Personality: Russia is a hard one to pin down, a complicated man if there ever was one. He often puts on the public persona of a kind man well suited for the mildness of diplomacy; gentle, courteous, gracious, and a little childish. This of course is simply a facade that Russia has developed, and it leads those who sit outside the Communist Bloc to underestimate him as a cheerful, somewhat vapid individual. In reality, he is an extremely powerful and cunning manipulator of world politics, a master of deception and calculation on-par with his rival America, with whom he frequently argues. Unlike America, however, Russia is not afraid to resort to cruel and ruthless tactics to get what he wants, which is to achieve what he truly believes is best for both the old world and the new.

He rarely gets mad but when he does it's like being trapped in the middle of a thunderstorm, loud and destructive.

History: The Kesse Sultanate was a moderately strong people before the earthlings arrived. They had a small but well trained army, a strong economy, and they sat on the western edge of the continent in the middle of mountains an desserts. With the need to feed a growing population the Kesse slowly expanded into the grasslands surrounding them.

When the earthlings arrived the Kesse were in a period of peace, art, and culture growth. The earthlings language was very similar to the Kesse tounge so communication went fairly well. The leader of the earthling group introduced himself to Kesse, the man wore a strange white mask and he called himself turkey. Turkey told them of the plant earth and offered to share their technology, for a price. The price was that Kesse would become a Turkish protectorate or colony, they could keep their government and act mostly independently. Having really no other choice the Kesse agreed. Luckily Turkey was a kind old man and for the most part Kesse is free to do what he wants.

Personality:
America is a cheerful, energetic and somewhat conceited young man who is obsessed with heroes, justice, and freedom. He has the habit of sticking his nose into everyone's business, which causes him to have difficulty making friends. He loves hamburgers and junk food, to the point of obsession, and can even eat strange and inedible things due to inheriting England's sense of taste (or lack thereof).

America is also known for not being aware of how "the atmosphere" is when he is around others (which, at one point, he was told to read it), but it has been noted that it is not that he lacks the ability to "assess the situation", he simply chooses not to. On multiple occasions it has been shown that, when calm or serious, America can become very logical, reading further into things than he usually would, and actually reading the atmosphere.

Though he is friends with an alien named Tony and his friends, he does not believe in England's magical friends, fairies, or unicorns. The only time he can actually see fairies and other such beings is on Halloween.

Svana is a fierce warrior and protector of her people. She is brash, overconfident and loud when she speaks. While for the most part she is no-nonsense, that doesn't mean she doesn't like to have fun-though she can be brutal in work and play. Her temper is both quick and punishing, and almost anything could set her off. She has a strong will and determination, and has a hard time giving up or quitting.

Allies of hers can expect her to defend them to the bitter end, as she will never abandon those closest to her. She enjoys good humor and entertainment, and has a strong appreciation for the arts despite her warrior nature. History:
For centuries, the land of Yngvildr was constantly in multiple feudal wars with many tribes fighting among one another for land and riches. It wasn't until two centuries ago that the first High Queen united them all into one country. Since then, Yngvildr has mostly been ruled by High Queens (with some High Kings ruling as well) as it is mainly a Matriarchal culture and society. By law, a Moot must be held among the Lords and Ladies of each Hold's Providence in order to elect a new High Queen or King.

The country has fourteen Providences, each with a Hold/Keep (or house of Government) and a few small villages, and each Hold is run by a Lord or Lady who answers to the High Queen or King. The Country is one of the youngest in the world, having just turned two centuries old. Yngvildr is also a Pagan culture who worships a Pantheon of ten major deities, five Gods and five Goddesses, ruled by the Queen of the Gods herself who was said to be the creator of the Universe and the world they lived in.

While they are known to be fierce warriors, citizens of Yngvildr pride themselves in Weapons and Armor Smithing, Fine Arts (especially in Theater and Sculpting), Alchemy and Cooking. It wasn't until recently that they have been looking to expand their reach to other lands-even if it means taking them by force. That was, until the Earthlings showed up.

After learning more about Svana and her people, America was instantly on board with helping her out. Both were young countries, and both had Democratic views, though they differed slightly. The two soon had an accord with one another, and America agreed to help Svana and her people expand her reach to claim new territory, giving her the protection and aid of the American Government. In return, Svana agreed to become a United States territory, if only to get what she wants in the end.

