Rather than figuring out the logistical nightmare of making an automail wing capable of flight, Winry ends up just building Hermes a jet pack lmao svddg listen even if the first jetpack wasn't built until the 50's the concept was first visualized in 1919, if anyone could make one, it's our gorl winry

Here's this girl who looks, acts, and has had many of the same experiences of the person who you care for but will never be able to see again, and yet despite all the similarities, she isn't her.
