What if religion wasn't an ideal, if it was just a warning?
A Emergency Report shows up on the television screen that flashes multiple times, saying Breaking News. Then a woman's voice echoes throughout the household, with eyes wide open, and deafening news.
" We have a breaking news report, that an object is rapidly approaching our planet, we advise you to stay calm, as we will keep you updated------- "
Then a blank screen appears, nothing but silence, then a voice appears, haunting the lives of many.
" Human race, you say you were created by him, in his image, but what if he couldn't save you from extinction. We will retake this world, do not resist, as in a matter of time you will fall, no-matter what. "
The world explodes into panic, revolts across the world, as armies mobilize to find out the cause of the message, and to prepare for the warning that was approaching. Nations start looking towards each other, questioning, as the UN calls an emergency summit, political arguments break out, as next thing you know, an adviser opens the doors to the already heated council of world leaders. He was clearly panicking, as if he saw a ghost, when in fact it was. He turns on a monitor of a well known news station, which the message of Breaking News continues, as an object, which looks something sort of a craft, more advanced than ever, crashes into the earth in middle of New York City, and from its ashes, rises a being, which looks like us, but stained in blood, wearing some sort of runic armor, and wings the color of a raven. As a message appears out of nowhere.
" To your race I am known as, Lucifer, and your planet belongs to me and my race. "
Lucifer raises his right hand and smashes it into the ground, as a massive tremor opens up, and demons of all forms start pouring threw.
OOC: I will stop here and work on it, but I wanted to see if how it would go. But basically these characters just aren't what we know them as, Lucifer did indeed create demons, but he was the son of a race of Angels, and for openly denying their father, who no angel except for a certain few has seen, was a crime against their whole race. Lucifer's race was banished to another dimension, and him was placed into eternal imprisonment, but manages to escape, and promises vengeance upon God's creation, which in-fact a scientific mistake by one of God's workers, the human race, when god insisted upon the race to have its freedom, Lucifer wanted to take the planet and create his own race, and God didn't allow it. So this fight would turn into a fight at first between Humans and Demons, where Human weapons to some point are ineffective ( Small Caliber bullets don't do much to their armor, where as tank shells do more damage, but because demons, of all forms are pouring out, that means that tanks, wouldn't just be able to do much anymore because of huge beasts able to take tanks apart in seconds. Meanwhile the air power would be rendered somewhat ineffective, though major powers still has air powers, they were conserving for a major offensive later on as a last hope effort against the demons. ) As the story would continue, the humans would receive some really unexpected help. ( Which honestly should be really expected )
Out of all I just wanted to know how would you guys feel about an RP about not the apocalypse as quoted in the bible, but instead about religion being a warning about a master alien race.