History: Thousands of years ago, nomadic tribesfolk crossed the narrow land strait that connected the Kandoric subcontinent to the rest of the mainland. These settlers swept across the land from there, and in time, a small patchwork of independent kingdoms and federations took shape across the realm. Five centuries ago, however, they were all subdued and united (within the span of two years, as legends say) under the banner of Maeverin Valeos the Conquerer, who was later crowned an emperor in his capital of Koed Bliddanna, formally establishing the Kandor Imperium. Under the rule of the Imperium, Kandor would enjoy relative prosperity. The country enjoys a climate reminiscent of Earth's Mediterranean regions: warm, dry summers, mild, rainy winters, and extended periods of sunshine throughout the year. Much of Kandor consists of coastline, which facilitates their maritime nature. Wines, tomatoes, and cheeses, produced in bulk throughout the country, were his main resources, and the high price they commanded in other parts of the world ensured that the nation's economy remained healthy

Yet for all his wealth and accomplishment, the Imperium was not without his problems. The aristocratic caste were infamous for their careless excess and vicious internal politics. Their lords and ladies were not landed vassals in the traditional sense, but owners of banks, trading companies, and vineyards, each frequently engaging in violent power struggles with one another. Furthermore, Kandoric commoners remained at the mercy of the nobility and their needs, with many laborers working long hours for low wages. The aristocracy held absolute power over those of lower social ranks, and Imperial law even dictated that a noble had the right to kill any commoner who they felt compromised their honor.

Behind his clean cities and beautiful, sprawling vineyards, The Kandor Imperium was a powder keg, and it was ready to ignite.

Two years ago, Emperor Vanadáin IV died young in his sickbed a the young age of thirty, leaving the crown to his six year old son, Meryn. The boy's mother, Empress Dowager Enid, had been appointed as his regent, though she would quickly prove to be a wholly incompetent ruler. Even by court standards, she was decadent, corrupt, and paranoid. Meanwhile, Vanadáin's younger brother, Emhyr, remained a staunch opponent of Enid's reign, displeased because he both was passed over in the line of succession, and despised his sister-in-law's poor rule. By year's end, the country had been split into two camps: the Reds, who remained loyal to Emperor Meryn, and the Whites, who supported Emhyr's claim to the throne.

It was around this time that the portal to Soviet Russia appeared in the nation. The Soviets were initially non-confrontational, content to quietly observe and study their society through research and espionage. Ivan himself, however, was most displeased with the decadent corruption of the Imperium.

One night, Naid finds young Meryn had died, drowned in the lake in an unfortunate accident. Enid was immediately informed, and as protocol dictated, the funeral bells would be rung and a message would be sent to summon the heir, Emhyr Valeos, to the capital for coronation. Enid, however, had other plans. The Empress Regent was convinced that Emhyr had sent an assassin to kill her son, and so she mustered the Imperial Army for war, and had Naid thrown into the cells to ensure his complacency. It was then that the blood of the young emperor transformed a simple dynastic dispute into a war of total annihilation. [WIP]

Ellan is a quiet country who mostly keeps to her self as not many seem to notice her unless is around the TT time (motorcycle road race). She is tomboyish, book lover, Intrested in fairy tales and magic.

Just like her brother she is able to see mythical creatuets from her home like the black dog of peel castle and The fairys of fairy bridge. She loves telling stories of ghosts and magic to anyone willing to hear them. Ellan usually speaks Manx but will speak english and polish if needed. She has a love of languages and is happy to learn them so that she is able to talk to any countries.

History:
The ancient Romans knew of the island and called it Insula Manavia although it is uncertain whether they conquered the island. Around the fifth century, large-scale migration from Ireland precipitated a process of Gaelicisation evidenced by Ogham inscriptions, giving rise to the Manx language, which is a Goidelic language closely related to Irish and Scottish Gaelic.

Vikings arrived at the end of the 8th century. They established Tynwald and introduced many land divisions that still exist. In 1266 King Magnus VI of Norway ceded the islands to Scotland in the Treaty of Perth; but Scotland's rule over Mann did not become firmly established until 1275, when the Manx were defeated in the Battle of Ronaldsway, near Castletown.

In 1290 King Edward I of England sent Walter de Huntercombe to take possession of Mann. It remained in English hands until 1313, when Robert Bruce took it after besieging Castle Rushen for five weeks. A confused period followed when Mann was sometimes under English rule and sometimes Scottish, until 1346, when the Battle of Neville's Cross decided the long struggle between England and Scotland in England's favour.

