Tbh pyralis, when it comes to mechanics, is an odd mix between Ed and winry. On one hand his wings are very much tools to be used, even in battle. But on the other hand, having to repair things sucks

ICly Winry will want to study his wings for engineering purposes in the case Py needs her help. I see she’ll spend hours toiling away so much as not sleeping until the prosthetic is done and perfect. ( Breaking her auto mail well pisses her off at how much work she puts into them)

I could totally imagine a scene where Pyralis is hovering over Winry as she works on one of Ed’s limbs and explaining the mechanics behind it, meanwhile poor Ed is forced to sit there and listen to them prattle on and on lmao

I’ve always been really interested in the doll hobby (moreso vinyl doll stuff like Dollife Dreams but don’t get me wrong ball jointed stuff are also super friggin awesome!) but never really had the funds to actually pursue it thdjfjf so I’m super curious on what it’s like designing a bjd

I'll be adding fabric to it for the wing membranes, since i dont wanna think about the logisitcs of a fully printed wing lol. getting THAT to move would be awful. So adding fabric to bones it is lol

sure thing! this isnt the most detailed model for what it looks like tho, i might make some changes at some point, but the "mechanics" of it for a bjd are done pretty much.
Also i partially designed these to like, be for py when he achieves godhood (VERY late in his story, he's not there yet at this point in the rp) so they look a little more "natural" than the original mechanical wings he has.

TLDR: sure go ahead, but the current iteration of his wings look a bit more mechanical than this

dont forget he has thick soled shoes. just transmute them with a little dirt for filler and he can be taller lol
