Eight students in their final year are teamed up by headmasters of the school to become idol groups and battle it out for a recording contract with Korea's top recording studio. Each group contains either four girls or four boys that have been pulled together to create what teachers say SHOULD make up the perfect idol group.

Old: When it comes to clothing, Yubin likes all things loud; neons, leather, tight clothing, bare skin and accessories. Most days you can find Yubin wearing a cropped crew neck in any color or pattern with a pair of tight athletic pants and bright sneakers on her feet. Usually she had on a choker and large hoop earrings to complete the outfit. Her long bleached hair reaches her middle back and is nearly always straight and worn down over her shoulders. As far as makeup goes Yubin usually does something really simple, lip stain and some mascara, she's more of a skin care girl than a makeup girl.  Apart from her style, Yubin has naturally brown eyes but usually wears blue circle lenses and she stands at 5'6" before her heels....


New: Ditched the circle lenses and the blonde locks, now going with her natural eye color and shoulder length brown hair. Besides that her style has remained the same, though she now leans towards neutral colors. 


Yubin is a sarcastic, crude and quick witted woman. She has little patience for people who don't take her passion seriously or those people who cannot understand simple concepts and take too long to figure something out. Her mouth makes her a hard person to get along with and gets her into a lot of trouble with the staff at the school. Yubin is a girl who is a little rough around the edges and isn't afraid to rough someone else's either, if you get what I mean....However, despite her usually inability to deal with people and her constant state or irritability, Yubin is a great friend if you end up surpassing all of her thorns. When not busy she loves to dance around and watch movies and go out, but only when she's not busy.


Long story short; be on her good side or stay away.


Yubin doesn't spend much time with her family, between her parent's busy day of either working or taking care of her two young brother and her being away at school, they really only talk on the phone.  Most people think that her parents are the reason Yubin is so stand offish, and maybe they're right but she has a pretty decent relationship with all of her family. The one thing she can say for sure is that her parents are the reason that she is so independent. 


Relationships? At school? Zero. Well one... but that one was ripped up, stepped on, thrown away, pulled back out, spit on, ripped up some more and then burned. AKA bad break up at the end of the last school year with Jin. 


But besides that, nothing, it's a good thing she was chosen for this final year project because without any contacts Yubin would be screwed, not many female rappers have solo careers....


Strengths: 


Rapping, better dancer than a singer, kickboxing and telling a joke so crude it can silence the room.


Weaknesses:


Singing high notes, public speaking, holding her tongue and Jin.

Jin goes by his given name more than the proper and professional way. 
​

Style wise Jin usually stays very causal, even when he has a performance unless the teachers force him to dress up. A dark tee shirt and dark pants are usually this boys best friends. When he is told he has to dress up his appearance he will usually pull on a patterned dress coat over what he was already wearing. His dark hair is kept at a medium length for a male and swept over to the side and slightly messy.

Jin is Mr. Popular. Kind enough to everyone but at the same time attracting so much attention from women by being sensitive and quiet. He wouldn't call it brooding or "bad boy" like, he's just the type of guy who thinks people should really only speak when they have something to say, not just for attention. He is very compassionate towards most people and will take time out of his day to help someone out if they need anything. Despite being very good at what he does, Jin stays pretty level headed and modest.

Jin is a trophy child to two actors, his mother on many different dramas and his father a movie actor. Jin is their little show off toy more than a son.

When out of the public eye Rosee tends to wear workout clothing because she is always practicing new dances.


This usually involves a pair of tight fitting shorts and a loose hoodie with sleeves too long for her own arms.


Her peachy colored hair is usually left down and natural with a slight wave to it. When in the public she dresses in cute


clothing; pastels, classic looking skirts or dresses, her hair curled at the ends and her makeup done simply.


Rosee has brown eyes and stands at about 5'5.

Rose lives her passion, she is Rose through and through. A performer, an entertainer and an amazing damn dancer.
​

Most times she tends to fly a little off the edge, always thrill seeking and having fun. Rosee is always easy to get along with as
​

long as you're able to work hard while still having fun and being a little silly. She is fairly popular
​

at the school and has a lot of friends who are dancers as well but doesnt know very many others outside of the dance kids.
​

Rosee, well more Jisoo and her older sister were both raised by a single father who struggled


to give the girls the things they wanted and needed. But he always came through. It's probably the


reason that she is so hardworking and earnest while still keeping a smile on her face. Working for what you


want isn't hard, its what you should do. Rosee really has no relationship with her older sister Shin-Hye though,


she didn't think that joining a girl group was hard work, her sister saw it as running away;


even though it was Rosee who paid their bills for a year...

Rosee has been in a girl group before but after their best singer went solo she was back to focusing on finishing school and restarting.

