Joe sighed carefully. "No one yet knows my true identity, the god of the void. Not Ras's void, which is mere destruction, but void. Nothing, yet everything, creation, yet destruction, life, but death. The void see's all, knows all, hears all, unfortunately, and is all. They assume I am only creation, the being that created the universe. I am so much more then a petty creator. Echo's here now, even more fun. I'll play your game for now Echo, your not here. Ras, the destroyer, Cat, former war goddess, now goddess of the moon, now hosting Ra's daughter, Reina Goddess of Ice, Echo, my old friend. You wanted something to cure your eternal boredom to eh? Well, let's see if this does the trick." He sighed once more before replying to Eiji. "Welcome to Guardian Academy, I wish you a nice year. I do not recommend going to the dorms at the moment, as there are a lot of nuisances over over there." He snapped his finger stopping time. He walked up to Echo before restarting time. "Hello, my old friend. How are you this fine evening?"

Alexandra quickly decides that it was not an option to even seek out a sheltered region, quickly kneeling down on one knee and raising the arbalest into the sky, it was already prematurely loaded and all Alex had to do was adjust the tension of the string a little to ensure everything was fine. Taking only moments to aim, a loud whistle resonates through the vicinity as Alex sends the bolt flying straight for the black dragon in the sky.


The runic engravings on the arbalest glow brightly, as the bolt will sap energy from beings around it and simmer with raw soul essence encapsulating within it. As it nears the dragon, it turns fully red and forms up something akin to a homing missile. Some knowledgeable folk might recognize the arbalest as one originating from blood magic, an art the humans developed to embattle the gods themselves eons ago. . . and was supposedly purged after the humans lost.


Alex was flung backwards from the recoil, finding himself bruised slightly but he maintains a stoic expression and begun to crank the arbalest back, preparing for a second shot.

"Okay then, I have multiple of these black dragons, defeat it if you can! Oh and if you do, you'll be sucked into the void with it!" (Crazy, evil laughter) The dragon was special in making a 10 second pull into the void before it dies.

  Freyr nods to Alex setting the bag down and unzipping it, He himself took out a single long item wrapped in cloth "Your parents made sure we had all we needed" Holding it in one hand he would pull out a bolt for Alex pain shooting up his arm and showing in his face as he handed it to him "Even things to kill my own kind.." he would mutter quietly just to Alex. setting it down in Alex's hand he would quickly turn his eyes scanning the area as they took a more dragon-like appearance his ears twitching as he runs from the fighting.

Hypnos and Thanatos both woke from their slumber as the darkness made itself known to the academy. As soon as they started fighting it Thanatos and Hypnos released their restraints and assumed their full godly mantels.


Thanatos appeared between the darkness and the other mortals. His sword drawn and his black wings spread out to show that he would defend them. His aura and power was remarkably similar to the darkness. In fact in one was he was the darkness. However the Greeks created him to be the God of peaceful death. A God of eternal rest. This being was basically the more violent form of Thanatos.


Hypnos is appeared on front of Cat and so he hugged Cat. His mere presence is enough to make primordial gods drowsy. Standing in among Cat and the mortals they would undoubtedly feel his influence. " It's time to rest now Cat. You've done your part wonderfully, but your madness mist be contained." He told cat with a soft yet stern voice. Then he turned to the Ras, " Must we fight? " He asked as Thanatos floated in front of Him

"It isn't a question is must, fighting is my existence, I am the end to all, wether it be life, matter, creation or worlds. I will end it all. And I don't fight because I must, I fight because it entertains me! I seek out fights. I desire power. Everyone who searches for power, without exception, searches for battle! Do you fight in order to become more powerful? Or do you want more power so you can fight? I can't tell you that. The only thing I know for sure is people like me were born this way! We were born to fight! You too, your instincts will keep leading you toward new battles. It's the only way you have. The only way to become stronger. Fight! If you want the power to control your enemy, take that power of yours and cut him down! That's your only option! That's the road that continues in front of you and remains behind you!" She shouted as the muderous intent was obvious and potent. Like her entire being was screaming to do battle and kill.

Reina looked at him then the fighting, then back at him. "I appreciate your concern, but I don't think I, The Goddess of Ice, can be harmed by them" she said, obviously over confident in her abilities.

Joe sighed as Echo went into the 'void'. It wasn't the true void, no, the true void is much worse, but he called it that nevertheless. "Some 'old friend' he is, leaving people standing here. There's a quality fight I could be watching here." He then teleported Rex and Arienh away from their imminent death's taking care to make sure the dragon was nowhere near.

Hypnos looked at Ras with a mixture of remorse, pity, and utter sadness. He hated existences like this most of all. Nothing more than power hungry deities who seek even more power by slaughtering those they can. Hypnos brought forth his staff poppy covered staff carved from the dreams of mortals and divine beings, " I'm afraid I can't allow you to bring anymore suffering upon this place Ras. It is time for you to rest your head." Hypnos leveled his staff at Ras and began gathering power.


Thanatos began gathering his own power and prepared to defend his brother from the onslaught that was undoubtedly about to he unleashed.

 

[Angel Lucifer]

"It's only the first day at my school, and it's already getting trashed. Maybe I should teach them all some proper manners? I'll only beat them a little, an inch of their lives is just a small price to pay right?" A mad glint once more shown in his eye. "I really need to control my 'contained' mischief. I think this has gone just a tad to far, but I'll let it continue, for now anyway." He slunk back into the shadows, content on watching the fight for it's entertainment value.

