Grand Fleet

Inside the dark space of the barrier, under the tight gas mask that barred any toxic breath in, under the mask that he normally wore to cover his mouth, Drake smiled. The Huntsman had come closer to his barrier and straight into Drake's trap. Of course there was a point in him erecting his protective shield, it wasn't simply a panicked countermeasure to the gas like some would believe. As the first tendrils of gas broke through the barrier, it fully broke apart by itself to reveal that Drake had disappeared into one of his portals already, to have emerged high above the gas fog below. In his place, a much larger portal than seen before, roughly with a radius of the length of a car. It glowed bright red as if it had been charging the whole time Drake had been in there, swiveled to aim right at Dymic. Drake's eyes crinkled to match his hidden smile as Drake thought, 'Boom.' With a bright flash, his destruction portal loosed a massive blast of laser energy at almost point blank at the huntsman, moving at the speed of light like a laser does. Yet another gift from his many immortal colleagues back at base, but there was a reason why he was supposed to be the 'special weapon' given that his speciality was simply transportation. It had already been demonstrated twice before, with the stone, the wind and fire energy he had somehow produced, all of which stemmed from another immortal. And this particular blast was from one of the few guardians at the base that actually let him draw on their power for battle. Perhaps when Drake gained his own power as a Guardian he wouldn't have to rely on them. Or maybe the others would let him use their powers too? Either way, Drake waited to see what was left of the Huntsmen. It had been a good 10 seconds before the laser actually stopped firing.

Tricks, traps and special techniques, Dymic had no interest in playing games with Immortals. As the massive beam of light struck the Huntsman head on, eroding away at his soul, he grinned wider than before and opened his mouth once again, his skull cracking, flesh chipping away when his throat opened up, releasing an enormous torrent of gas, more than enough to rival the Immortal's "attack". Though he wasn't able to dodge the initial blast, Dymic was more than powerful enough to defend himself, his soul screamed as gas poured from every inch of his body, a river of toxic fumes being unleashed from his gaping jaws that slowly began to push back the laser, absorbing the energy into itself, stopping the beam from damaging Dymic's soul until several tendrils of gas had reached back to corrode the portal itself, ending the attack. His soul had been damaged, yes, but Dymic was no stranger to such deep wounds, he wouldn't let these foolish tricks have any effect on the real struggle of power going on here. His jaws slammed shut and his head quickly turned up to face Drake, giving a sinister grin. "Though your ability is nothing but a gimmick, you provide a far more interesting hunt than a simple weakling. You still think you defeat me, by using deception, and holding back your true power? I'm insulted, Immortal." Dymic lowered his head and extending his arms, motioning gently with his hands, causing the battlefield of gas he had slowly created to form into a dozen or so almost solid, giant, gangly demonic hands, which rushed towards Drake with surprising speed and accuracy, in an attempt to rip apart his body. The hands seemed to have a mind of their own, constantly warping around by dissipating into gas and re-forming elsewhere, shooting out tendrils of gas from their fingertips in order to extend their reach. "Now, show me your soul! Show it to me, or have your body torn limb from limb and fade into nothing." Dymic hissed and raised his arms, controlling the various demonic limbs by motioning with his own. @Destructus Kloud

The Fleet Admiral, while flying back in the air, responded to Aquilo's approach with a swift, superheated upwards kick, aiming to strike the beast's elbow, stopping the incoming attack and leaving room for an opening. "You won't be around to see it, but this world will be mine." Azal grinned under his helmet, his armour heating up immensely, reacting the frozen space around them by distorting the air with his intense heatwaves. His enemy was already in his beast form, so if this attack was successful, he could simply change forms and be at a huge advantage, and then, it would be time to take the fight to Bad Town itself.  @Seraph Darkfire

Aquilo laughed "This world will never be yours, it is already far past its prime, we've sucked it dry" he swung one of his clawed hands forwards to defend against the kick, the super heated energy hissing against his subzero temperature body, steam filling the air. Aquilo spun his fingers as the steam condensed into crystalline ice as it floated around him, battling against the heatwaves coming from the Sentinels. It was easy enough to refreeze any liquid that arose from their battle. It was fortunate they were doing this in his domain though, had they been in one of the many lava domains that existed on Bad Town, Azal would certainly have the advantage.

