If he had been having an out of body experience, he'd be laughing hysterically at himself and how he was such an idiot for passing out now. He would also be questioning the fact that nobody had noticed a bleeding boy laying passed out against a wall. Or that the nobody who had noticed him wasn't questioning why he was there. But, he's completely unconscious, in a dreamless state of unconsciousness, completely unaware of everything, and, in every sense of the word, unconscious.
