Threlm smiled and leaned into the corner of the seat so that he could sit facing the whole compartment. "Well mine is as you know just as boring as yours though not as distasteful. The forest can be peaceful but without anyone to talk to almost ever it... Well you know how I feel." Threlm smiled waiting for the response of the younger student. He knew of her never having a real conversation with her though.

Cassie was just getting to an exceptionally good part of her book, when a mew from her cat alerted her to two new presences in the compartment. Both were Slytherins she thought, though they were older than her and played quidditch. She hadn't much interest for the game, but she did care about winning the quidditch cup at least.

"Oh, hello," she said with a smile as she set down her book. She would prefer not having to introduce herself since their may be questions about being the Minister of Magic's daughter, but she had also been taught etiquette. "I'm Cassie Doherty, fourth year. Nice to meet you. You're both in Slytherin aren't you?"

Threlm smiled and nodded. "Yes we are both in Slytherin. I am Threlm a 6th year as you might have already picked up." He looks at her book. "So what is it that has been captivating your young mind since we arrived in this train compartment?" Threlm stretched waiting for the train to start moving and shuffles into a more relaxing position.

Elizabeth looked at Pru a she growled angrily. She shot her sister a knowing look that told her to calm down. She smiled as her sister lifted their parents into hugs. As Pru spoke again, about not letting her have all the magical fun. “ Besides, you’ve never seen me play quidditch. You need to see a real game. “ She said with a smile before she hugged her parents. “ Take care of her. “ Their mom said quietly into her ear as they hugged. Elizabeth nodded before she looked at Pru. “ Ready to go?” She asked.

Pru smirked stepping back. "Yeah let's see if you can put your money were your big mouth is."She teased beging to push her trolly toward the entrance to the platform."you never know maybe you will have competition from your little sis. Would love to play quiddich... Maybe as a seeker or a bludger."She said dreamily imagening playing alongside her sister or if need be beating her if in a different house. She of course watched matches and her sister fly and always wanted to emulate unaware that eventually her size won't let her fly on a broom let alone play Quiddich.

Rosetta rushed to the Hogwarts Express, she was almost late again. She didn't have time to do anything to her hair so she simply just imagined it in a bun and in a second it was done. I'm lucky to be a Metamorphmagus, I seriously have to keep a close watch on my time management skills, she thought. She made it barely as she groaned, she wouldn't be able to find a seat. After searching for about five minutes she found a compartment with only one guy in it, "Hi, mind if I sit here with you" she asked. @animefan374​

Henry McCoy looked as two females entered his compartment. The first girl responded to Henry, shaking his hand for a moment before letting go. “ Ellie. “ He nodded sticking her name into his brain. He saw the second girl enter moments later, with a red hoodie on. He too noticed the scars, but didn’t say anything, knowing it would be rude to do so. When Ellie said it was fine with her, he nodded. “ I’m fine with it. “ He said with a nod to the newcomer. Ellie seemed confident in herself as she spoke, which was a good think. It meant he didn’t have to lead the conversation. He looked at Maddie as she introduced herself. “ I’m Henry. “ He said reaching out to shake her hand, like he had done with Ella. It seemed both of them had nicknames whereas he was stuck with Henry, When she mentioned she was was a second year he nodded. “ I-i’m a first year. “ He said, before looking at Ella wondering what year she was.

Norella smiled and looked over at Maddie while she introduced herself and she watched as Major touched her face. She had already noticed the scar but still didn't say anything. "That's cool, what house are you in?" Norella was carefully studying Maddie until she saw Henry looking at her out of the corner of her eye. Her cheeks flushed slowly and she turned to look at the boy in her year. He looked confused or something and Norella bit her lip, an old habit when she was nervous or embarrassed. "What is it Henry?" Norella was confused and she thought maybe he was weirded out by her personality. Wouldn't be the first time someone was like that Ellie and he won't be the last. Wait, no more bad thoughts, think positive Ellie.