He often thought that the Sentinels were quite gluttonous. They'd found a way to feed off of humans in a much more efficient way than the Demons. All they needed was a simple syringe and they could increase their battle potential.

Aside form their battle strength, their ideals were a bit weak. Bad Town was already permeated with not only the Demons many different types of energy, but their Dark Matter filled the land. There were very few places on Bad Town that were untouched by the Dark energies of the Demons.

Axcel Asteros

"Clever" Axcel said. The orbs he used to attack the demon disappeared. "Would you like to go on the offensive, demon?" Axcel want to know what he is capable of.

"Prove to me that you are worth battling somebody as powerful as me" He announced "Show me the power of a huntsman." The orbs then reappeared around him. A double sided scythe appeared in his hand. He set the gravity of the orbs so that it can easily deflect objects or attacks.

"The words of a demon mean nothing to me. You and your kind will be extinct before long." Azal frowned as his kick was unable to break through Aquilo's defense, grinding against the beast's claws but not shattering them. Very well, he thought to himself, it had to be done. The Sentinel twisted his body and slipped his leg out of Aquilo's range, dashing back from his opponent. If he couldn't overpower the Huntsman in this form, he'd simply have to follow suit, and advance to the same level. Azal extended his limbs, clenching his fists as each of his extremeties began to glow with burning hot magma, appearing to melt away into pure energy. As his armour melted away into a stream of liquid magma, it slowly began to bubble with clouds of steaming rising off it, as it formed into a massive sphere, eventually taking humanoid form. Soon after, the liquid magma had cooled and created a massive armoured being. The Fleet Admiral's mech form.

There he hovered above Bad Town, a monstrous shape which eclipsed all others on the battlefield. Making no effort to speak, Azal simply allowed himself to be sucked in by Bad Town's gravity, he appeared as a giant comet, heading straight for the surface, and his enemy Aquilo just happened to lay on it's path for destruction. @Seraph Darkfire

Drake frowned, he wasn't authorised to use his 'true power' unless his life was in danger, the mission required it and/or he got the go ahead from base. However, a few of those three things may change soon as the gaseous hands stretched out in an attempt to ensnare him. And one actually managed to grab onto his leg, crushing the armour slightly as it tried to melt his leg off. Drake had had a few moments to heal the eroded parts of his body, both when he'd been in his makeshift barrier and when he escaped it, but this undid a lot of that. Summoning another moving portal to slice the hand away, Drake engaged in a deadly dance with Dymic's attack. Teleporting via his portal all over the place in quick succession as to avoid the hands as they formed to grab at him again, only barely missing him as a portal swallowed him up again. It was only after a short did the purple flashes in the sky that showed what Drake was trying to do stopped. A moment of quiet as he had disappeared from view. Only he hadn't: appearing behind dymic, he seemed to be hold the shaft of a sword with no blade. He raised it above his head and slashed downwards at Dymics right shoulder, aiming to cut it off. And then one of his portals formed as the blade, the edge ready to split the Huntsman apart atomby atom.

@Rurnur

Aquilo gave a small whistle "You Sentinels and your big ass forms" he rolled his eyes "Honestly, I love a nice big target" he grinned as he brought his hands together at his side. Snow and winter flowed around his body. Aquilo himself could actually bolster his body into a larger form using the surrounding ice, but it would result in a much less stronger body. Ice was stronger the more compacted it was. Flashes of energy came from within his closed fists "Winter Hurricane" he suddenly thrust his fist forward. Energy rippled as a swirling vortex of clouds and ice formed from his simple movement. It quickly grew and grew pushing towards Azal. He was going to force the Sentinel back into space, or kill him with the resulting force of energy.

