Name: Teresa "Tex" Tejas (Spanish word for Texas)
Age: 177 (appears 21)
Gender: Female
Height: 5 feet 8 inches
Appearance:
Personality: Texas is a daughter of America, she is headstrong, stubborn, and proud (so proud that she is the only state allowed to fly her flag at the same height as America's). She is perhaps most like America, finding herself larger than life, and finding all other states a bunch of "yellow bellied pansies". She was a country herself for quite a while before being adopted by America. She tends to think America is growing soft from hanging out with all the European nations, and she is constantly threatening to secede.
America is heartbroken at the prospect of Texas leaving, seeing over a third of America's military industrial complex is based within Texas it would be a major blow (that's not mentioning her huge oil reserves). America has thus concocted a nefarious scheme involving the adoption paperwork Texas signed when he first adopted her. The paperwork included a contract that entailed breast reduction for Texas if she seceded (A reference to the fact that
Texas must be split into smaller nations if she decides to secede, which is listed in her constitution).
Texas is often referred to as a "Cowgirl", and for the most part this holds true. She is wild and untamed, having grown to be successful based on luck, instinct and sheer veracity. She can often be found shooting her six shooter in excitement, or roping America into doing what she wants (She is home to quite a few presidents). She is now extremely rich, being home to more fortune 500 companies than any other state, having sprung oil, and being home to Technology visionaries. In fact NASA is based in Texas, and she led the way in beating the Russians in the Great Space Race.
With all these accomplishments Texas has become rather proud, having let all her success go to her head. She thinks bigger is always better and has recently started strengthening her borders, trying to keep her older brother Mexico from mooching off of her.

I'll post a canon character in a bit... I only did Texas as a state because it was once it's own country, kinda like they split up Prussia from the countries it became or how they show Romano as it's own representative

Appearance:
Personality: Shy, cute, and somewhat innocent. He is often feared by the other countries, even then he is still quite lovable in my opinion. He is unsociable but he doesn't go quite as unnoticed as Canada. I as well wear a trench coat and scarf a lot, so I assume he feels safe being wrapped up like, but that's only MY reasoning for it. Russia isn't quite as scary as Belarus, his little sister, but he surely does strike fear with every kolkolkolkol.

Well this looks dead, what a shame I was actually pretty excited for it...Not to try and poach or anything but if Doctor Disharmony doesn't come back I'd be willing to put one up. I'd just need someone else to play America. OR I could play America and someone else could play Germany