Maddie nodded, "Oh me? I'm in Gryffindor" she said as she turned to Henry and shook his hand gently. "So are you excited for starting Hogwarts?" She said calmly to both of them, as she saw Norella start to get nervous and then ask Henry if he was okay, "He's fine, he just wanted to know what year you're in..." she said, before trailing off, they're going to ask me about that now, what do I say? She thought, her observant ways helped her analyze people's faces and by using their previous conversation she was able to figure out things people didn't usually do without asking a question.

Norella looked confused for a nanosecond but she went back to a small smile. She could have sworn she told him that already when she said her name but maybe it wouldn't hurt to say it again. "I'm a first year, just like you." Norella breathed a sigh of relief internally, he didn't think she was weird like all of the muggles did. She turned he attention back to Madison and moved some of her hair out of her face and behind her ear. "That's cool, my mum was in Ravenclaw but she said Gryffindor had nice people." Norella scooted back into her seat a little more and straight ahead so that she was essentially looking at Henry. "I need to change into my robes before I forget, mum said I could change when I got on the train but she didn't tell me where, do you know Maddie?"

Riley looked up as a girl walked into her compartment, without really asking and sat her cat on her lap. She heard the girl introduce herself as Margaret. “ Riley. “ She said with a nod before she looked back down at her book. She wasn’t really interested in talking to most people, preferring books over their company. Though Margaret seemed energetic. When she said it was nice to meet her she looked up once more. “ You really haven’t met me have you? All you’ve said is hi and your name. “ She said before going back her book once more.

"Oh, well, yes I guess that's true. Well, what are you reading? Is it any good?" she asked, then brought out one of her own reading books for the train ride. "I like reading too." she said with a smile, hoping that maybe her and Riley could be friends, especially if they were going to be in the same school and, by the looks of the girl, the same year. Margret's cat, Mac, then started to purr in her lap as he fell asleep, just as Margret thought he would. She giggled at this and petted him on his soft and warm head. "Oh, and are you allergic to cats? I'm sorry I didn't ask this sooner, oh I hope you're not I wouldn't want you to have a reaction." she said, now a little worried that Riley might be.

oh y...yeah you can sit t... there. I noticed my owl started to go crazy over the girl. Hey it's okay she's a friend. My owl calms down. So sorry about that she get's like that when ever I meet someone.

Aryn had just gotten onto the train, and was now looking for an empty compartment. He sat down in one and started reading through a book of spells, trying to memorise each one that interested him. His owl stared intently at a small stain on the window, looking quite "hawkward" as he did so. (I'm not sorry about the pun).

Pru looked back to be sure her sister was following her before rushing into the wall into platform 9 3/4 when the coast was clear. She knew about it from back when Elizabeth started school and she waived her of. she climbed on board and looked for empty spaces, she knocked and asked if she could enter. They other didnt want her to or looked strangely and scared of her. Until...

Pru finally made it to a cabin with only one occupant who looked around her age. She took a deep breath before knocking on the door and opening. "Eh hi can I..."She went to say before noting the owl."is it... Laughing?"

Aryn glanced at Pru "Oh, sure, come in"


His attention was more diverted to his owl "Uh...I think he is...I used a tickle charm on him.."

Pru stepped in put her things in the storage area, she took Erol and out him next to her when she sat opposite Aryn. "Oh yeah? I hate that spell, used one to many on my self." She commented with a shudder. "Anyways. .. Thanks, I am Pru and this is my bud Erol." Erol let out a sound as if in greeting.

Hawkward had finally stopped laughing and continued looking at the stain on the window

Daniel looked at the Reptile and shrugged. “ I don’t mind at all as long as Sebastian can be on my lap. “ He said as he reached for the cat’s cage. “ You aren’t allergic to cat’s right?” He asked Marco. “ I’m Daniel by the way. “ He said holding out his hand. “ Nice to meet you. “ He said as he jumped out of the reptile’s tongue. “ Does he do that often?” Daniel asked as he felt the train began to move.