Akriloth stopped himself mid swing, noticing the orbs having vanished. He landed on the ground and quickly jumped back and away from his opponent. Twenty blades spun slowly and symmetrically behind his back as he stood there and studied the sentinel. He knew if he hadn't put some distance between them the orbs that had reappeared around Axcel would have torn him to pieces before he could land his own blow. Akriloth stabbed his sword into the ground and crossed his arms, 'This is a battle of wit, not skill...' He was referring to his opponents constant usage of his orbs. 'Such weakness does not deserve a place in this, or any world...' He grabbed the hilt of his sword, gripping it tightly and cutting up the ground a bit. Akriloth grunted as he pulled back finally, using the leverage of his sword to tear up a huge chunk of earth. He used his sword to fling the truck sized boulder at the sentinel. He was just throwing stuff, but at the same time he was coming up with a plan.

Aarshiya.png

while everyone was busy fighting each other Aarshiya was busy attempting to slow down the falling fleet by using the metals of bad town and shooting it up to the fleet itself. This should, hopefully turn the entirety of the fleet into one large mega structure on the surface of bad town rather than a large crater of an impact site. This may serve as a headquarters of sorts for all fleet soldiers rather than their tomb Aarshiya was determined to make this happen, she ignored the fighting happening around her, if anyone attempted to attack her she'd simply use the metals to attack them.  @ just about everyone

Vanhishikha simply gave him a smile before the huge explosion threw her into space (along with the immortal's soul) She felt her soul waver as she ate the immortals soul. She watched the fleet fall unto bad town and decided it was better to disappear from bad town for now and come back later let her soul rest. looking off in the direction where she felt more faint soul signatures she flew that way, she doubt she'd see bad town for a long time. @Rurnur

The Huntsman slashed through the air, manipulating his gas to attack faster as the Immortal evaded his grasp. His opponent was proving troublesome, getting in small amounts of damage and then evading his attacks over and over again, such cowardice. Dymic clenched his fists as the Immortal dissapeared from view, ceasing the clawed hands attack, allowing them to return to his position, swirling around the Huntsman's body. Another ambush? This time, Dymic would be ready, or so he thought. As soon as he sensed the energy signature behind him, Dymic pulled his body to the side, however, the portal moved faster than anticipated, slicing off Dymic's hand at the wrist, shaving off another portion of his soul. He yelled out in anger, a hoarse, disturbing groan, the sound of a dying beast. Quickly Dymic extended his limb towards Drake, and the stump of his wrist immediately began to spew forth a torrent of toxic gas, the muscles in his arm pumping and pulsating to pour out more energy, surrounding the Immortal and attempting to restrict his movements, while eating away at his armour at the same time. "Now, I've got you, are you ready to show me your soul? Or your strength? This body of yours won't last much longer. What are you hiding?" Dymic leaned in, baring his monstrous teeth as the gases worked to entirely dissolve Drake's armour and body. While attempting grip his opponen, Dymic tried to force the Immortal down towards the surface of Bad Town, noticing the Fleet was growing dangerously close to impact. @Destructus Kloud

As the Fleet Admiral descended towards Bad Town, he extended his arms briefly, summoning forth a massive mace which he raised above his head. Nothing would stop him from reaching the surface at this point, gripping the handle tightly, the weapon filled with oceans worth of molten lava, until the mace was practically a volcano in itself. Upon making contact with Aquilo's hurricane, Azal swung the weapon down to blow and melt away the attack with it's immense heat, the air glowed with bright red waves of pure heat energy as the Sentinel swung his weapon back and forth, until the air was clear for his descent. Rocketing past Aquilo, he picked up speed once again and became an enormous comet, which eventually landed on the planet's black surface, his feet not touch solid ground yet as the heat from impact destroyed layers and layers of corrupted earth, until Azal lay crouching in the center of the crater he formed, easily visible from the Grand Fleet. @Seraph Darkfire
