That is an issue given how the rp is structured and all. The only idea I’d have to offer would be maybe the dungeon itself has some kind of instability that would cause people to show up especially if you plan on going the route of having monsters from various other worlds be part of it.

I agree with this point. It would also be potential way for current players to introduce new characters as well. You can also take it in different directions like the new character thinking the current party is an enemy (whether through misunderstanding, hypnotized by Galangal, issues with a current member of the party etc), and serving as a miniboss before being recruited.

That sounds like it could work. We'll have to wait until we actually have them enter the Hells gate dungeon in order to put this plan into motion, however.

That is the downside, though maybe it could also be Parsley's magic was unstable and some characters ended up in other places like the market/town? Just another option

I was scrolling through the thread, and I have this cryptid who I think could work for the Hell Gate Dungeon. I'd have to swap Komaeda though; I don't really have much time on my hands atm.
