My name's Fish, I like writing, drawing, reading etc. I promise my content is better than this ordinary, extremely mundane, introduction of mine.


Oh, don't mind my lack of enthusiastic punctuation! I guess my general ineptitude to express my emotions sufficiently passes on to the internet (well, technically it is harder to express enthusiasm on here without the use of emoticons c:).


I'm not this formal, this is just for the sake of an introduction.

But I digress. The point of this message is to give you a warm welcome! Feel free to ask anyone if you feel lost or anything. The people who make up this site are wonderful and welcoming people! I'm sure you'll be a great addition to our community and I'm sure everyone will quickly grow to love your creative ideas and truly excellent personality!

Hmm, I'm not quite sure. Another way is to click the envelope on the upper right hand corner of the screen. Is that there? I'm not sure whether you have to have been signed up for a certain amount of time before you get such privileges or not.

That's very helpful, I had a feeling that there was a restriction to that extent, and yeah, let's just span out this conversation a bit so I can get there (only 4 more posts needed).
 
I'm pretty mediocre, I'm best at (human) faces, but my anatomy needs some serious practice. But I haven't been focusing on it lately, I've been improving my (previously inert) writing skill after being encouraged by a hopeful voice amidst a cacophony of my own negative thoughts. (Sorry if I sound pompous). I'm sure with your love for drawing will help your improve regardless.
 
You say that, but I've only been able to draw stickmen after years of practice! Plus you seem to be great at writing! That's more my forte. I like to think I'm good at it, and it's certainly the thing I'm best at. Though there's many people who're way better than me.
 
I think it's great to be proud of your own skills, it drives you to improve. My writing ability outshines my drawing ability by a long way (which is funny because I've only gotten into writing 6 months ago, whereas drawing I've done ever since I can remember). I've only just gotten into RP, I think it's a good way of expressing myself (though my characters are not me) and keeping on top of my writing skill.
 
Yeah, it is a pretty fun! I just enjoy the escape from reality. Reality's so boring, but RP is whatever you want it to be! I like the ability to do just about anything you can think of. It's not just roleplay, it's artistic freedom!
 
It really is artistic freedom, and also freedom from myself and reality. Seeing your innermost thoughts written is one of the best feelings, and when you're sharing it with someone else it's makes it even more special!
 
Exactly! Not to mention this site also has places where you can get to know other people, which is perfect for me! I'm do better socially when online, it gives me time to think over what I'm going to say and edit out all the stuff that'll just freak people out.
 
Yeah, I'm better socially online too. I'm not very good at spotting certain things irl so I end up saying awkward/inappropriate things without realising how serious my remark is, and since I'm not a person who keeps their emotions of their sleeve, I end up making jokes with a blank expression (therefore rendering the joke unfunny and slightly alarming).
 
I know how you feel. Well, my social problems are different but I know how you feel struggling socially wise.

Forums offer an endless amount of threads, and some options for adding multiple forums. Forum roleplays are best for extensive worlds, but that shouldn't keep you from checking them out! They are fairly new to RpN, so you'll see a lot of members testing what they can do within the RPs there. Both offer a different amount of control over your roleplay creation.
