Hello there!(:


I recently found this website, and I think it's pretty awesome. ^^


Even though I'm new to this website, I'm not new to roleplaying. I would consider myself to be fairly advanced in roleplaying as I have been roleplaying for a year or so on a different website. It's not that long, but I'm improved a lot since I started. c:


Recently, I've mostly been lurking in the actual roleplay section, and I've just learned about the interest checks. I thought I had to ask to reserve a character, but most people just post in the character sign up tab, so I think I'll just do that when the time comes...? ^^"


Evidently, I have no idea how bbcode works, OTL. I attempted to create a character sheet, but failed miserably. Then I lurked around in the tutorials section and requested for a character sheet and I hope I did it correctly orz.


Anyway, enough about what I've been doing on the site. From my username, you can probably tell that my name is Emi. c: I like to watch anime, and I listen to k-pop from time to time. I also play a couple of games, but I wouldn't consider myself a hardcore gamer, hahah.


Er... I'm not really sure what else to say. If you haven't noticed by now, I'm pretty awkward, both online and in real life. I don't know what to say most of the time, orz.


I'm still in high school, but close to graduating, kinda. I'm aiming to go into Pharmacy in the future.


My original site wasn't slow, but the roleplays would be extremely active for a day or so and then completely die off. It was quite annoying, orz. Since it seems really active here, I look forward to get enough courage to apply for a roleplay!

My parents suggested it to me in grade 8, and I looked further into it. ^^


After that, I found that I was more interested in the chemistry and biology portion of science rather than the physics portion.


I would have decided to become a doctor, but the sight of blood makes me somewhat queasy, so I decided on an occupation that would allow me to help out others in a different way. c:
 
That's great! I admire anyone who has a brain for science~.


I believe @Mordecai is doing research into diabetic medications right now? She handles a lot of testing for this kind of thing! I honestly don't understand it that much, hahaha, but maybe you two will hit it off.

Oo, that sounds really cool! : D I'm not sure who she is (since I've only gone through this site for about a day or so), but I'm going to click that little follow button on her profile! (I'm not sure what that does either! OTL)
 
I like to write things, to the exclusion of doing all other things, hahaha. So basically, I'm a starving artist!


When you follow someone, the sidebar on RPN's main page will tell you if they are online, and if you go to your News Feed, their recent activity will show up there.

Welcome to the site. i hope you can have a good time and enjoy your stay. There are many games and rps where you can participate, by just going to the Sign Up and post a character and wait to be accepted. Rps tend to be quite active!


Congrats on your close graduation! Nice to meet you Emi, I'm Sombra and it's awesome to listen to you wanting to go for a Pharmacy major! I hope you can make lots of friends!

Is it bad that when I think 'starving artists', I think of someone in a beret? xD

Don't worry!! Good friends tend to attract each other! Also, college is a great experience <---I've just graduated from it and the friends I made are the most awesome people ever

What sort of K-pop do you listen to? Um band-wise that is.


I'm a big sucker for Boyfriend myself, but lately I've been listening to more J-pop c': Damn you toku, with all your catchy theme songs!

I have to say that I'm more oriented towards the j-pop groups that have their music in animes. xD Like ClarIS, LiSA, fripSide. But my ultimate group would have to be AAA. It's just really interesting to have both girls and guys in the group, y'know?? :'3

Ahh, K-pop wise I typically only listen to boygroups, I have no idea where to start girl group wise. Boyfriend, like I said before is my favourite, though I originally got into it through SHINee. Block B is another one I like!


J-pop wise I will listen to pretty much anything. Though most of what I listen to ends up being discovered through Kamen Rider ""


Though outside of that I'm a huge Boys and Men fan! At the moment I'm saving up for a boymen ninja cd!

Well in mexico it might be a little different than the U.S..


I still get in touch and go out with both my college and high school friends. We love to make a BBQ or play some games together. College can be stressful sometimes, but the tip is to choose a major you like. Well, I did have to select the courses to take and when to take them and with which professor, but all were in my study plan, so I had to take them one way or another. There were few courses I had to take from a bank of courses for my major, but I chose the ones I liked. So I enjoyed my whole career, even though I changed mayors once

Some of my high school friends are my college friends. Some times they have met and it's cool!!! I prefer college way better

I honestly haven't listened to SNSD before, but I keep thinking I should check them out because of how popular they are.


Ahh I can feel that, I do that with anime intros, if it sounds nice I'm hooked but I'll barely ever look into the bands/idols behind it.


It's not even just that the CDs and stuff get expensive, then you've gotta factor transfer rates AND shipping. It makes my broke student soul cry.


And Kamen Rider is so fun, I love it! It's pretty childish, and I used to beat myself up for enjoying it but now I've grown past that and I'm just so in love with it, it's awful!
