Fandom Hogwarts Reborn!

"Well, my dad seemed to think it was quite amusing when I first told him." Lucy said, laughing slightly. "I went behind his back to get myself a position secured at the newspaper. I knew if I told him, he'd try to force them into giving me a spot and I wanted to get it on my own."

She shrugged and ran a hand over her ponytail. "I like to write. I like to know what's going on, be in people's business."

Lucy grinned. "Well, I thought so too. What about you, hm? What do you have in mind for after Hogwarts?"

"i dont really know. i might try to become prime minister or something like that. i jsut want to be in a postition of power." he said shrugging.

Oliver groaned softly, the shaking caused a small headache in her right temple, but she didn't mind it. Noticing the two Slytherin people in her cart, she shuffled to sit upright; Olly never liked Slytherin, but she'd put up with them for the time being if it meant she wouldn't be bored. "S-Sorry if I scared you. I have a habit of barely breathing or moving when I sleep, causes a lot of problems with my parents until they got used to it. Where are my manners, Oliver Potter! Who might you two be?" She smiled a little, although she was regretting falling asleep already.

Potter. The name struck a chord with Lucy, sending her eyes towards the Gryffindor in the opposite seat once again. Of course she'd heard stories from her father and was feeling rather stupid for not having recognized the girl and connecting the dots sooner. Arching a single eyebrow, there was a small bit of silence before she gave her short response. "Lucille Malfoy."

The said girl mentally shivered, A Malfoy? Father please, I would've rather had anyone else in my seat than a Malfoy, she thought to herself. Oliver sighed inaudibly, "Pleasure to meet you Lucille. Interesting to find Slytherin with Gryffindor, but I guess other seats were full?" Her statement came out as a question. Oliver was here with her twin brother, Andrew Potter, which she assumed to be sitting with her cousins.

-----

Andrew replied quickly, "I didn't see her, where is she?" Of course he hadn't seen his twin, she was presumably asleep in a cart with Slytherin. Quite difficult to find a Gryffindor with Slytherin.

"Mm? Oh, yes." Lucy had been momentarily lost in her own thought, imagining her dad's reaction if he'd known she sat with a Potter on the train. "The other seats were all taken." Her tone was blunt, and her words weren't accompanied by a smile as they had been when she addressed Onyx.

onyx looked at Oliver, "hello i'm Onyx Letrange, yes the other carts were full and im glad thats your normal way of breathing i was getting worried. ask lucille." he said to her.

-----

"yeah she is. i thought i saw a few slytherin in there with her." Kaylynn said with a worried look on her ace.she didnt trust slytherin but she new olly could take care of herself

Olly smiled to Onyx, "And a pleasure to meet you as well, Onyx. Again, sorry for scaring you!" She smiled brightly, he seemed slightly more friendly than Lucille.

-----

"Slytherin?!" Andrew's eyes widened, "Olly hates Slytherin, I mean I do too but she's way worse..." He turned around a little to peer over, unfortunately he couldn't see her since the door was closed; he sighed and tried to stay calm.

"it oik i just dont want people thinking that im like my parents. i dont watnt o be blamed for any deaths." he said explaining himself. Lucille seemed kind of distant towards the little Gryffindor.

---

"i saw draco's daughter walk in there os you might want ot go save her... you know how the malfoys and potters get along. its like pouring lava into water" Kaylynn said adding emphasis to the whole lava and water.

Andrew smiled to his cousin, then stood and walked slowly to the cart where Oliver, Lucille, and Onyx sat. "Good morning friends! Oliver, come on," Andrew was kind then rude, being the protective brother he is.

-----

"A-Andrew? Where are we going?" Oliver questioned curiously. She stood up, edging her way around the two Slytherin, mumbling a 'pardon me.'

-----

Andrew whispered to his 10-second-younger sister, "There's Slytherin in there, let alone a Malfoy." He saw Olly cross her arms and sneer at him slightly, followed by a small giggle while she retook her seat. "O-Oliver?" He was shushed kindly, so he returned to his cousin. "No use..."

"What was that about?" onyx asked Oliver. he kind of liked this little creature. he never knew he was capable of liking a gryffindor. yet he was compelled to ask her.

---

"how did she react to you? what did she say?" kaylynn asked her flustered cousin. she wasn't worried about her because she knew olly. she would make good use of this to come up with more reasons to hate Slytherin and tell her when they went home on visits or even during dinner.

Lucy's eyes followed Oliver as she returned to the car before she let her gaze fall to her lap, her fingernails picking at her sleeve.

Oliver replied calmly, "He's my twin brother, and overprotective at that much. I can handle myself," the last part she mumbled. She smiled to reassure the two it was nothing. She folded her hands in her lap, crossing her legs at the ankles.