Rosee runs in the same group as Jin and they have a lot of the same friends though they aren't the closest. She also hangs out with (@colts chara) because they're both in the dancing crowd but the guy has a poor attitude most days.
​

Strengths: Can always find something fun to do, dancing (literally everything but ballet),


choreography and writing lyrics (though they're very private)


Weaknesses: Singing, letting go of "Rose" and being Jisoo.

Rapper


Hyuun has a couple different styles. At home he is found wearing old tee shirts, sneakers, and sweats, maybe a hoodie if it's cold. He usually wears a beanie pulled over his side swiped raven black hair. At school and in the studio? Jeans, boots, messy hair, and tight fitting shirts that show off his damn near perfect figure paired with his favorite leather jacket. And for performances he enjoyed dressing nice. Button down shirts, black jeans, and black shoes. He even goes the extra mile for a performance and makes sure that his hair is styled and looking nice.


Laid back would definitely be the way to describe this performer. He's quiet, reserved, and calm. He likes people thinking he's not cut out for the spot he's in, so when he breaks out in the lyrics of a song he wrote or rap faster than most people can speak, he can see the shock and awe in their face. Things like that made his quiet personality worth while. 


Hyuun was the first born boy to a widely known, successful family. Unfortunately he was born last, having four older sisters and one female twin, who happened to be older than him as well. They all went on to be successful; doctors, lawyers, politicians. Hyuun knew from the moment he was born that music was in his blood. Tapping, humming, rhyming, everything had led up to him pursing a career in music. His parents weren't thrilled that their son wanted to be a rapper. They wanted him to be a doctor, known all across the nation for his skills. The terms of his attendance of the school was made crystal clear; get a record label to sign before graduation and he could do whatever he wanted. If not, he was to go off to med school to follow in his fathers footsteps. 


Relationships-- "Dating" Yuri since an awkward encounter Freshman year. A girl was really persistent on Hyuun taking her out on a date, and Yuri came to his rescue. Ever since then people assumed them to be a couple, and no matter how much they denied it (mainly Yuri) no one believed them. After some point they just stopped fighting it. Twin to Choi-Soo Young. 


Strengths include songwriting, rapping, singing, dancing, attracting unwelcome attention, and looking good while doing absolutely nothing. 


Weaknesses would definitely be interacting with others (mainly girls), saying no to people, choreographing a dance or performance, living up to his parents impossible expectations, and pretending to be interested in things he clearly couldn't care less about.

Singer


Fun would be the word to describe Yuri and her style. Fun dresses, fun colors, fun makeup, and even fun jewelry. On rare occasions she'll wear something more serious or traditional, but that's only if it's for a special performance. 


Yuri is a bright, bubbly, fun, quirky, over the top kind of girl. She acts before she thinks, and is often called an airhead by Hyuun. When she's singing though, she becomes another person. She feels every emotion she wishes to portray, and that's probably what makes her a natural born singer. Singing is the only real joy she has found in life. From singing alone in the shower to an auditorium full of students Yuri never misses a beat. 


Family is a sensitive topic. An alcoholic father, and a mother with failing health who is in the hospital more than she is at home. When she's not at school she's probably at her part time job, visiting Hyuun and Choi, or up at the hospital visiting her mom. The only time she goes home is to sleep, and shower. 


Maybe this is the reason why she's called an airhead; not even a week into her first year at the preforming arts school she found herself rushing to someone's aide. Unfortunately for her she was saving a guy from being harassed by a girl their age, and then everyone quickly assumed them to be a couple. Almost four years later and people still assumed them to be dating. Thankfully that's how she gained her two best friends, Hyuun and Choi.


Strengths include singing, song writing, guitar, piano, defending others, and making a fool out of herself. 


She has more weaknesses than strengths. Dancing is not her strong suit, cooking is a big one, defending herself, trusting others, and group projects.

Unlike her twin, Choi actually takes pride in her appearance and style, and likes to show it off. Long dark chocolate locks that are well kept, usually falling over her shoulders, down her back, or resting in a loose bun or tight ponytail. She enjoys shorts and pretty dresses that show off her long legs, and cute shirts or sweaters that compliments her figure. 
​

 
​

Once again, total opposite of her brother on the personality chart. Choi was catty, snide, and rude most of the time, especially to people who approach her. Yes, she was cute. But approachable? Do not take her lightly. She will destroy you, your family, your confidence, and everything you know and love in a witty, eloquent verbal lashing. 
​

 
​

Yes, she's the older twin, fifteen minutes older to be exact. Unfortunately that lumped her in with all of the other middle siblings of the family. She wasn't the oldest, she wasn't the youngest, and she wasn't the only girl. So Choi received little attention compared to what Hyuun got. She hated that. Hyuun hated attention, and Choi loved it. Why not give it to her? Anyways. Choi knew that when Hyuun wanted to go to a performance school she was inspired to do so as well. It didn't create the reaction she wanted from her parents unfortunately. Fortunately though, she found something she honestly enjoyed. Attention.