Henry looked at them as they mentioned the houses. He didn’t know the difference between them. When Maddie asked if they were excited to start he nodded. “Yeah. “ He said as she spoke for him. He didn’t know how she knew that he was wondering if Ellie was a first year or not, but he was thankful it kept him from having to speak. He didn’t know either girl at all and was still very nervous about speaking in front of either. He was sure she had mentioned it, but he hadn’t heard her say it, or he had forgotten having been more focused on his next words, like he so often was. He listened as Norella said that her mum had been on Ravenclaw. He nodded, to let her know he was listening even if he wasn’t verbally responding. He than looked at Maddie as Norella asked where they changed their robes. He didn’t know, for he had never been on the train, nor had his parents. He glanced out the window and noticed they had started moving. “ Hey we’re moving. “ He said softly.

Riley looked up at Margaret with an annoyed look on her face as she asked what she was reading. “ I’m reading Hogwarts, A History. “ She said. “ Yes i do suppose it’s good. “ SHe said before looking down at her book. She heard the cat began to purr. She had never understood why people Brought Cats. SHe could see the usefulness in an owl, but not a cat. She looked up once more as the girl asked if she was allergic to cats. “ I’m not. “ She said, putting her book down, knowing she’d never get to read if this girl kept talking. “Anything else?” She asked with a raised eyebrow.

Margret could now clearly see the annoyed expression in Riley's face. "Oh, that's good. And I suppose not. Enjoy the trip!" she said with one last smile, as she saw Riley pick her book back up and continue to read. Margret then looked out the window with a defeated smile, knowing that Riley would be one tough nut to crack, so to speak. But, knowing that sometimes it can take a little effort to make friends, she knew that she couldn't just give up on trying to get to know Riley. For now, though, she'd let the other girl be, and she decided instead to put in some earbuds and let her music drift her away as she looked at the scenery, which she hoped would start to pass by soon, for she was excited to be going to Hogwarts and wanted to get there as fast as possible.

Hawkward glanced at Pru with an annoyed look as soon as she called him cute, then pointed his attention back to the window stain.

Threlm watched as the compartment door slide open to reveal another member of the Quidditch team Elizabeth. Threlm smiled at her as the train finally started to move, "Elizabeth what a pleasure. No one here would mind if you sat down." Threlm said in a kind voice. So far he could see that he would enjoy himself on this train ride being the only male in the compartment his smile widened. He would stop leaning against the side of the train and sit more forward to seem like he was actually engaged in the conversation.

Charlie nodded to Cassie, "I'm a sixth year just like Threlm here," she said. She was about to ask about her last name being the same as the ministers when Elizabeth knocked asking to come in. "Oh hello Liz, I'm fine with you joining us," she said smiling. "What about you all," she asked the other two she was currently sharing the compartment with. Hearing Threlm give an affirmative answer she just awaited Cassie's response. A few moments later she heard a small distressed meow causing her to jump up. "Oh sweet Salazar, I'm so sorry Pantera," she said quickly opening the cats cage and hugging the small creature to her. She then sat back down with the cat padding over to Threlm and rubbing against his side. "Ugh, she likes you more than me right now," she told him pouting.

"Probably?"She asked raising an eyebrow, leaning toward to get a better look. "Probably as in maybe I won like it as personal opinion or is there something not to like?"

"Personal opinion, of course. There's not much to dislike...besides pureblood fanatics. You might want to watch out for them" Aryn replied, not making it seem like much of a big deal. "They're pretty easy to ward off, though.."

Threlm smiled down at the cat and started scratching the top of its head and chin. "Well I am irresistible." Threlm laughed and winked at everyone in the room half jokingly. He was so happy to finally be back in a social life and away from that house in the middle of no wear. He thought about how interesting this year might be.
