She thinks before responding to him personally "yep!!" She smiles before sitting down on the bed behind her and looking over at Jacob and Sakura "congrats! And I think Basara likes the ring too!" She giggles as she watches the baby laugh adorably at holding the ring on Sakura's finger.

It's not much, just the side-effects of having it sped up like this" she says weakly, once again supporting her back.

"And as I said, I'm fine...kinda.. But there's not much you can do... And if anything really bad happens it seems like the kids will tell you" she laughs weakly trying to get off the topic, gesturing to her stomach.
