I see, that's good. How old is she? Are they volunteering or just visiting? You have any pets? I've always wanted a dog, and I'll hopefully be able to get one whenever I get my own place.

Yeah, they're volunteers there. My sister's 13, as of October.
And, ah, I... Used to have a cat. Unfortunately, there are a lot of bad memories about myself associated with her, so I don't like to talk about her too much...

That's pretty cool, I only really did volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity, but those were great times with construction work and such.

Cool. My sister and mom help take care of the animals at the shelter, which have been either bought by the owner or donated to them from people who've rescued them from abusive owners. It's kind of sad to hear what some people do to these animals (
