[Endemic Wolf]

Alex looked at his cousin hiding behind a column and was kinda judging him for it, but he understood because he was attacked by Zeus a lot. "Not at all everyone has their fears and yours kinda makes sense. We can get out of here if you want",Alex said sympathetically setting his bag down.

 

[Endling]

"Sure. Lets go." Oliver said and quickly led his cousin out of the Zeus cabin. "Mines pretty much the same, except it's freezing cold in there, and the only warmth comes from a huge fire in the middle. And of course, there isn't any lightning in there either, well, there's thunder occasionally, but that doesn't come with the cabin." Oliver said and chuckled. @Endemic Wolf

 

[Endemic Wolf]

"That sounds horrible shouldn't the camp provide better heating than a fire",Alex asked,"and I need to have a talk with my father about that hopfully he will listen and not want to smight me",Alex laughed slightly concerned of the possibility.

 

[Endling]

"Well, I wouldn't get your hopes up. Zeus is a busy guy, and he never talks to his kids, well none of the gods really talk to their kids." Oliver said. "But I mean, the fire is huge, so its a good temperature near it. And they can't exactly renovate the cabin. Hera was never supposed to have any kids, so they didn't exactly build my cabin to be inhabited" Oliver continued and chuckled. @Endemic Wolf

Sawyer didn't, no, couldn't believe what he was hearing. "I-I feel perfectly fine. I'm just a little winded. Not to mention my pride's been ruined today." Still, he obeyed her, rather easily. Normally, he'd tell anyone else to back off, but he was glad to have a friend here. "Thank you." Dear Gods, what did I just say? Sawyer brushed it off and trekked back to his cabin, flinching when he came in contact with the skull doorknob again. He would be absolutely bored for the rest of the day. When was dinner? When was Capture the Flag? Staring at his coffin bed, Sawyer felt more lonely than before. "Everyone else has cabin mates..." he wondered if he could send an Iris message to his mother. "If that jerk's hurt her, I swear on his life that he'll be in Tartarus soon enough."

 

[Endemic Wolf]

"I kinda figured that, but even if he doesn't talk back I will stile try",Alex insisted,"Well when you get a bed it should be better and more inhabitable",Alex said smiling.

 

[Nutter]

"Ooph!" Jake's breath was knocked out of him as he hit the ground and then was crushed by Mr. D's daughter, who he'd stupidly hid behind when Kacey from the Athena cabin first stepped in. He groaned, but it was muffled by blonde hair in his mouth. He squirmed out from under the older girl, leaning up on his elbows. He glanced around the mess hall with a childish pout that was only accentuated by the bit of baby fat still left on his cheeks. "What the Hades was that?"

 

[Endling]

"Yea, I was planning on trying to ask somebody from the Athena or Hephaestus cabin to help me build one.. We could get one for you too, since you don't have one either." Oliver replied. "Anyways, camp is usually crazy. Just try not to piss off anybody from the Ares or Athena cabin. They can be deadly. Though with you being Zeus' son, you could probably take 'em." Oliver said and laughed. "Anyways. How about those beds? We can get started on them now if you'd like. @Endemic Wolf

 

[Endemic Wolf]

"Well Zeus is the God of the sky and lightning so I think I will be fine",Alex laughed,"Sure we can start building some now, I am quiet handy with tools so it shouldn't be that hard",Alex said happily.

 

[Endling]

"Alright cool. We just need to borrow tools and supplies and instructions." Oliver said. He was happy to have somebody to talk to. He felt comfortable around Alex, pretty much because they were cousins. He was glad he had somebody to come with him to the other cabins.


Oliver lead Alex first to the Athena cabin, where they got the instructions to build a bed. They then went to the Hephaestus cabin, where a few campers helped bring all the supplies they needed (Along with a few extra mattresses and sets of sheets) to the Hera cabin.


Oliver stood with Alex in front of the pile of supplies and tools in the Hera cabin. "Well. We've got everything."

