Yappi the scientist would be in the Diamond building, it was in the center of the city. He would be working behind the scenes manipulating the entire city. He raised the taxes and stole 80% putting the city in Heavy dept

"Well yeah sure I'm fine with that. Enjoy the Jenga Blocks," and he would look outside to the city. Then he would go on his laptop and would find some very distressing news. "Whoa... hey Hugo the city's in dept! Apparently the recent taxes became so high that the city's in some serious red. The hell?"

Hugo thought about it. "We should talk to the new law enforcement right now, the Diamond Butts or something. Anyways, how cool would it be if I got a saddle? Like, you could put a massive saddle on my back. With a nice felty interior, complete with reigns (not that you need them), AND most importantly...wait for..." Hugo opened his mouth expectantly, his tongue flopping out. "CUPHOLDERS!"

Uera was shifting from crime to crime at rapid speeds, soon making a name for himself in public. However, he didn't care about this name. All he wanted to do was get the crimes out of the way so he could take a nap! "Come on! A cat got stuck in a tree..." He angrily walked up to the tree and pulled it out of the ground, handing the entire tree to the man who lost his cat. He then flipped over and zipped down the streets again, finding crime.

He would decide to ask his billionaire friend to custom make a massive saddle with a nice felty interior, complete with reigns and most importantly cupholders. "Well it's gonna take awhile, but we'll have it by the end of the day. Anyways your referring to the Diamond Backs. I mean I guess we should? I heard that those who actually questioned them seemed to have died by natural causes. Seems really suspicious if you ask me."

a house was visible on fire in the distance... but before the house could burn down, all the family's possesion and each member of the family has already been transported out onto safety before any civillians could even arrive to see, none saw who saved them but one person said that he saw a silhouette of a bald man in a cape leaving this place after pulling out a mother from the fire

Hugo walked over to valet parking and reached in his mouth, pulling out six dollars and handing it to the guy. "You go inside and talk to the scientists, I'm gonna be parked." Hugo then proceeded to the valet parking spot on his own.

"Well alright," and would head inside the Diamond Back headquarters. From there he would just wonder what he would do next from there. After all he was going to discuss the tax and the dept right? Still there were the rumors about the Diamond Back's and civilians that questioned them. He had to take this risk though because he likes this city enough that a dept would not be good.
