That's actually a good question. At first I just liked the songs; I enjoyed the beat and the feel. Which was interesting because generally, I don't like rap. What may have helped me like it was the humor; I found it pretty funny but then again I found an egg with the word suspicious on it hilarious too; so maybe my sense of humor is all jacked up.

Eventually I ended up liking the story and how the characters develop and their different personalities all together.

Even if you despise Hamilton, I really hope you'd check out some other musicals; it's always great to fall in an emotional pit.
