The helichopter made it's way to a desert. Then it a hidden hatch opened as the helicopter landed inside. Once it landed the helichopter was turned off by the pilot. Star got out and waited for Kanjo to do also.
"There'll be a meeting once all the recruits are in," Star explained, "For now I can show you to your commendations for the time being."

Star leads Kanjo to the barracks area, "Choose any room that doesn't have a name on it, " Star said, "Once you choose your room just place your hand on the plaque on the inside of the door. Anyways If you need anything else just ask some one." With that Star headed off.

(JCKane: I sleep strangely, I went sleep 8:30pm last night :3)
Bubble girl turned around seeing the lift and felt even more frustrated. There are lifts on the ground floor, stupid-stupid-stupid she thought to herself, taking the letter off the desk and saying "T'ank you" with a small sigh. She tried to make a mental note to remember such things for later as she headed for the lift.
She entered the lift and looked at the mass of buttons and grumbled, "top floor... high up... " she started jumping on the spot, trying to get to it. when that failed, she used her bubble wand as an pole and pressed it. she gave a small sigh again being small is such hard work she thought to her self as the lift traveled upwards.
Arriving at the top floor she trotted outwards and to the office without delay, rushing a little bit as she was running slightly behind time. pushing open the doors to the office, she stops and looks around, trying to hide the fact that she was a little out of breath from running.

Sitting behind a desk infront of a window was Mark Dalton. He saw her and almost expecting her to just barge in without knocking.
"Miss Yuki please come in, " Dalton said friendly, "Have a seat."
Dalton gestured towards the chair seated in front of his desk.

She still couldn't think of the reason why she was called her, and was looking forward to seeing what he wanted, she always liked satisfying her curiosity and it had lead her to go a little too far at times.

You see, my resources tell me that the Head of Mega is starting a project called the Hero project. I've seen the list of who he plans to recruit for this project but I found that it was missing someone."

She went quite, thinking about It, the choice as simple as it was, was still an awkward choice, she didn't hate her parents, But they didn't accept her gifts. after thinking for a while she asked quietly "How.. would you arrange it...We want to do more.. to help... to stand beside those defending others... but... I don't want to leave them totally... I need to know more" She knew that she would accept the choice... The ability to work without hiding from her parents the fact that she was saving people was too good to pass. She still felt that she wanted to one day, when she was older, get them to understand her, and the choice she made here.

"There are numerous ways," Dalton told her, "But the more efficient way would be simply to have you declare as being dependent. Meaning, legally you'd be considered an adult. You already have a job and a well paying one for that matter. As such I've all ready prepared all the necessary documentation. "
Dalton then pulled out a document from inside his desk draws then he placed it on the desk while turning it so that she could read it, "All you have to do," Dalton said picking up a pin and holding out for her, "Is sign."

Dalton waited for her to finish signing before he picked it up and placed it in his inner breast pocket. "With that settled, " Dalton continued, "We are to head to Mega HQ where I will have a talk with Brice Mega about getting you into the Hero Project. As long as your ok with it that is."

And can become active members at young ages as well."
While he talked Dalton lead Bubble girl out of his office and down a hall, "You however," Dalton continued, "well be joining a project called the Hero Project.