English rule was delegated to a series of lords and magnates. The Tynwald passed laws concerning the government of the island in all respects and had control over its finances, but was subject to the approval of the Lord of Mann.

In 1866, the Isle of Man obtained a nominal measure of Home Rule.

During the First World War there were two camps: one a requisitioned holiday camp in Douglas and the other a purpose-built camp at Knockaloe near Peel in the parish of Patrick. During the Second World War there were a number of smaller camps in Douglas, Peel, Port Erin and Ramsey. The (now disbanded) Manx Regiment was raised in 1938 and saw action during the Second World War.

  Representative Dictatorship - The Dictator is chosen through popular vote, and are given absolute power. However, if 66% of the people end up saying they disapprove of them, they are impeached or in some cases executed, though it's very rare.
  
  However, no one just handed the position. To be considered as a candidate, you have to particioate in the XD (Xtreme Dictator) Games. In the games, you're intelligence, strength, speed, musicality, and all other qualities that make you a good leader are tested. If you make it to the final two, then you start going on and on about what you want to do during your reign, while strapped to a lie detector of course. Belak doesn't handle liars very well. Then the people vote and you must get a 66% majority vote to be elected.
  
  The term for the dictator is 5 years.
  
  Personality Kliff is an optimist. He always tries to see the bright side of things. He also is creative and able to think outside of the box. He is very ambitious and dedicated to the things he loves. Speaking of things he loves, he values four things above all : Games, Anime, Music, and Food AKA GAMF. He is also pretty extroverted. He loves meeting new people and making friends, which is one of the reasons he bonded with Japan so quickly. He is also an insomniac.   Belak is one of the youngest countries in the new world. Less than 1000 years ago, in 0 NW, the first people of Belak left there previous home to escape a corrupt government. They got on a boat and started to sail to no where in particular. After about 5 years of moving (5 NW) from place to place, they finally arrived at an uninhabited place. They knew it was uninhabited because for one, no people were there (duh) and for two, nature was thriving. Livestock and animals they haven't ever seen before were roaming freely while trees and other vegetation grew freely.
  
  After about 200 years of cultivating, creating, protecting, destroying, etc, the Belakians were able to officially create a civilization that thrived in their environment. Although they did destroy a portion to make room for cities, the Belakians tried there best to not interfere with nature, and when they did they tried to help it out in other ways, as without the thriving wildlife, they wouldn't have survived. Because of this, they only have three major cities : Kerds, Cisda, and Kuklen, with Kuklen being the capital and the largest of the three. According to the latest Census, 87% of the population lives in one of the three cities, with 43% living in Kuklen.
  
  While creating a government, the Belakians created a Representative Dictatorship. Their leader would have unlimited power to control the country, but if they got out of hand and became corrupt like their last leader, they would be executed. Wanting to figure out how to have the best leader possible, the Belakians created the XD Games. Anyone who wted to rule would have to pass a series of test to see if they were deemed qualified to be the ruler. The two best candidates would then be voted on by the public, and whoever won would be the Dictator.
  
  Because of their vow to protect the nature surrounding them, the Belakians had to find new ways to create electricity. In 212 NW, the scientist had a breakthrough and created a machine that converted sound vibrations into kinetic energy, which was then converted into electricity. Because of how boring it was to just listen to a drone, the Belakians started holding music in high regard. Anyone who could sing or play an instrument was an asset as they not only entertained, but powered the country.
  
  Everything was good and by 565 NW, Belak had opened it's borders to foreigners. However, as foreigners began to move to Belak because of how beautiful and self efficient it was, food started becoming a problem. Due to environmental laws, much of the wildlife was off limits, but people started breaking these laws. this led to a lot of people being imprisoned and even executed, due to how serious Belakians were about these laws.
  
  This led to the Foregner-Belakian Civil War. Foreigners who came into the country wanted to do whatever they wanted and Belakians weren't having it. After a 24 year Civil War (579 NW), the Belakians finally defeated the Foreigners. However, the damaged they had done to the ecosystem and population was already done. Over half of the population, with a majority being farmers and other producers, was killed and wide areas of nature was torched, scorched, and burned. This led to widespread starvation for the next 50 years (629 NW) that is referred to as the Great Starvation. By the time the ecosystem was revived, about 1/4 of the population had died. This event, however, did show the Belakians just how important food was to the country and from then on, anyone who was able to either produce food or make good food was held in high regard.
  
