6:00 AM Day 5

The upper part of Earth has been scorched by a massive meteor. The creatures that presented themselves 4 days ago have taken of most of Earth. The world as we know it- HAS BEEN TURNED INTO A LIVING HELL!

Cataclys' wings flap furiously, determined to make it to Argentina. Even if he need sleep, this demon got cranky when he didn't get his beauty rest. He took a moment to survey his surroundings and rest his wings. 7 days ago, he landed in Houston, Texas. A dying human there, demonic outpost here, a few kittens there. Nothing that Cataclys could live off of, though. So, he decided to search Argentina. "Hopefully there will be more cats."

Damien was in no way shape or form, in a good position at the moment. He had heard of a small pack of wild hellhounds had cut out a portion of land, but that was a little too close to home for hi. He figured he could take a few on his own, but had no idea of the power an Alpha could contain. That very alpha now had Damien pinned to a wall, and was basically playing with it's food at this point. Damien had been packing some ballistic rounds with small amounts of holy water packed inside, which burst on contact allowing for a bit of a stun effect. The flames erupting from various cracks in the creature's hide had, however, rendered these frail .44 caliber rounds useless. Damien let off his last chance, a small flair into the sky above his area. Maybe if he were lucky a passing group of pilgrims could replace him as tonights meal. Not much to go on, but it was a last chance effort.

As Cataclys flew, a flare shot up in front him, the light bliding him momentarily. He skidded to a halt and put up a hand to shield his eyes as they readjusted. He had been shot at with a javelin, hit with a plane, chased down by a flock of geese, and tossed out of a plane. But this? This was definitely new. The demon looked down at the clouds before turning to fly downwards to see who interrupted his flight and nearly took his head clean off. Once he was a few yards away from the source, he could vaugely make out two figures. Either it was another pair of teens with a death wish or something bad was happening. He continued to descend and as the two became more clear, he noticed the predicament the human had gotten himself in. Catalys twisted his to where his feet would hit the ground first as his wings folded around him and his tail. The Hellhound was unaware of Catalys's presence. That was until his foot connected with it's face at 60 miles per hour. The dogs twisted snout cracked upon impact, as did the rest of it's face. The sheer force of the blow threw the dog back into a tree as Cataclys slid to a halt, kicking up a strom of dust as the dog whimpered, writhing in pain.

[^]New for you? Imagine how Damien feels. [^]

Damien was expecting maybe some fresh meat or a valient effort by a passing caravan, not a supposed Knight in chrimson armor. In all his travels he could definitely not say he'd been saved by a demon FROM a demon. Not directly anyhow. There was this time in Schenectady and... nevermind that not. Damien began to speak in a cautious tone, he may have been confused as to just what his savior was had he not dropped directly from the sky.

"Well. Thanks, but damn if I've never met a demon with alterior motives. What's your game mate? Want me for yourself" Damien spoke with a laugh, more out of nervousness than an attempt to be friendly. While he talked his trigger finger slowly left it's place and headed for a pipe-bomb on his belt. Suredemons don't die from explosions or bleed out from missing limbs, but you can imagine how mucheasier an exorcism is performed when the victim has no legs.

Catalys quickly stood and pulled out Oblivion before emptying the clip into the dog. It wouldn't kill it, but it would wound it long enough for the two to escape before the rest of the pack came. The Alpha was obviously gathering the strength to howl, which basically sounded like three hundred air horns going off to any Hellhounds in a 2 mile radius. After reloading and holstering his gun, the Demon Knight walked over to give him some healthy advice. "Stand up and run, human. Cause when papa over there goes off, G-" Catalys said, attempting to choke out the word God. Eventually, he gave up. "SATAN knows I'm gonna run like it's Heaven on Earth."

Damien made a seething sound by drawing air through his teeth "Ohhhhh you make a good point" there's really no point in questioning the man... demon... do demons have genders? It's either you die now or POSSIBLY die later. The wolf is closer and that's a fact. The logical thing to do is run, so Damien did just that. He rose to his feet, dusting off his cargo pants and wife beater. He hit the ground running, rotated jogging backwards, and chucked the primed pipe bomb towards the wolf for good measure. Couldn't hurt right? He headed for the open road which was only about five hundred yards from their current position.

The Alpha let out a weak howl just as the pipe bomb landed next to it. Catalys continued to follow the human, even as the pipe bomb exploded, sending dust and tree bark every where. Soon enough, the Alpha's cry for help was replied by 13 more. Catalys broke into a sprint after the human, quickly gaining speed. Once he was close enough to him, Catalys grabbed Daimen by the waist and heaved him over his shoulder. "Too slow human, the pack is coming!"
