Ooc: Wait, what did he lie about? Now I'm confused- do you mean when he withheld the information from that one student that Paden helped him? I don't think that's really an excuse to kill the guy, but okay...
Yes, and Lance isn't exactly in his right mind. Kinda messed up over being attacked and nearly dying. That stuff isn't something that goes right past you and leaves you mentally okay.

Just post, whoever's turn it is! ;- ;) )

Ooc: Since Wyatt doesn't seem to be on I probably won't post tonight since I have to go to bed soon. ^_^ Eh, just make sure Paden doesn't figure out he's a Wraith- I want that to be a big surprise. Maybe they get so hungry that they eventually go a little mad and Paden has to fight them until they come to their senses, and then he has to unwillingly help them kill somebody in order to satisfy their blood lust? xD That sounds so fucked up and fun... hehe...

Vladimor raises a brow, raising a brow. "Quotes hm? I will make sure to keep the title in mind." He laughs, understanding the fault in his words, though he answers jokingly, "An entire library full of them, yes. Don't bite yourself about something so trivial, Stream." He begins to think of titles that he's read recently, but nothing was too clear to him. "Haha, I've read too many to count...I often return to often is Lord of the Flies as a favorite. Pride and Prejudice, along with The Great Gatsby are also of my interest. Modern classics are more of my forte, I suppose." Now that he thought about it, he hadn't thought to bring a lot along with him. He'd have to remember to pay the library a visit. "Have any favorites of your own?" He asks, getting up to open the drawer that he'd placed Lord of the Flies in, the only book he cared enough to bring with him by default, and taking it out to sit back down on the bed.

"Ash? Hunter? As in my roommate, you mean, correct?" He tilts his head, running fingers through his mess of curls, leaning his head into his hand. "Alright, the- Oh!" He takes a hasty step back as he is approached by the animal, an obvious nervous look on his face. "Is that yours?" Levi bites his lip, smiling nervously, brows furrow as he scratches his head."I do find myself as a...inconvieneice..if this is who you call your, ah...canine companion." He shuffles back a little more when he barks, laughing to cancel out his discomfort. "I surely hope that he shall not be rooming with us...I...do not really have the heart to share a room with such. I'm afraid that it is a personal matter with comfort." The duke had been physically withdrawing from the sight of the wolf, a frown crossing his near perfect features as he averts his gaze from the wolf. He had encountered a dog before, and his kind, gentle approach was met with a harsh bite to the wrist, one that he still has the scars to prove. It just

"Oh... and um, he won't bite you." Ash said shyly. "But... I guess... he could sleep somewhere else..." He said, referring to Fang. Fang walked back up to Ash, and he pet his head. Fang then walked over to Levi once again. @King Anthony

"Well uh, this book has been very good so far…"

Allen taps his finger on the pages of his book, looking at the ceiling, tilting his head as he searches his mind for any pieces of literature he favors.

"The Sherlock series is a favorite of mine. My dad bought me all of the books a few years ago."

He recalls his father, who holds so much pride in him. In truth, he wished that he didn't. He wouldn't be a wraith if his father just wrote him off as a fairly average royal kid who'd do a fine job as a Marquess, but no, he was up on this pedestal being told to do X, Y, and Z when he'd much rather be left alone. He wasn't fit to do anything of importance for the rest of the world in his own eyes.

Once again he steps back from the proceeding pup, giving a sharp look in his eyes. "Also, keep him away from me altogether. I am going to have a talk to the administrative about animals on campus, especially of the more feral types..." His frown never changes and he sneezes, turning away from the animal. Perhaps while he was up at the office he'd see on the background of Ash. Levi bows, telling Ash that it was a pleasure to meet him before standing straight, and heading to the office. He continues to mess with his hair, humming tunes softly as he doesn't pay much attention to the direction of where he was heading to. Levi's stomach growled. "Maybe a snack later wouldn't hurt..." The boy mutters, scratching his cheek thoughtfully. He looks in the direction of the forest trail, his tongue sliding along his teeth. Well, to be fair he was a little hungry and a little cannibalization wouldn't be too bad right around now. Levi would wait, he had the patience. He wouldn't want to cause trouble so early on.

Vladimor lays back, opening the book. "The Sound of the Shell..." The prince mouths out, the first chapter that he loved so much. He starts, knowing the first couple of pages by heart, perfectly enough to recite them without any hesitance. "Sherlock, hm? I never was a fan, sadly. I tried, but wasn't able to get into it." He said sadly, rolling over to his stomach with his book. "Maybe one day. How's your father, anyway?" He asks, taking a glance over to Allen, before returning to his book, indulging in each word, and each worn page. (He's had it for quite some time, since he was 14)He crossed his ankles in the air, almost in a position to look like a girl, chatting away with her friends, or writing in a diary. If it weren't for such a masculine voice, he'd pass. Vladimor smiles in content, head tilted to the side with unending curiosity in the book, as if he'd never read it before.

"Sorry..." Ash said softly as Levi walked away. He has Fang sit somewhere behind the school before going back over to Levi. "I... put him somewhere else. Sorry about that." Ash said apologetically. He looks up at Levi. @King Anthony

(No offence, but 6 line replies please. I understand im not the host, but really, six lines.

He cocks his eyebrow at the mention of his father. He'd rather not think about his father, but of course, his family had a tendency to come up in conversation. He didn't like his father very much, though he tried not to develop too much anger around the situation. He couldn't change the fact that he was his father's son, no matter how frustrated it made him. Why bother with being bent out of shape about it.

"Uh... He's alright I guess..."

He flipped to the next page in his book, soaking in every word of advice the vast list of sayings had to offer. He traced his finger under each of the words he scanned.

