It's a bit of what's left over in the original design. Yes the ranking system is a real things one which many of the empowered schools uses. Whether your parents wanted you to know or not they most likely have a rank. You usually get your first rank at the end of elementary, and then again at the end of middle school. Afterwards every year it's updated from then on 10 is the highest 0 the weakest. Those around 10 are guaranteed success in empowered run businesses those around 1 aren't.

I didn't incorporate it into the CS because, Highland doesn't follow it and I would have to assign your ranks for you and that wouldn't be fun. Just know that if a student from another school says they're a rank 9 you shouldn't shrug it off just because they are younger.

If you want a rank I can assign them.

Yup it is a known thing. It used to be a very big part of the Rp but it's been scaled back significantly.

It depends on where you live but yes there is a empowered division for most militaries. Bullets are nice and often work but sometimes you need more to best monsters