-----

Andrew grunted while the pink dust on his cheeks slowly vanished from sight. "She crossed her arms and sneered, then sat back down with them," he growled to himself softly, "She's so obnoxious sometimes, but... she can handle herself." He smiled a little, the pink dust returning as he sat down with a small sigh.

Onyx nodded and looked back at his text book, still trying to cram for his class. NEWTS and OWLS weren't too far ahead so he still had to study for those. he has to get the highest markings in order to please his father.

----

Kaylynn couldn't help but smile and sit back to continue her sketches.

The slightly younger sibling moved her head to lie it down on the windowsill. "I won't bother you two anymore than I have, just wake me when we arrive please?" Oliver smiled a little before closing her eyes, allowing sleep to overcome her once again. Only this time she breathed a little more to show she was still alive and so they wouldn't have the same incident as earlier.

Ransley

Reinhart

Ransley had been exploring the train, peeking into the carts of the excited or nervous students. He past a cart that was brimming with Slytherin and Griffindor. I wounder who they could be, but he automatically recognized the Potter twins. He stood in the doorway looking into the little window a tad bit longer than he had plan to. He returned to his seat, which happened to be near them. Langley was one of the students excited for this new year, Langley's blonde hair softly swooshed as he turned his head to see his twin brother. "How does it go Ransley?" Langley fiddled a bit with his crimson and gold tie. Ransley looked away from Langley's colors. "Twins. They seem to be an abnormal amount of them this year. Must have been affected by how close the moon was to our world."

Langley brushed him off. "Yeah, yeah whatever you say..." Langley leaned in giving Ransley a slightly mischievous smile. "So. Did you see 'them' on the train?" Ransley looked out the train's window and began to munch on a box of jelly beans. He stared at the blue cloak that complimented his black hair, he then looked at Langley in the window's refection. Langley's blonde hair and bold personality definitely suited his brother, and his father, colors that Ransley could never pull off. "Give me your chocolate frog and I'll tell you which cart." He proceeded to wait for Langley's reply. It didn't take long for Langley began jumping around, "The Potter twins are finally here. I waited a year! Harry Potter is the greatest wizard, forever!"

"Calm down, Reinhart." Ransley said but Langley was in his own world. A world filled with the stories their father would speak of, A world of only Harry Potter. Langley continued his ruckus in the cart.

Oliver had her eyes open a little, so she saw the Ravenclaw boy pass by and mentally giggled. Why must my father be so popular? I'd rather not be, she thought to herself, hearing a little bit of what they were saying. Deciding best of it, she sat upright for the rest of the way, eventually reaching the train station of Hogwarts.

-----

Andrew stood from his seat as the train stopped, walking down a little bit before grabbing his sister's hand and dragging her out of the car with Slytherin. He dragged her all the way out of the train, not a word spoken; Olly didn't refuse though, she knew her brother didn't like Slytherin just like her.

kaylynn saw her cousin grab his sister and thought she should walk with them knowing they were in the same house and had the same schedule. she followed them into the great hall and sat at their tables.. she pulled out her sketch book again and began to draw a basalisk from memory... she had gotten a pretty good description when ever her mother and father had told stories about their adventures.

----

Onyx walked with Lucy to their table and sat down waiting for the headmaster to give his speech

Ransley

Reinhart

Ransley and Langley grabbed the rest of the candy from their car and proceeded to climb in the school's carriages pulled by Thestrals up to the castle. Ransley remembered his mother's description of them, "Their fleshless, lustrous bodies are covered with a translucent and glossy coat. This smooth and dark skin is a bit slippery and so thin that Thestral's bones are clearly defined through the entire extension of their sleek bodies. And their glittering eyes lack both expression and pupils. Quite magnificent creatures, they are lured by the scent of blood." He smiled to himself at the memory, but he clearly couldn't see them, for he had never seen anyone die.

Langley and Ransley made it inside and continued to the Great Hall.
"Talk to you later, Bro!" Langley said before ditching him for the Gryffindor table. Ransley sat down at the Ravenclaw table. "Hello." He managed to speak aloud but his other house mates didn't seem to think he was worth talking to. He pulled out his journal beginning to draw an Acromantula, He wasn't the greatest at drawing but he was getting the point across.

.............................

Langley sat down next to Oliver and her brother.
"Well fancy being in the same house together. It hard to deal with famous parents huh, Reinhart Longbottom." He held out to shake both the twin's hands. Then he turned to Kaylynn, "Your mother is Hermione Granger if I'm not mistaken." He stated with a smile and held out his hand to shake her's as well, "Boy the chances of your parents getting together was slimmer than mine!" He laughed heartily. "Oh I'm glad we got to meet again, the last time was when we were 5!" He sat there waiting to hear their replies.
