....and salutation, RPdom! I find this forum after searching Google for Pattern Spider. Interested in Exalted due to explosion of discussion and fic at Spacebattles, and considering running my own game at, oh, September back, I think - then the dev made announcement about 3rd ed, so what the hell, let's just wait until next year. Meanwhile, I can learn about Exalted and Storytelling first.


On that note, my experience with Forum RPG is somewhat basic, and with general TTRPG is even less. Not entirely sure about GM-ing game, either, but I hope I can learn all of those here.

Feel free to check Our Roleplays out to find out which games are open for players. If you have any questions feel free to ask and the Staff will do its best to answer them.

If you're new to the PbP RP-scene, the best way to get up to speed is to join a game with an experienced PbP ST and ask them for hints and tips. Also try reading through/lurking on some of the active RPs, PM the people running the games and get support from them. Good place to hang out is the RP Discussion and Exalted Discussion forums, use them as sounding boards for gaming styles that people prefer and, while you are in the RP Discussion, why not add yourself to the 'Roll of Storytellers' so people can see your style of RPing. :D

Is this one of those so-called Love Bombs technique that cult frequently employ? I must tell you, I have Conviction 5! Though I'm bad at Temperance.


Right, then. Time to browse for rules. Teamspeak is... interesting - too bad my connection aren't good, which is why I prefer forum RP. I wonder if there is simpler layout for the forum? Might speed up the process of opening it, I suppose.

Well, if the mobile style works for desktops then yes.
 
There are a couple of Exalted games that are still joinable in the Our Roleplays forum: The Scarlet Court and Tumultuous Tides.

? Theres an entire section of active exalted games, I'm sure one of them would love to have you.
