Heaven and Hell [Inactive]

Obviously from the expression on the Angel's face, he was contemplating a lot on the situation... Izumi knew he had to at least convince Troy that he was relatively good. Otherwise, any plans he had for taking over anything, would have to be put on a hold...

What was this Hellish creature planning anyway?

"Fine, fine. I can see you won't listen to reason or logic... Perhaps I will just go about my existence alone yet again. You may nnot have to worry about this, but I've always been exiled and branded different by Angels and normal society alike. For you however, I bet that gaining friends comes easy... I'll be leaving you now, but if you need me for anything I will be lounging on the roof." And with saying that, the demon bowed his head to the Angels and left the room, walking down the hallway and to the stairs that led upward.

He did indeed go up to the roof, and he stood by the railings, looking over the vast town. The people below looking very small in comparison to himself... Did this demon actually feel lonesome? Or does he even feel anything at all?

That will be left unanswered for the time being...

Troy watched the demon leave. Well of course he'd been shunned from society...he was a monster. But... well it made Troy feel guilty in a sense. He supposed it was slightly unfair of him to judge but at the same time it was stupid to give any sort of pity to a demon. It was just asking for trouble... Taking a deep breath Troy allowed peace to fall over him, the tension of the Demon's presence no longer bothering him.

He thought carefully on what he should do next, allowing all consideration to be put to the test. This human form might need some upkeep at some point but otherwise he was unsure what to do- unsure what he was even there for. Vaguely he wondered if this was God's way of attempting to mend the broken ties between Angels and Demons... if it was then Troy had just failed him. He chewed on his lower lip while he debated... why else would angels and demons be so close to one another in such an enclosement, having gotten here with no prior notification?

His shoulders slumping he looked back at the other angel for a moment before shaking his head. "I'm going to go up to the roof... and apologize for my behavior." The last part was difficult for him to say, having to force it through clenched teeth. It was true that Angels were superior to all else but they weren't supposed to be so obvious about it... there was a reason angels were superior. With a feeling of defeat Troy headed to the roof, a feeling of relief washing over him when he saw the Demon... but then the tension from earlier returned and he heaved a sigh.

"I have come to apologize for my earlier behavior." Troy said, holding his head high even though he felt like he'd rather rip out his tongue and dance on it then continue with where he was going.

"Troy, look, I know he's a demon and all, but I think that there is good in everyone, even demons. If we can find that goodness and enhance it, than maybe we can change his evil ways." Chizu said before Troy left. She could tell that he really hated apologizing to Izumi but he had to do it. She didn't say anything, but when he left for the roof, Chizu followed.

"I have come to apologize for my earlier behavior." Troy said once they got there. Chizu stayed back not wanting to talk yet. She wanted them to talk it out themselves and come in if she was needed or mentioned.

I think that Izumi has quite a lot of goodness in him that he refuses to show... He does bad things so that- Chizu stopped her train of thought.

Why am I thinking like that!? He hasn't done anything yet! Chizu stood there, obviously lost in thought.

As the demon appeared to be "Reflecting" on his existence, Troy and the little one had walked up to the roof. He turned to look at them when Troy uttered out his words of apology. This declaration making it clear that Izumi had won round one of the so called "battle."

"No apology is needed my friend, but I thank you for it!" The demon said with a smile on his face, the look appearing utmost genuine.

Izumi knew that he had to get on their good side, and he knew for a fact that the girl already considered him not to be evil. All that was left to convince was Troy.

"Perhaps we could go get some lunch and then discuss why it is we were put here? One of the idiotic demons I woke up near, mentioned something of interest. Though, I don't think I could ever listen to such a moron's orders..." He suggested, and ranted a bit while he walked over to the two. He did indeed dislike the other two demons that were accompanying him in this building and forms', and he of course wouldn't be hindered by such idiocy.

They couldn't even hold back a single Angel I bet. Why would such creatures even be allowed on earth? This must be the stupidity of Satan, trying to get a few kicks and giggles out... He thought as he awaited the answer of the Angel.

Lunch. With a Demon. Troy withheld a shudder. If it weren't for his horrific behavior earlier he would have politely declined but this Demon deserved his attention and deserved to be heard out so after steeling his reaction Troy nodded. "Lunch sounds doable." He replied. He hadn't noticed the other girl on the roof as well until turning. Smiling at her he hoped she would also accompany them because that was at least 2 angels to one demon, even if she didn't believe him to be evil.

Troy was still debating on that. The human form of this Demon made seeing him in his true light rather difficult and he spoke with such a silver tongue... Troy wasn't sure whether to believe him or not. His head said not but his heart was taken in. Perhaps this demon was different? Troy sighed, hoping that God was grateful the work he was ready to put into making whatever his plan was work.

