Hiding tattoos

I may have skimmed over it without realising, but do Lunars have a Knack or Charm that lets them hide their moonsilver tattoos? We see Marena doing it a few times in the past, but there was no mention of how she did it. Could've been a custom charm for all I know.

Hide of the Cunning Hunter. It's an Appearance Charm. Does nothing about the Tell, but the tatoos just vanish.

Thanks. Although now I'm wishing I'd known about that Charm before a character of mine was accepted into a game on Myth Weavers. Who currently has an attractive, Wood Aspect woman coming onto him.