Tyler began to craw be to the school fighting to survive and the brink of death. All he could see was a bright light as he crawled back to the school, his blood was running down his chest and soaking the ground as he pushed forward. It was as though another force was keeping him alive refusing for him to fail his people, not like this they needed him and if he died they would be hopeless. So he pushed forward trying to get back to the school alive. It was as though an angel picked him up and carried him to safety as he was carried to the nurses office by someone he couldn't see.

(Sorry for the short post.)

Vladimor, after this, hadn't said much. Even with the social guy he was, nothing beats the quiet when reading a good book. With the shortness, however, he already found himself just over half way through and he glances through the window. His brow furrows, and he tries to search the room for a clock, but finds the walls lacking time. "Say, what time is it?" Vladimor stretches out, popping his back. He hadn't even remembered the date, how unlike him. "Also, when does class actually start? What is today?" He sits up yawning, and placing the book on the night stand beside his bed. 248 pages wasn't a lot for such a good book. He rubs his hands laxly over his face, clising his eyes for a moment before standing, giving his body another stretch. Glacing at his rings, Vladimor decided he probably won't be going out anytime soon, so he takes out all his piercings and the multitude of rings that decorate his thin fingers, placing everything on the night stand. He pushes all his hair back, sighing as he braids all of it together.

Levi was taking a while getting to the office, but he wasn't in any rush. He pushes up under his sweater sleeve and runs his fingers over his skin, cold even with thick wool on top. The duke pulls at his scarf, wrapping it once more around burying his face in it looking for warmth. He loathed the cold. It made his face pale and sensitive, his nose runny, and fingers so pained to curl. He sneezes once more, attention being caught by Ash. "Oh, that is better, I guess. I still do not understand how they let something so feral onto school grounds, but who am I to question anything?" It was a joke. He had the authority to question everything if he had really wanted to. "Tell me about yourself, Hunter. It does not bother me, but I'd rather not share room with a stranger."

"I... Believe they begin tomorrow." He looks up from his own book to the sight of Vladimor braiding his hair. In Britain it would've been unheard of for a royal to have such hair, but for some reason it fit his Regal persona. He watches as Vlad's deft, thin fingers section off his hair into pieces only to intertwine them. He had also removed his piercings which was a little bit of a strange sight, but not an unwelcome one. He had grown accustomed to seeing him with piercings, and now that they were gone, he looked...

Allen shakes his head clear of his thoughts, deciding to answer the first question.

"It's four o' three."

Paden woke up in the nurse's office, but not for the reason the other two boys did. Sore and covered in bruises, Paden sat up without hearing one complaint from the nurses, which would've been odd to any new student; Didn't they care about the well-being of their students? For the most part they did, but in Paden's case it was different. He was an outcast and a murder suspect to everyone except the administrator himself. They didn't talk much, but Gregory Lark had mentioned several times before that he thought Paden was innocent, and the lord even went out of his way to prevent Paden from being interrogated. "As long as you follow my rules," Gregory had said. "Nobody can lay a finger on you."

"But I didn't follow your rules!"
Paden's thoughts screamed out. He should have never let the native american boy lead him out into the forest in the first place. If he hadn't, they would've all been safe. Paden had been so relieved to see both boys return to the grounds safely... but how? All he remembered was Tyler being kidnapped. He ran, but he couldn't catch up to him. From the looks of it, both boys had taken a serious beating- teeth marks had covered their chests when they were brought in, Lance looking worse than Tyler. The nurses didn't say a word to Paden, but the soldier was observant enough to discern the surprise they felt that Lance and Tyler didn't die of blood loss within the hour. Paden was shocked too, but didn't dare ask any questions. Not yet. He'd need to wait until they recovered before he interrogated them for answers. Whatever happened had to have been stressful, and Paden was just glad they were back. They weren't soldiers like him; If he had been there, surely he'd be able to recount the tale with ease, but if he knew one thing... trauma could hush someone up for years, if not an eternity. He had seen the trauma on Lance's face every time he woke up. Because of this, he decided he'd wait until Tyler woke up to ask him questions. He sat down on the bed between the two, waiting for them to finally come to their senses for any time longer than the five minutes Lance kept waking up for, before falling asleep once more.

Ooc: @Wyatt @Trombone Geek , Idk about you guys, but I'm ready to get this RP back in action! ;) Lame post, but whatever! xD

((FINAALLLLLLLLLY xD ))

Finally, after what seemed like lifetimes of tortured visions haunting him in his sleep, Lance's eyes opened. The boy immediately discovered that he'd almost rather sleep, as it dulled the pain a lot. With a small grunt, Lance struggled to push himself into a sitting position, paling and almost falling back; as it was, his arms shook from the effort.

"I.. Think I'm awake now," the boy said, hating how weak and frail his voice sounded and how it trembled from exhaustion and the pain blossoming in his chest. He looked at Paden, not fully registering the injuries the young soldier had; the bruises and cuts all over his body, obviously not on accident, and not from one person alone.

"What happened?" Lance asked, but before Paden could answer the boy was already glaring in the direction of the nurse's office, the one who had treated Paden.

"That bastard," Lance growled, looking ready to surge up out of his bed and go after the man. Just imagine what I'd do to him--

As if he wouldn't have fallen back as it was, the thought of injuring someone severely on purpose with his own hands caused Lance's eyes to widen. He scrambled back against the wall, pulling his knees to his chest and burying his head in his hands, trying to escape the memories flooding to the front of his mind. He hated this feeling! He hated being chained back by the past, or by terrifying happenings, or by feelings.

"Damn it all," he whispered, his arms tightening around his legs.