  The FB Civil War had also forced Belakians to re-close their borders to foreigners, for about 300 years (901 NW). During this time, however, because of their being no new people being introduced into the country, Belakians began to feel that they were the only ones in the world. Because of this, many people began to wonder about what it's like outside of the country, but since all coastlines and ports were regulated and planes were strictly for trade, no one was allowed outside of the country. because of this, more and more people started playing video games and watching anime, as they were the only ways to escape the reality of the country. After a while, EVERYONE did it. If you didn't play video games or watch anime, you were a strange and poor soul.
  
  However a big thing that occured during this time was polygamous and LGBT relationships. With everyone watching anime, it was no surprise that pretty soon a lot of people would put into practice what they saw. Because they don't have super powers, the easiest thing to copy was romance. Anime made it look so easy. Main character having multiple wives, two characters of the same gender falling in love, and the regular old heterosexual romances that also was pretty cool. With an entire country full of otakus, everyone wanted to do what they did in anime, so then, with the making of the "Romance Act" everyone was officially free to pursue a relationship with any and everyone if they wanted to. Ever since, a majority of the people in the country are bisexual, in at least 3 simultaneous relationships, and have at least one partner of the same gender by the time they graduate high school. Don't even get me started on what happened when they created Virtual Technology.
  
  During all of this, a big debate was whether to open up their borders or not. A majority of the population thought that they should, as no one was old enough to have lived during the FB Civil War or the Great Startvation, despite learning about them in school. After a lot of petitioning and rallying, Kefic Turg, one of the most famous Dictators as he won with a unanimous vote, had made a decision, passing the "Self Defense Act". From this point on, all children would begin learning how to fight and use weapons, so the Belakians would never again suffer as they did during the FB CW. His reasoning was that if everyone could protect themselves, then the foreigners would not be able to kill as many civilians as they had.
  
  Now it's the present (1032 NW). Belak has opened it's borders to foreigners, Despite being new to the international scene, Belak became a major power because of how much it could export and how little it needed to import. Belak's strategy for interacting was that they'd befriend everyone but not get involved in international wars, if they didn't need to. So far it has been working, as no one has dared to challenge them yet because of the training all citizens recieve as children. Tourism, however, is at an all time high and even though there are only 3 major cities (although 2 of the smaller villages are starting to grow), Belak is always bustling with life : Both humans and animals. Anywhere you travel in the country, you'll find some type of animal, whether it's a bird, a wolf, or a whale.
  
  When the outers came, the first civilization Belak came in contact with was Japan. After learning about their culture, Belak immediately became drawn towards it. And then they signed the agreement. Japan would have a portion of it's population assimilate into belak, spreading their culture, and Belak would become a Japanese colony, although the government of Belak would still retain control. Personality:
First impression: Meena seem to bring a cold wind with her everywhere she goes. Even in a tropical country people would start to feel chilly when she visits. The first impression people typically gets is that she is a cold-hearted person, who should be avoided. In her country it is normal to hold eye-contact throughout a whole conversation, so when she speaks to other people they often find her threatening when she stoically holds eye-contact. She speaks in a straight-forward manner too, which only adds to that.

The truth is that she is honestly clueless to her own threatening demeanor, since it is normal where she lives. She often thinks of other countries as “rude” if they suddenly avoid her and because her country is very closed off from the rest of the world, she will sometimes be incredibly confused to other people’s traditions.

When you know her better, you know she is pretty straight forward and usually means exactly what she says. She rarely uses irony, even if her face make it seem like it. You would think she was prideful, but actually she has a big tendency to beg people for help when her resources start to run out. Especially Belak ( Webs Elk ) and Kesse Sultanate ( Dante Verren )

History:
Callinor is a very small old country up in the north with a population of only 2 million people. They always have their land covered in snow, and the foundation of their country is made of ice. Therefor it is terrible for farming or getting resources. The country is very old-fashioned and was established by natives a very long time ago. Over the years there has come more immigrants, but it still have a vast majority of people with only Callinorn blood.

Back in the day, Callinor was very cut off from the rest of the world, and wanted to solely depend on their own farms and infrastructure. They ran a Democracy, but no one could ever agree in their flawed system. They had tons of civil wars, and because of many political failures the country ended up almost starving their people to dead. Because of horrible foreign policy, when they were clearly in dire need for resources.

