Problem is >< he was hunting a former crew mate who betrayed his own captain and killed another. The captain treats his own crew mates as his sons. He’s the best father imo

You could always pull him from a place in the anime/manga where he was alive instead. It doesn’t need to be at a point when he died. I always like to establish the timeframe I pull my characters from in their games/series so I know how I would like to shape their personality/my approach to them. Doing that could help in this regard

Like for example, Joker is the only of my 3 characters I’ve pulled from post game of his main game. I pulled Eupha from right after she joined the Metaphor party rather than post game and 9S is from the first ending of Nier Automata, which is not the ending of that game given endings A-E are actually progressively adding to the story.

So if you feel very strongly about playing Ace then find a part of the story you’d like to pull him from and work with that if the death part is hanging you up

Also oh man, I feel like if Gintoki and Panty interact they're either going to get along or constantly fight like cats and dogs lol

Well, they're both immature degenerates so yk, they could bond over that XD
But yeah I think they'd immediately hit it off if they interacted OR they would be about ready to kill each other, no in-between.

I'm so glad you're playing a character from PASWG, I haven't seen that anime in so long but the artistic style and music is something I haven't seen since then. It's the only anime where I like the English dub just as much as the Japanese dub, they did those characters so well.

Panty's English voice actress is the same as Junko's. They both look similar and act similar, so Komaeda might have a bit of a panic attack thinking the Ultimate Despair came back to life.


Speaking of Komaeda, I'm also just going to reintroduce him into the roleplay. With so much going on irl, I really lost track on the characters and who is interacting with.

Just the story and characters alone for me were so unique and creative, but the art and the music was the cherry on top. I'm so happy that a season 2 for the show is underway. And I agree, both sub and dub are just *chef's kiss*

Lol meanwhile Panty just came back after her sister sliced her up. She's going to be more bitchy than usual at first that's for sure lmao. If he ever told her of Junko she'd probably be like "she's just like me fr"

Well it depends on how you want to work them into the story. Are you going to wait until the group arrives at the Hellsgate Dungeon? Or are you just going to throw them in while pretending that they were there all along? There's a lot of different ways this could go.

He literally took a blow through his chest to save Luffy. And, Jinbe (best guy) made a promise to Ace to get Luffy out of Marineford (a literal war zone). He pretty much died right in front of Luffy. He won’t have a clue Luffy is alive.

Komaeda Nagito
While Komaeda is casual about most physical gestures directed towards him, I don't think he would go as far as kissing someone even for a tradition like mistletoe. He would be thankful but apologetically declined the offer.

Though if it was Hinata, he might be more inclined as he is much more willing to be open and intimate with him.

In the orginal Japanese version of the games and shows, Sonic tends to run away from romantic incentives. He would look up, see the mistletoe: "Nothing personal." And then dip.

Ren would be pretty chill over it all and wouldn't be too flustered about it. He'd leave it up to whomever he's with if they wanna kiss or not. He may speak calm over it but there's a faint blush on his cheeks and he's dying on the inside, especially if he finds the other person attractive

Eupha would be so confused by what it means then get very flustered over it once it is explained. She would be polite in declining it though

9S has to look up what a mistletoe even is supposed to mean, then probably be flustered because those kinds of emotions are not allowed in YoRHa

Carmen would probably just laugh it off, she wouldn't get too embarrassed since 'it's just a kiss' in her eyes. She would let the other person decide if they want to follow through with the tradition though. she'd leave lipstick marks on them lol

Linkle would be perfectly okay with the tradition, but I think she would like getting on her knees and giving a hand-kiss instead of the smooch on the lips, like a true knight/hero/adventurer or whatever this girl is at this point XD

Panty is all for the kissing. She'd probably get into it and go a little overboard if you catch my drift. It's supposed to be a kiss, not a make-out sesh, but she don't care in the slightest

Scott would probably be the most likely to get flustered by it, especially if it's with someone he finds attractive. He'd probably get really nervous before doing it, since kissing can generate Sparks at times between two people who genuinely have chemistry.
