Not exactly sure where to start from, umm, let's do this interview style.


Q: So Betnon Could you tell us more about yourself; your likes, dislikes, hobbies etc.


A: My real name is Oyinloye Boluwatife (Bolu if you want to shorten) aged 21 years, I'm currently a final year student of Mass Destruction *Communication in Babcock University in Nigeria. (really curious to know if I'm the first, I should get a badge or something). I later on plan on getting a degree in Human psychology and another in security studies.


The first thing I was able to identify as a hobby in my life was climbing trees, currently tho I have kinda given that up, I also enjoy reading, taking a long shower and playing pc games; open world games and high strategy games to be specific, there was also a time in my life where I used to do 100m sprints but I haven't participated in any for about 3 years *covers face*


I appreciate honestly alot and I personally try not to over share anything, I'm a believer in individualism hence I try to treat each individual according to how s(he) is presented physically and mentally.


Q: Can you give a short background into your relationship with RP


A: I've been into Rp for about 5 years now, I've majorly done rp in Percy Jackson, Harry Potter forums I've also dabbled into a little Naruto and GOT.


Most of the Rps I've been in are ones which I've read the books or manga. I don't really have a character type, tho I've never role played as a female or cannon character (that could be my aim on this site)


Rp to me is a near perfect form of merging several powerful and wild imaginations and creating something that intensely satisfies mentally.

Welcome to RPN! You're the first person I've ever met from Nigeria. I'm glad that you have given up climbing trees, in place for reading, showering and playing videogames, it seems much safer and I think dying by falling off a tree is a rather gruesome way to go. Don't worry about not over-sharing, a majority of the rpers on this site usually keep their personal lives far away. Your five years of experience of forum roleplays will definitely come in handy when joining or creating a roleplay. Since you love fandom roleplays I suggest that you head over to the fandom section of this site. If you need help with playing a canon or female character, feel free to ask me, I can give a few pointers. I would offer to help but it seems that JokerValentine already has you covered. I really hope to see more of you on this lovely site! :33

So I totally misread your name as "MrBreton" and was completely prepared to start asking you about Skyrim and the Elder Scrolls series, lol. Anyways, very nice to meet you - and how very apt that a communications major would have roleplaying as a hobby! Like everyone else said, just give a shout if you need help, the Site Questions and Information subforum is the best place to do that. You can even make suggestions there if you've got an idea for the site.


Since I'm a moderator, I of course, have to tell you that should you break any rules, I'll break your neck be very sad.

I kinda do a little of alot of genres, as I feel this helps widen the range of conversations you can have. I majorly listen the local music here at home along with international hip-hop/ pop artists, my favorite rapper is T.I, I also like Nas and J Cole, favorite rock band is Fall Out Boy.


I don't really listen to jazz, closest I've gotten is my brother who plays the sax, I do appreciate the jazz culture tho especially the dressing.