Alex was happy to make a friend so fast and it happened to be his cousin, he couldn't wait to get to know him better. "Yep now comes the hard part putting it together",Alex said excitedly,"and do you want to make it a game of who can build theirs faster",he asked challengingly.

 

[Endling]

"That sounds good. You're on." Oliver said and smirked. He sorted the supplies into two piles, and he started to build his bed quickly with Alex building his just as fast. @Endemic Wolf

Alex started building his bed and after a couple of minutes he started moving at high speeds basically flying. When he stopped for a second he realized he was flying, but he didn't stop for long because it was a race. With his higher speed he quickly took the lead. "Come on your falling behind",he teased.

 

[Endling]

"Oh c'mon. You're flying." Oliver said and chuckled. He began working faster as to catch up to his cousin. @Endemic Wolf


 
As Oliver worked, he realizes that Alex was his age, though way taller. Oliver only stood at 5"5, while his cousin was a full 7 inches taller. Oh well, he was shorter than most boys his age. Oliver continued to work, but found he was no match for his cousin, who was finished for at least another 5 minutes before Oliver was. @Endemic Wolf

"Everything is fair in love and war",he exclaimed as he finished his bed then looked at Oliver still hovering above the ground,"So want my help slow poke",he teased even more.

 

[Endling]

"Nah, I'm almost done." Oliver said. He finished a few minutes later and moved his bed where his sleeping bag was, and got his mattress and sheets on.


"I guess we need to carry your bed over to your cabin, huh. I can deal with the lightning for a second." He said and smiled at Alex @Endemic Wolf

 

[Endemic Wolf]

"If you want I can just sleep in here with you",Alex said kinda scared and grabbing his left arm,"To be honest I don't want to sleep in their alone it's one of my greatest fears to be alone even for a second",he said smiling sheepishly.

 

[Endling]

"Well that works. I'm sure Hera would allow it. Well lets get your bed near the fire, and you can bring your stuff in here too if you want." Oliver said, and smiled up at Alex. He walked over to Alex's bed and dragged it near his own and sat everything up @Endemic Wolf

 

[Endemic Wolf]

"Cool be right back",Alex said running and grabbed is stuff from his cabin while Oliver set up his bed. Alex came back in to the Hera cabin and put his stuff next to his bed,"There now this place is actually inhabitable",he joked.

 

[Endling]

Oliver laughed. "Yea I guess it is." He said and smiled. Oliver hadn't had this much fun in along time, nor has he smiled as much in one day as he has today. Alex had made his life way better than it has been in the past few hours. @Endemic Wolf

Alex has finally made his first ever friend and he found someone that could make him smile, other than his mother. Someone that actually gave him a chance and he couldn't be happier. Alex smiled at Oliver, he couldn't wait to have amazing adventure with him and make even more friends.

 

[Endling]

"Well I guess now that all of this is settled, we should probably figure out what type of weapon you are most suited for. I've got these." Oliver said, pulling out his two dual daggers. "Ive also got a bunch of throwing knives, but i rarely use those." he said as he let Alex outside to the training grounds. @Endemic Wolf

Alex followed Oliver out to the training grounds,"Those look nice I could probably use a throwing knife",he said picking one up and throwing it at a dummy hitting it in the chest, then he looked at a spear leaning on a tree that seamed to glow slightly,"what about this",he said picking it up and was about to throw it at a dummy, when lightning shot out of it and made the dummy explode,"Wow!, was that me",he asked shocked as the spear shrunk down to a ring.

 

[Endling]

Oliver looked amazed. "Damn right that was you. Well I guess that proves it. You can have that spear then. It works well with your powers and all, so I'm sure it will work just fine!" Oliver said to Alex. "Try testing it out some more. I bet theres a ton of different moves you could do with that thing." @Endemic Wolf

 

[Endemic Wolf]

"Ok then let's do this",Alex said excited the ring quickly turned back into a spear and Alex swinged it at a dummy and a huge gust of wind blowing it away. Then he kept shooting lightning at them in many different positions using his flying too. "This is awesome",he shouted and kept practicing. Then a force field pouched him out of the sky.