"There are other demons? That... I would appreciate hearing what they mentioned might be the plan." Troy said. He didn't want the demon to know that he didn't know why he was here... he would rather that he kept the advantage there but.. well being obstinate would get him no where. "it's good to see that not only are you more enlightened then your kin, but that you are more intelligent as well." Troy commented, attempting to get the Demon to believe that Troy had at least some faith in him now... he partially did in fact, but he would remain weary and cautious. Trusting a demon was a sure trip to one's own demise.

Chizu jumped a little when the other angel turned towards her, snapping her out of her thoughts. She smiled weakly out of embarrassment.

"I'm sorry, I was lost in thought, what are we talking about?" she said rubbing the back of her neck. Oh jeez, why do I always have to be thinking about other stuff all the time... Chizu thought to herself

Chizu has always been somewhat of a scatterbrain and careless when it comes to paying attention. Her mind would take over and she would think about thing s all over the board. Angels, demons, food, her family, her friends, drawing, wings, candy, painting her nails, even why she is thinking about this stuff! name it and she has probably thought about it at some point or another. She tries to listen, but it's hard for her.

(@RubyRose & @BEX Sorry my family likes to take long trips down guilt road every time we eat... It's quite amusing actually)

Izumi chuckled a little bit at the shorter Angel who was lost in her thoughts, before replying.

"We were discussing lunch little miss." He said to her, turning back to the other Angel.

"I thank you for thinking higher of me than them, but I wouldn't go as far as saying that those lowly demons are my kin. If they were, I would have no faith in anything anymore..." He replied with a shrug and a half smile.

"So, as far as food goes..." He says with a laugh, before continuing.

"I was thinking something along the lines of... Steak, or some kind of meat perhaps." He said as his mouth watered in anticipation. The only food he liked to eat was meat, for whatever reason of course...

Troy smiled at Chizu, amused by her airheadedness now. It was still slightly irritating but the anxiousness and attitude because of the earlier thought danger was now gone so instead of stupid, Chizu seemed more endearing. He nodded at Izumi's words.

"That works for me." Troy said, reaching into his pocket to check out his I.D. Bypassing the human bodie's proper name and information he checked to see what kind of cash he had on him. Well... wasn't loaded but that didn't really worry Troy- he had at least enough for lunch and from there Troy could figure out a plan to further his wealth.

"I suppose you're right as far as using the word kin and I apologize for being so presumptuous." Troy said, giving Izumi a small bow. He missed having wings already because he had lost another way to properly show his emotions... he was imagining how even though he gave the demon a boy his wings would still be out just a little to show that he respected the demon only to a point.

"So shall we head out from here and try to find a place that fits our wants and needs?"

( @BEX & @MADZ )

"Oh! I could eat." Chizu said cheerfully. She listen to the demons suggestions and thought about it... And there she goes again.... Chizu realized that she was staring at the ground and snapped her head up.

"I'm fine with that." she said hoping the others with her hadn't seen that she was out of it. She noticed that Troy was checking his- or at least the person he occupied, wallet. She stayed quite and actually paid attention to what the two boys were saying for once in her life.

guys brb, my mouth is bleeding ;o;
(umm.... Long story? *hopes excuse will cut it*)
(Im fine lol, my nail just like slipped while I was doing something)
(But I did tell you lol)

"Yes, yes. I say we go now gang!" The demon said enthusiastically to the two angel counterparts. In reality, he probably wanted nothing to do with the two of the heavenly creatures, however for the time being he wouldn't ever share his distaste...Once a demon always a demon, and there never really was a way for a change of heart... Not that many people actually knew this. But Izumi was one of the few demons that adapted well into situations, so he could technically learn to love an Angel....

"I don't actually know the human world all that well anymore... Do you perhaps know what state, or city we're currently in?" He asked the two. In truth it was a little embarrassing for him to need to ask, but he hadn't been out much recently in the human world... Lack of interest really.

"I don't even know why we're here." Troy said before realizing what he had said and self palming. "Well... why we were put into this apartment complex or why we have to be in these human hosts." Troy said, deciding it was best to just give in. He had said enough that the demon would know he knew very little about the situation. Hopefully the demon would still share what he knew with them. "So... I apologize but I don't know what state we're in... "

Troy got the door for the other two as they began to leave the roof, standing their patiently with his foot holding the door open.

Izumi began walking out, putting his hands inside of his black jean pockets.

