Mo sits in on a thick branch at the top of a elm tree on the edge of the beautiful forest where the lush greenery meets the towering city buildings. This city used to once be a heavenly populated city, but now its mainly deserted due to pollution.Only the toughest of the tough enter that city and leave bearing all of their limbs. Mo reaches in her pocket and pulls out a small sack filled with delicious, juicy grapes. She pops one in her mouth and leans back to enjoy the view of the migrating birds.

There is a chill down her spine as Almera emerges from the teal water that is lapping up against her knees. It was always windy at the shore, and combined with the cool spring evening ocean she was swimming in, this made a cold combination. She spins around a few times to dry herself off, and begins her usual evening trek to the forest.

When she arrives, there is a small girl who had rested herself in the branches of a beautiful (but uncomfortably dry for Almera's tastes) elm tree. A cat-like tail swishes around behind her, and she sits there, staring towards the city. Cat-types tend to be skittish, right? Or was it fierce? Smart? Almera shakes her head and inhales deeply.

"Excuse me, do you know how to get to the city from here?" she speaks, her voice almost on the edge of annoying, but sincere.

Freyja walked around the more empty part of the city, she rarely came here but even the empty areas had a lot of people walking around. She was holding a parasol to keep her out of the sun. Its not like it burned her no but her eyes were so sensitive now that she hated walking around when the sun was out. But she needed food so today was grocery day. She noticed many kinds of people as she walked around but many of them stared at her with interest in their eyes and she hated it. She narrowed her red and black eyes, hell bent on getting to the food stand without running back to the woods.

Hirscha sat at the edge of the west pond, her feet submerged in the water. It was a nice day out today, a perfect day for running or climbing or just watching the birds. But she wasn't doing much, just relaxing. In fact, she was so relaxed that she could just fall asleep. The sun peeked through the trees next to the pond and warmed her back, and the sweet song of the birds overhead was almost like a lullaby. The deer girl let out a large yawn and immediately felt her eyelids get heavier. She decided a nice nap would help her feel better, and so she stretched and rested her elbows on her knees, closing her eyes softly.

The two siblings were in the North Clearing, simply relaxing. K was laying down with his head on Seina's lap while she played with hair and ears. His bunny ears were especially soft compared to her own Fox ears, and it was something she liked about her brother. While she was playing with him, her 3 tails swayed back and forth. K, with his eyes half closed, looked off into the distance as he said, "Sei... Did you want to do anything today?"

In response, Seina shrugged. "If K wants to do something, I don't mind. If not, can't we just do the usual?" 'The usual' was to walk around in hopes of discovering something. However, K was sure they had already seen everything in the forest area.

"Then I'll think of something, " he said before fully closing his eyes.

Freyja closed her eyes as a small gap between people made her have to squeeze through them, "Rude.." She mumbled as she walked by. The group of kids gave her dirty looks, especially one who looked like a lizard. She just shook her head and stopped at the stand where she could pick up her food. It was always fresh and the merchant was always kind to her. "The usual Freyja my dear?" The big man grinned ear to ear. She could never tell what he was fused with but she never bothered asking, "Yes please..some extra meat would be nice today though if you have any steaks left?" He nodded and went to gather her bag of food for her.

Ajax was laying in an open field, staring up at he clear sky. He felt relaxed as his tail flickered back and firth and his ears rested on his head. However, after a while this became a bore to him. He then decided it was a good idea to stroll through a village. He started to make his way there collectively and quietly.

Ajax didn't make it far from the field before he spotted a darker-looking cloud over head and immediately took shelter under a tree, fearing the rain he was convinced was on it's way.

Freyja was walking back from the market, making her way back to her cabin in the forest. It was small but it was big enough for her. She was near the edge of the forest when she heard someone shout at her. When she turned she saw the lizard boy from earlier, "Yes?" She glared and stepped onto the grass. He had two others with him, a bird girl and a what looked like a snake looking dude? "You wanna apologist for being rude earlier?" She folded her parasol and they stepped closer, "No..we havent..in fact we think you should apologize to us" Freyja frowned and stepped back more, "Um im sorry but no.." They all glared at her and she took this moment to run, but like many bullies they took chase.

K let out a loud, tired sigh as he sat up, bits of his blood red hair twisted together. The sight made Seina giggle before she undid them for her brother, who seemed to be utterly bored. His ears drooped from his head, a single golden chain twisting around his left ear. "Sei, let's go walk around," he said, standing up first and holding his hand out for her. With a smile, she took his hand and stood up. "Yes, Big brother. " The two began walking out of the field, noticing a dark cloud as they entered the trees.

Freyja was a fast runner but one of them had wings and was already over her, "Leave me alone you creeps!" She was panting and knew she could take off flying as well but getting through these trees would be difficult and she didnt want to take a chance with the harpie. They shouted back at her, "SO says the blood sucker!" She sneered at the hideous nickname but kept running, she could locker herself in her house.