 

[Flareshield]

The real void was not a place Echo would let anyone go to because of how terrible it is. As soon as Alex got to him, he teleported him out of the other void he was trapping Alex in. Echo then went back to the battle, summoning his staff to fight this time.

"Nuisances? Other students? Hm..I am going anyway!" He replies giving a thumbs up to Joe. "I won't cause any trouble, I just want to see what kinds of beings this place holds." He stretches a bit, yawning. "Still wish I could of continued sleeping." About to head off to the dorms. "Wait...where are the dorms?"

Joe watched as Echo popped back into existence, summoning his staff. "Now this is going to be fun. Watching Squabbling Insects always has it's merrit, eh?" He leaned back against a tree, and once more summoned popcorn.

He made a clone go back over to Eiji. When you hear fighting, see explosions and insane laughter, you'll know. He then dissapated into non-existence.

Reina looked at him, "Dragon's aren't very hard to defeat if you know what you're doing. and put distance between us and them? so I'm guessing you have some sort of idea?" she said.

"Oh, insane laughter and explosions...sounds like a nice show to watch!" He states, watching Joe vanish and following the sound of explosions. Upon reaching the dorms, he looked around. "This Academy is pretty fun...in it's own way I suppose. I smell dragons, and other really strong beings." He tells himself as he walks around.

Echo pretended to be weak, so no one knows of his true power yet. "I have no choice then, I must summon it. No wait, that would cause more harm than good." Echo ended up summoning a dragon to fly him back to the cliffs. "Have to get better at learning to summon weaker things that won't destroy half the area."

Henry stood there in the middle of the chaos, dumbfounded at how quickly this entire thing went pearshaped. He looked around in hopes of finding something or somebody that wasn't attempting to viciously tear another apart.

"You fool. Don't say such strong things, they only make you look weak. I've only told people here a small ports of who I am. Like the tip of the iceberg, heh, you have no idea what I really am. But no matter, it won't make a difference in the end". Ras said grinning maliciously. From the black ground that had been robbed of all its coloured around Ras a massive sea of pitch black corruption rose from under her. It also has the same decaying properties as her, but her decay, is stronger than most believe. It noes not merely decay physical things, her power can decay dreams, willpower and even concepts themselves. Ras's sea of corruptions distorted and twisted as it spread across the ground, devouring anything in contact with it.


The Corruption is driven by the bloodlust and insanity of Ras. Spreading darkness in the world, it corrupted the hearts of men and unleashed a dark substance which physically contaminated the land and the skies. Lethal to touch, insatiable in hunger, the Corruption spread across the world, killing or changing all that stood in its path. Those who succumbed to it were killed.


Ras is able to manipulate her corruption. She is able to expel this corruption from anywhere on her body, as it is in fact a part of her, it has been seen poring from her eyes, mouth, nose and ears before. But she can in fact emit it from anywhere on her body and even from her clothes as they are made from it, her field of death which withers all living things around her in a certain radius allows her to create his corruption from anywhere within the area. This corruption being part of her allows her to deploy it faster and manipulate it more precisely than a simple element. If she needs more corruption, she can either use corruption from the decayed surroundings or, if there isn't any, use her personal corruption to break down and decay minerals in the ground to create some. Corruption works by devouring anything it touches and the more it eats the more it grows.


In combat, Ras's usual tactic is to remain stationary, using her corruption to attack opponents from afar. The attacks typically follow the same formula: capture and decay the target. If opponents are able to get close enough to attack her, Ras's shield of corruption automatically protects her from all threats, even those she is not aware of; the Shield of corruption is commonly thought to be Ras's doing, an act of self-preservation, but it is actually the corruption itself, although the corruption is a part of Ras, it has its own consciousness and will, thus it acts to protect its master of its own accord. If the Shield of corruption is penetrated, either through speed or brute-force, Ras also has a secondary corruption blood inside her body, this also being corruption automatically hardens to protect her without her needing to do anything. Ras's corruption is extremely effective at keeping her safe, earning fame as an "absolute defence" and allowing her to go years without experiencing a single injury.


Ras's corruption is highly malleable and can be used for any number of purposes. Often this is to protect others, such as with a wall for one person or, a shield as large as a city. Offensively, she can shape corruption Shuriken or corruption Swords. Ras also has a variety of supplementary uses for his corruption: a form of flight for herself and others; a method of sensing concealed targets; a corruption Clone to reinforce herself or allies; a Third Eye for reconnaissance.

He notices Henry and gives him a wave, before walking up to him. "Hello, do you know what exactly is going on here?, I was told this place is an Academy. But it seems like there is a lot of fighting." He asks pulling his fox mask over his face. "I think it's best for us to stay sneaky and watch it all unfold."

Joe pouted in disappointment watching Echo pretend to be weak. "Why are you holding back old friend? Kill them all like normal." He watched as Echo flew away on his dragon. "It's to be expected I guess, he has changed over the years, hasn't he?" Joe looked up to the night sky, staring at a particular star. "Well Fafnir, I think it's time you make your appearance." In reality, the star was no star at all. It was the king of dragons, Fafnir, sleeping in space, enjoying his sleep.


Fafnir suddenly heard a voice within his mind. "Well Fafnir, I think it's time you make your appearance." Joe's voice echoed slightly. Fafnir stirred slightly, awoken by his voice. "So soon, I would have thought it would at least be a few more millennium, stupid king and his stupid games." His voice was deep and ancient sounding. His scales were a shiny white, giving him the appearance of a star. He started flapping his massive wings, making his way, slowly to Earth.
