[Krillin]

Kaneki puts his arm around Karen and continues walking.

 

[Spotine]

"You're about to die!? Oh um, let me just get the kids..." Kyra said, standing up suddenly and getting Kira and Athena's carriers. They didn't need to see this. She set them in her bedroom and went back to the living room to check on Kataru and Mikuru.


Karen smiled and blushed lightly as Kaneki put his arm around her. She leaned her head closer to him, resting it near his chest.

 

[Cosmos]

The twins stare blankly at her "you mean...you don't mind?..most people can't handle watching someone die.." They said immediately after Kataru turned pale while Mikuru started coughing.

[Spotine]

Kyra nodded. "It's kind of disturbing, but I don't care. It's not like you leave any traces behind... Of your death..." She said, rubbing the back of her head awkwardly.

 

[Krillin]

Kaneki leans his head down. "I love you." Is what Kaneki whispers into her ear..

 

[Spotine]

Karen grinned and closed her eyes, relaxing. "I love you too." She whispered back.

 

[Krillin]

"Well if your going to fall asleep i'll do this." Says Kaneki lifting Karen into his arms and carrying her like a princess.

 

[Cosmos]

They both blush, well Mikuru does, Kataru was too pale for it to show up, Mikuru collapsed to the floor coughing up water as her clothes became soaked and shortly after Kataru clutching her stomach.

[Spotine]

Kyra went into the kitchen, giving the two privacy to die.


Karen giggled and let Kaneki pick her up. She looked at him and grinned happily.

 

[Cosmos]

The twins died and sat up quickly afterward, Kataru whispered something to Mikuru and Mikuru laughed again politely before going over to Kyra cheerfully "Kataru says that she kinda needs that help...now..." She said awkwardly.

[Krillin]

Kaneki smiles back continuing to walk.

 

[Spotine]

Kyra's eyes widened. "Oh! Um yeah!" She said, rushing over to Kataru.


Karen rested her head against Kaneki's chest as he walked. She closed her eyes and sighed contently. "Well this is different. But I like it." Karen whispered.

 

[Krillin]

"Whats different being carried like a princess?" Asks Kaneki.

 

[Cosmos]

(And nobody needs to know these facts so let's just skip them!!)

"Yeah." Karen replied. "And pretty much everything about this situation... You, being carried like royalty, being in this town..." She trailed off and smiled up at Kaneki.

"Well you are right I am different and you are royalty." Says Kaneki smiling.

 

[Spotine]

Karen smiled. "Well thank you Prince Kaneki." She said in a British accent.

 

[Krillin]

"Your welcome my fair Princess Karen." Says Kaneki imitating her tone.

 

[Spotine]

Karen smiled. "I must say Prince Kaneki, you are quite strong. After all, you are able to carry me all this way." She said, still in a British Accent.

 

[Krillin]

"Well you weigh close to nothing." Says Kaneki.

 

[Spotine]

"Well thank you! You are very kind Prince Kaneki." Karen said.

 

[Krillin]

"Well your welcome. But thank you for being light enough to carry so far." Says Kaneki laughing.

 

[Spotine]

Karen laughed along with Kaneki. "Oh! Look! An ice cream place!" Karen said excitedly, pointing to an ice cream shop a couple of yards away.
