I am not a Superman fan by any means but I enjoy watching reruns of Smallville when they come on. The trailers for Gotham kinda ruined it for me. Especially when the start with,"Before there was Batman, There was Gotham". Nobody cares about a city full of villains what they care about are the heroes that defend it and Smallville did that even with a teenaged Clark.

To me Gotham is like North PA, Detroit and Southside queens and hells kitchen in a cocktail blend with a bag of crazy added into it.