Looks/Personality 


Minho's style is tight well fitted and well made clothing. Whether it be nicely tailored suits with clean cut ties and professional wear or it be the usual tight t-shirt and well fitting jeans. The boy takes a lot of pride in the way he looks and never looks disheveled, even after leaving a practice room. You will never see him in dirty clothes or with unkempt hair. Minho stands at about 6'3" and is built and he knows it. His eyes are a dark brown and his hair is usually pushed back or to the side. 


In the public Minho is the charmer, he has fan clubs despite not having an official debut and he is a sweetheart in public eye. However behind closed doors the boy is cockier than hell, confident and completely sure of himself. He knows what he brings to the table and he knows he is the favorite despite not being the best at singing or dancing in a group. Minho is still a people pleaser in private, however for him that usually means giving the girls who chase him a wink or a kiss on the hand while dating many of them at the same time. They all know, but they don't seem to mind. 


Minho is the only son with two sisters, one older and one younger, his sister graduated from this school already but his little sister is a freshman this year. His older sister is in a popular girl group now as their main singer and he's always felt a little inferior to her for being known as the "hot one". His parents no longer even live in Korea, they moved to Thailand for retirement and simply send money every so often.


Minho has a few girls in his flock, lots of friends, more so boys who want lessons...


Strengths: Public appearances, styling, talking to girls and singer.


Weaknesses: Slow dancing, talking about his sister and cooking.

Leather, spikes, large rings, and chains. Hoya lives a rebellious life and likes his outfits to represent just that.


The epitome of the "I don't give a single fuck" attitude. At the same time Hoya has absolutely no problem calling anyone out on their shit. He had always been that way. Before he found his love for dancing he was actually getting involved in some gang-like behavior, which would probably explain why most people are too scared to even hang around him. Now he spends most of his time in the studio versus the back alleys with some not so reputable characters.


Hoya comes from money, and a lot of it. Money that has bailed him out of trouble time and time again, money that has bought him every opportunity under the sun. He's the only son of a successful businessman, his mother passing away from cancer when he was five. Due to his father's busy schedule Hoya didn't really get the attention most kids needed from their parents, instead he got it from the nannies his father hired. Nannies never filled the void, so he found his 'street' family, in which he still gets into trouble with every now and then. Thankfully school keeps him busy most of the time.


 Best friend and dance preferred dance partner, Rosee. He also has a mile long list of girls who fawn over him, and an even longer list of guys who hate him. 


Strengths: Dancing, choreography, being an ass, inappropriate comments, and fighting.


Weaknesses: Self control, public relations, dealing with idiots and bigots, homework, and socializing like a decent human being.

Rapper, singer, and clothing designer


Ji graduated Haenghada and was immediately signed onto a record label. He has been living the dream ever since. Women, money, fame, fortune. He had the 'bad boy' air about him since high school, which was part of his charm. He's heard about the groups and their situation and decided to meet them, to take a couple under his wing. Unfortunately for the guys his focus leans more towards the ladies.

Fei debuted during her senior year in the same project the students are working on now, however Fei never finished that year as she was instantly picked up after that performance and thus was the start of her first girl group. The label took two girls they had signed previously, Fei and then found Rosee at one of Haenghada's showcases. They were wildly successful for about six months before the label decided it was time for Fei to be solo. What none of the other girls know is that she could have done both, but she was afraid of Rosee stealing her thunder. Fei is a far better singer than Rosee is or was, but when it came to dancing and the way that girl got people to love her? Fei would lose. So she kicked them to the curb the first chance she got.

Kyo had a lot to do with Fei's success so when the woman called in a favor she couldn't refuse, she was on vacation anyways and could use something to occupy her time,

Lee's father was a successful business man who had many actress trophy wives throughout Lee's life. "True love escaped me years ago, so now I marry for appearances." He idolized his father, so Lee had spent most of his life being successful. He avoided loving people due to the fact that it seemed to eat away at his fathers heart, especially when he found out what happened. He was in love with a taken woman, she even got pregnant by him and had twins. But the woman wouldn't leave her husband because she was afraid of him. The husband didn't even want both kids, he'd only take the daughter. So that's how his father came to raise Lee on his own. Lee had dedicated a good portion of his time looking for his twin since then, having felt like something had been missing all of his life.

Due to being around so many trophy wives Lee had developed a sense of style, so he always looks nice.  His step-moms have always taken him to the sets of their shows and Lee quickly took to it. He started acting from a young age, which led him to get a spot on "The Voice" in Korea to broadcast his vocal skills. Once that aired he quickly got attention from several labels. Then he heard Yuri at one of the record labels and immediately signed.