"Well basically, when I woke up and asked the other two what was going on, the female said that her father was Satan... I'll just say now that the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree... She said that us demons were put here by him, to cause some kind of ruckus per-say. I'm not really sure why you Angels were put here as well, but perhaps God wanted to you guys to counteract us." He finished with a shrug. Right now, food was currently on his mind, and he was jumping out of his skin for some. Though on the outside, you couldn't see such inner turmoil...

Gosh, if I get to eat... That will make things better... I hope theres a place that actually serves good food, otherwise I might get a bit angry with some folk... I think I'm going to have fun here in the human world though. Things down below were getting rather boring and unsatisfying... He thought, as he took the first flight of steps.

"That's my best guess, sorry." Chizu said quietly. She didn't like admitting her goal to stop the demons in front of a demon. She began to walk along side of the demon.

"Maybe we can go exploring!" Chizu suggested, changing the topic. Honestly she didn't like that topic, and not just because a demon was there, but because she just never liked it. Weather it's with another angel or with herself, sill nothing.

"Maybe we can find a good restaurant, eat there, and then maybe we can go shopping! We can go to a local market or the mall or..." Chizu continued babbling.

"How many children does Satan even have?" Troy asked -speaking more to himself- as his mind wandered to how all angels were children of God but he was pretty sure that He hadn't fathered any of them personally. There was also the thought about how demons were fallen angels... of course some of them where Satan's own creation and apparently his children but... well was the whole 'fallen angel' even true? Troy pushed it away- he had never really worried about demons in the past and their origin and he wasn't going to put much thought into it now.

"So... we have an idea of food in mind but is there any specific places anyone knows of? I've been in a human host once before but they didn't really eat out much... so I kept it that way." Troy admitted. Troy listened to Chizu ramble and couldn't help but smile at how excited and bubbly she seemed to be. "Exploring... I mean I don't see why not. It's not like we have anything better to do- at least until those other demons start causing trouble."

"Actually I'm not sure, I don't pay too much attention to him... He's an idiot really." He comments, before listening in on Chizu...

"Exploring sounds like fun! After we eat some food, we can even check out some ice cream places. Since I'm usually in such a 'Hot' area, I actually enjoy the cool flavor of it." He said as he walked in front of Chizu, walking backwards down the steps as he talked with a smile. He wasn't lying either, he was a sucker for ice cream, or Gelato, even more so.

"Eh, ah!" He suddenly shouted as he slipped down three of the steps, falling back onto his bottom. He blinked a moment before chuckling.

"I don't think I'm used to this human yet..." He commented as he got up and brushed the back of his shirt.

(lulz)

"Are you okay?!" Chizu asked, her voice full of worry. She would have helped him up, if he hadn't gotten up himself.

"You need to be more careful." Chizu smiled. She was surprised that she didn't fall down her self with how clumsy she is.

I wonder if Izumi is different from the other demons... Chizu thought.

I know he said he was, but can I trust him?

Troy felt his heart leap into his throat as he saw Izumi fall backwards, his hand going out to help but being too little too late. When Izumi appeared to be fine Troy released a breath he didn't realize he had been holding and then berated himself for reacting in such a way. Even if this demon did seem a little more... or well a little less evil it didn't mean anything and Troy should just stop reacting in such a manner to the demon... if he got himself killed by behaving childishly it would be no sweat off of Troy's back. Or at least that's what he told himself. He had to repeat it a couple of times before he fully accepted it...

"If you get yourself killed there will be one less decent demon in the world." Troy said, shaking his head. "Or on Earth at least."

Izumi laughed a bit while scratching the back of his neck.

"Ooops... I should be careful then." He replied with a goofy grin.

"I'm fine though, probably just bruised the tailbone or something." The demon said as he stretched a bit. It was definitely surprising that he slipped, when usually he was so graceful. No he didn't slip on purpose, it was a real fluke this time...

Izumi was rather eccentric though, and this would cause him to flip around from one persona to the next. One minute he may be goofing around and smiling, and the next minute he might be serious and analytical... Though he always managed to keep his calm.

(writer block for this post bleehhhhhhhh)

Troy shook his head in amusement, glad that Izumi was ok. He then shook his head again to clear that thought from his head. "How about we not walk down the stairs backwards from now on... next time you might seriously injure yourself." Troy said before moving to walk past Izumi... wanting to take the lead, or at least that's what he told himself... really he wanted to make sure that if Izumi fell again he'd be able to do something about that. He was in denial that he was now considering a demon as a possible colleague or alley.

"Man, I'm famished... how many floors up are we? Because if it's far enough I might suggest we check to see if there's an elevator in this place." Troy said after a moment.
