Deep within the forests of Veil, lie the Sendaar or wood elves as they are known. Thought to be myth by the mortal humans, their forest has suffered countless injustices for centuries, ravaged by expanding farmlands, burned by the farmers to clear the way, and cut back to allow easier transportation of goods through the Veil the forest is a mere shadow of what it once was. The Forest Realm of the Sendaar has grown ever smaller, and they abandoned all but their capital to the ravages of the forest and to the humans. They took care to make their once pristine cities look like ruined heaps from a civilization long since lost to time, yet they still survive, hidden in the shadows of the Fiore Mountains, hidden behind what remains of the Veil, hidden in the shaded shadows of the forest.
