" she tried, waiting for the right moment to ask Levi about the girl she saw with him in the forest. She was almost sure they had feelings for each other, and she was still confused on why Levi would....

Then it hit her, and she couldn't help the small smile that pulled at the corner of her lips. It was a couples' thing, wasn't it?

Rue's hand tightened around his, not a loving grasp, but a fearful grapple. Levi looked at her, trying to see what shambles she could be falling in at the question. Course when she asked him about his past he wasn't feeling too well himself, "I-I uhm..."

It's your fault they are gone!

No, I didn't do it to her. It wasn't me.

Only you could do it... you and your powers. They took her!

She told me they were a gift... She never lied... Don't yell at me.

A gift doesn't kill Levi, or should I even call you that Sa--

That's not my name! I'm Levi and I was a good boy!

"Not much to tell really, just that I love beautiful women in my company." His eyes were swirling with different colors, but Levi kept his calm facade.

Rue felt his discomfort, and looked up, since he was taller than she was. "Levi?" she murmured quietly, hoping not to startle him. He seemed just as uncomfortable as she was, and she let it loose--she wasn't going to pry.

Her grip loosened as she calmed herself down, the visions slowly fading, though they left her in chills. Right now, someone else was uncomfortable because of her--it was her job to fix it.

"I like kind people in my company," Rue said, watching the swirls in his eyes. Her eyes widened on their own accord as she realized that he was wearing a mask of some sort. He must have went through something terrible to have such a facade. In a way, he was like her, as she always hid herself behind a fake personality. Rue, after observing him a little more, decided to change tactics.

"Is there anything you like to do?" she asked, referring to activities and hobbies. If she could get his attention away from the subject, maybe he'd feel more comfortable.

(Mai god, I wanna hug Levi. You're a good boy, Levi. ;.; I'll get you some cake. T.T)

Levi's face was almost quivering from holding back the disgust in himself wanting to emerge. His eyes were in a never ending swirl of color, a seizure of emotion that he hadn't felt in some time. Soon the world was feeling lonely again and yet Levi felt so crowded with this many people. He looked down at the girl in his hand, his lip shaking with sadness.

She looks a lot like her Levi, so does Ren.

Leave Rue and Ren out of this... They aren't her

And yet you will drive them away with the same thing.

She left by her own accord!

She didn't leave, heaven isn't somewhere you travel to.

Levi shook himself, wanting to flush out these emotions, but the voice was still there. It wasn't his fault, the whole thing was an accident. She wanted to see what he could do, but why did he choose that.

"I love to dance, but I haven't done that for years." Something that him and her used to do.

(Oh it's going down now.
@macaron )

Leon was rambling on when Ryo had walked over and placed his hand on his shoulder "I can see them.....that kid over there and that girl, such wonderous memories....Question is do you too" Ryo says looking at Ren in the eyes, he had to see if he could trust her with leon, Leon tried to object but Ryo was always the leader

Ren blinks and tilts her head. "Memories...?" She said while looking at him, all her memories to him were black and muddied, the only ones that could be clearly seen are when Kaze taught her to figure skate on her 13th birthday and when she first came to Safe Haven.

Rue narrowed her eyes in concern at Levi's lack of response. Was he thinking? But his eyes were clouded with so many different things, she was sure that he wasn't only thinking. Maybe inner conflict? Somehow, it seemed a lot more serious than a normal indecisive session.

"Can you waltz?" she asked, determined to break her horrible conversing restrains. "What kind of dances did you specialize in?" Rue's eyes reflected a large amount of worry as she asked this--it seemed like the topic still affected Levi....what else could she say? She thought hard, though she kept her ears open for Levi's response.

(I can't take this. ;.; I need to get Mr. Pillow...) @Huntrey
(Oh about the 'horrible conversing restraints'--she has this awkwardness when she talks to people, though she isn't necessarily anti social. She has trouble starting and continuing a conversation since everything she says seems to end it, or make things uncomfortable. *reason why she doesn't talk to people*)

"Yes, I see them all, Unless you are another being in which I would have to go into you soul.. I am ryo, Leons friend...you have really dumb memories..." Ryo says seeing nothing much, a memory of his should have went to hers when he saw the happy one but he saw too little so nothing happened, Leon looked at Ren "Yeah he saved me, now you can be my friend too, we can all be friends.." Leon says happily but Ryo just seemed to begin to walk off, he saw something that peeked his intrest
