So to keep him company she learned to be an Animagus which she mastered when she turned 14.   General History: Artemis was born on June 19th in County Cork, Northern Ireland to Shana O’Hara (a veela) and Morris Lockheed (a wizard). Morris’ family did not approve of the couple because of Shana’s veela heritage and did not wish to have anything to do with their son any longer, nor the baby that had been announced nine months after meeting Shana.
  
  The new family moved back to England six months after Artemis’ birth and she has lived there ever since. The family lived in the heart of London and both her parents worked in high positions at the Ministry of Magic, both in Magical Law Enforcement.
  
  Artemis did not begin showing signs of magic until later on in her life and Morris was worried that she was a squib and could never go to Hogwarts, however once young Artie did start showing signs they were powerful ones.
  
  Unfortunately, Artemis’ mother died of dragon pox the year she was to start at Hogwarts and Artemis, a naturally charming and vivacious girl was unusually withdrawn that year.
  
  Through her years at Hogwarts, Artemis was well loved by both students and teachers and was given the honour of being both a Hufflepuff prefect and Head Girl in her time there.
  
  In the first three years after school, until around twenty years old Artemis took up her father’s mantle and was offered a job in the Department of Magical Law Enforcement, which she accepted, though she found it tedious and indirectly helpful to people and wished to be an auror instead.   Aspirations: Artemis has no specific aspiration but to be the best witch she can be and help to rid the world of as many dark wizards as possible.   Talents: Artemis can produce a patronus of a lioness and is an accomplished occlumens. She is also a registered animagus and can transform into a dazzling white fox.
  
  
  Inabilities: Artemis is terrible at cooking and potion making; she barely passed potions in order to train as an auror when she was at Hogwarts. She is also not very good at non-verbal spells.
  
  
  Fears: Lack of adventure and growing old and jaded, as well as losing the ones she loves.
  
  
  General Personality: Artemis is a charming and charismatic young woman whom most would not expect to be an accomplished witch at first glance. This she uses as a tactical advantage in combat. Eccentric and popular, Artemis loves to find the good side of any situation and can be very nurturing and non-judgmental. Artemis is also the type of person that is so friendly that it would seem she is flirting with everyone she meets, however it is obvious when she really is flirting, as she is a pretty shameless flirt.
  
  As a teacher she is often whimsical and always opts to make her lessons as interactive and engaging as possible. She never plays favourites and treats all students with respect, not talking down to them due to her seniority. If one were to sit in on her class it would seem as though she herself was a student, however if one takes advantage of her kindness and down to earth teaching style she will quickly step in and assert her authority, never standing for misbehaviour or bullying. At times like these her classes are taught with an iron fist, but due to word getting around, these occasions are few and far between.
  
  
  Inner Personality: Artemis is an intensely loyal friend and although she is the acquaintance of many, true friends are few and meticulously selected. With those she cares most about, her jovial nature is a little less bold and she is known to be more serious, though still the charming woman she always is. Due to her occasionally fickle nature, it is easy to believe Artemis to be gullible, but that could not be further from the truth. She is an excellent judge of character and always knows when one is being manipulative for dark purposes, especially since she knows exactly how to play the game if she absolutely has to, though she hates being manipulative.
  
  
  Fondest Memory: Her first trip to Hogsmeade village with her then boyfriend in their third year at Hogwarts and any memory involving her mother.
  
  
  Biggest Regret: Not getting to say a proper goodbye to her mother when she died.
  
  
  Secret: A rather long-lived romance with a vampire ex-supporter of the famous dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald. No one has ever found out about them and they both intend to keep it that way. The couple parted on good terms and the vampire, Vladimir has not held reverence for Grindelwald in many many years. He was not a supporter when she met him.

  General History: Artemis was born on June 19th in County Cork, Northern Ireland to Shana O’Hara (a veela) and Morris Lockheed (a wizard). Morris’ family did not approve of the couple because of Shana’s veela heritage and did not wish to have anything to do with their son any longer, nor the baby that had been announced nine months after meeting Shana.
  
  The new family moved back to England six months after Artemis’ birth and she has lived there ever since. The family lived in the heart of London and both her parents worked in high positions at the Ministry of Magic, both in Magical Law Enforcement.
  
  Artemis did not begin showing signs of magic until later on in her life and Morris was worried that she was a squib and could never go to Hogwarts, however once young Artie did start showing signs they were powerful ones.
  
  Unfortunately, Artemis’ mother died of dragon pox the year she was to start at Hogwarts and Artemis, a naturally charming and vivacious girl was unusually withdrawn that year.
  
  Through her years at Hogwarts, Artemis was well loved by both students and teachers and was given the honour of being both a Hufflepuff prefect and Head Girl in her time there.
  
  In the first three years after school, until around twenty years old Artemis took up her father’s mantle and was offered a job in the Department of Magical Law Enforcement, which she accepted, though she found it tedious and indirectly helpful to people and wished to be an auror instead. She had exceptional school grades to do so, and worked in the auror department until she was 26 when she decided to take up a job offer at Hogwarts.
  
  
  Present Life: Artemis has worked at Hogwarts for three years. She lives in Hogsmeade village in Scotland (which was coincidentally founded by a Hufflepuff) as a permanent tenant of The Three Broomsticks pub and is close friends with the landlord and lady of the pub.