Until one man named D. Francop took charge over the country and made it into a dictatorship. Since then, the people of Callinor has accepted that only one person has full control. This man wasn’t as prideful and started to gain more trading options with other countries to actually feed his people. In many ways Callinor is a wonderful example of mass-psycology since many generations have been prompted to believe in the same things, and fully accept one person to take every decision. They are very patriotic and whatever the leader decides, you will usually hear a Callinorn defend it. They have been a dictatorship for around 500 years at this point.

Every Callinorn is required to take military duty for a few months when they come of age, both men and women. They also have a subject in school dedicated to learning about the life of former dictators and naturally the current one. However, the dictator always "put his people first". They have free tuitions, free health care and many other goods to live a comfortable life, as long as they obey to the rules of the dictator.

Russia Abendrot :
First impression when hearing of these 'countries from earth', would be that Russia is the one she can relate to the most. He seems like a strong leader and Meena can understand his way of governing. The more she learned about him and his way of doing things, the more she started to admire his rule. If there was a scenario where they got on better terms, she would want to ally with him more than many of the others Earthlings.

Turkey Dante Verren :
How can you trust a guy with a mask? He has never really done anything to her, actually he seems fairly friendly, if not a bit boisterous. But, she is still constantly suspicious of his intentions, since her culture has taught her that people who don’t look you in the eyes are liars and he wears a mask. She is assured he conspire against her, and feels kind of paranoid if he talks to her with his mask on. The intentions of this man is unknown, but she is on a constant look-out.

Kesse Sultanate Dante Verren :
He is from the West, so he is pretty far away from country, but she tries to keep on good terms with him for trading purposes, since he is so good at growing crops and she can’t grow a thing in her wasteland of a country. She would often cross the distance between them, and keep coming knocking on his door, asking if they could trade more things all the time. “Esner, I am in trouble again, could you trade more crops with me…” “Esner, we were hit by a blizzard again, please trade with me…”. She is not afraid to literally beg him, with a completely straight face to do trading with her. (Up to you if you would give in, or if she keeps getting rejected. xD)

United States of America TheIcyMedic :
His culture is the most alien to her of all the Earthlings. His motto is practically ‘freedom’, and living in a strict dictatorship she can only stare at him blankly when he tries to explain his core principles, with a blunt “I don’t get it. Our leader knows exactly what we need.”. She has accepted him more after being introduced to his fast food though and would likely want to keep in contact just for the food. “… trade with me.”

Yngvildr TheIcyMedic :
It felt like yesterday that Meena saw this new country appear, and suddenly Svana grew up to take more land than Meena thought possible in that span of time. The older nation is always kind of worried that Svana will one day try to attack her, since Meena would be an easy target with few allies. When Svana was growing up, Meena was developing the newest weaponry all the time, but over only a few centuries Svana was producing better and better weaponry and armor by far. Callinor has a secret competitive instinct to try to out-do Yngvildr all the time, but the younger nation always seem one step ahead. When Meena show up with a cool new axe, Svana will always have a bigger one developed already… She is kind of jealous, but keep trying.

Isle of Man Fray Dracoheart :
Callinor has not participated in many of the wars that happened to Ellan. She enjoys the calm presence of her though, and would much rather sit in a comfortable silence with Ellan than be bombarded by the bigger personalities in the room. She finds her refreshing, and sometimes she will just sit next to her without a word, without the knowledge that her action might be slightly creepy.

England (ma own) :
She doesn’t really like him. I might flesh out something between them later. At this point she just find him kind of odd.

Japan Webs Elk :
This Earthlings culture is not as Alien as America’s is, but it is definitely different. He seems to be the person who is most affected by her constant unyielding eye-contact. He hangs out with Kliff all the time though, so he can’t be an entirely bad person.

Belak Webs Elk :
Callinor has always been interested in keeping good relations with Belak. They have many of the same ideals, even though Belak is definitely more extravagant, and Callinor is more secluded. If he needed a favor that she was able to do she would probably have his back. Because of her major need for import, Kliff is also one of the people she often come crawling to when she is running out of resources. When he once closed his borders, Callinor was likely chiming down his phone.

Hiddencard I love how you added the relations! The only problem with your OC is your contries population. Until the Earthlings should up and started intergrating 1950's tech into the new world our OC's were still in the late medival stage. This means a population of 4 million is a little large. This goes for anyone who put down a population size as well. Otherwise she is accepted.
