[Hellgate, Montana] Evidence of wrongdoing

Location: Nathan's Haven


The series of photos are clearly of Nathan's Haven, black ash drifting over a big bed and furniture, though oddly smeared and faint on one edge of the blue blankets, others showing the cameras and the secure door with no signs of interference, a short note at the edge of the camera photo with "Electric fault?" written on it, the blood obviously still slightly wet when the pictures were taken, a few symbols that are oddly asymmetrical, almost as if they'd been written with claws. There's another photo taken of the edge of the bed where the ash is smeared, a short note that goes "missing body?" on it.


For those that have seen the death of a Kindred before, the fact the ash is spread so far is rather odd, especially as there's no signs of a struggle underneath them that would suggest the body was scattered before it decayed fully.

Location: Unknown Hotel Room


More of a weekly place, these photos show what looks like a cheap rented room, no windows with a small cheap kitchen and male clothing scattered around, a few small necklaces and charms hanging from the bedpost and dresser that doesn't disguise the black ash that lies over the room, one picture showing the sink with traces of old blood still drying around the drain, and the same set of symbols plus one above the bed.


Vicky can sense there's something important there, though focused on the blood that stains a few surfaces, not the obvious ash.


Vlad's seen charms like that before...but they may simply be something bought casually.

Location: Unknown house


This set of photos shows stone walls, some briefly carved wards over a door, and others in a circle around the bed, unbroken, with the ash within the inner circle, no writing on the walls. But something about it looks temporary, a sense off of it as a rarely used haven. There's also a ritual knife, obsidian blade and bone handle, almost driven through the floor in the center of the circle and ash.

Location: Underground, small side room off what looks like abandoned storm drains.


This set has flash marks, as if the lights won't work, wires cut cleanly from the switch, two dead dogs, oddly enough not slashed, more broken necked and left by the door, black ash over one, far more through here, as if there was more then one death, in what appears to be a living room rather then bedrooms.


The slashed writing is almost black against the walls, a sense it's older then the other scenes.

Location: Hospital Morgue


Two beds, one smeared with ash, as if someone there woke up covered with ash. The other, the symbols slightly shorter then the ones above...and a bit of black silk laid across the bed that's undisturbed.