Ajax heard people close y and scurried up a tree truck and perched himself on a low branch, forgetting about the dark storm cloud. He scouted the area for the people close by, he hung upside-down from the branch as he looked for the characters somewhere.

K was looking around the wooded area, simply seeing if anything was different from the day before. From quite a far distance, he saw a person hanging upside down from a tree. Worried that it was some sort of suspicious person, he pushed Seina behind him, but kept moving forward.

Almera turned around nonchalantly, letting her bare foot trail over the dewy grass, pivoting herself north. Thick grey clouds loomed overhead, and she let a smile trace along her lips. Rain was coming, which would fill the river and estuary with fresh rain water for swimming. However, she had other things in mind.

She heard something skittering about behind her back, and turned her head to see a boy with two cat ears and a tail hanging upside down from a tree behind her. Another cat? Jeez, is it breeding season or something?

She tilted her head and gave him an inquisitive look, scoping out his friendliness, as she backed towards the part of the grove that was uncovered by trees in anticipation for the storm.

Freyja burst through a small opening of trees panting and gripping her food tightly, "You guys just dont give up!!" She knew people like this and hated them. There was a reason she stayed in the forest alone, even among people like herself she was an outcast. She thought she heard a small group of people but not sure if they would be like them or not. "We can catch up to you sooner or later your choice!" One of them threw rocks but she dodged them.

Ajax's ears picked up another person coming from another direction. He growled lightly and jumped back up into the tree. Climbing all the way to the top. Once he was up there, he was quickly reminded of the storm above via raindrops on his ears. Startled so badly, he lost is grip and fell through the air towards the ground, but grabbed the branch he was hanging off of before hitting the ground.

"Umm.... Big Brother?" Seina peeked out from behind his broad stature and at the odd boy hanging from a branch. To her, this was especially exciting to meet someone new in these woods. She tugged on her brothers sleeve. "Hey, Big Brother! Can we talk to that person? He looks fun!" In reply, K grunted, but continued to walk closer to the boy. Even if he didn't want to, K was weak to Seina.

"For Poseidon's sake, no need for overreaction..." Almera mumbled as the cat-boy growled, and scampered up the tree. Without warning, the same boy landed smack-bang in front of her, his dark hair tousled, but on his feet.

"Uh, hi. I'm Almera. And, uh..." Almera scrambled for something to say, and she stared down at her quite obvious and poisonous tentacles gathering around her knees. "I'm a jellyfish."

Ajax examined the girl that had introduced herself to him. He took a good, long look at her, smiled and waved. "I'm Ajax." He circled her, curious to find out more of this person. "Jellyfish... I'm a cat." He smiled again.

Freyja was definitely hearing people now, 'T-thank god for sonar..." Her ears twitched and one of their rocks hit her. Probably from bird girl. She was nearly out of breathe she burst through another narrow tree gathering and almost ran head on into a boy with red hair. She did shoot past him but she hit his shoe and went flying. She clutched her food and smacked the ground with a gasp and rolling a few feet.

"I figured." Almera laughed, and watched closely as the boy circled her. "What's your name, anyways, cat-boy?"

Near the southern end of the grove, she could see a red haired rabbit, a blonde fox and a bat girl who had fallen over in to the grass. She shrugged and figured the pair could help the poor thing.

K pointed to an odd girl who's species he's never seen before. Seina looked over as well and shrugged. Taking this as a way of her saying, 'doesn't matter', K still walked towards them. Soon, he was only a few feet away frlm the two. He held a calm and cool look on his face while Seina looked like she would explode any moment. "Yo ~ you two seem interesting. "

She groaned at the ache in her back, "Damn wings..." She used her ears to listen and she couldnt hear them anymore but figured it wasnt the last time she would see them. She looked at who she almost ran into and noticed it was a rabbit boy. She sighed and looked away from the group scanning for the food that had scattered out of her bag. She almost ran into the guy and he acted like it was nothing! She could have seriously rammed him! "Better just gather this up.." She grabbed some apples that rolled away.

"Hey, that bat girl just fell over." Amera pointed over to the young woman doubled over in the bushes. She realised she was pointing out something neither of them cared about very much.

"Anyways, I'm Amera. Amera Maren, and I'm a jellyfish. Nice to meet you."

She decided to add a smile on to the end of her sentence, trying not to come off as rude.

"Ah..." K's eyes followed the bat girl as she picked up apples. Feeling a bit guiltt for some reason, he hurried over to help her pick them up, leaving his sisters side for just a moment. "Here,"he said while handing her a few apples.

"I'm Seina Yakolei! Thats my big brother over there, K," she gestured over to her red-haired brother. He's a bunny and I'm a fox. Pleasure to meet you, Amera!"

Freyja had a bundle of things in her arms as she looked t the rabbit boy, "Um..you really dont need to help. I did almost take you with me after all.." She took the apples he handed her and put them in her bag. She flinched as another throb came form her back. When she got home she would have to let her wings out. "Im..you know, sorry about that. I didnt mean to intrude on your gathering over there" She grabbed a pair that was under a bush and put it away.
