Appearance:Tall 6'2", Tan, with semi muscular, toned build. skinny, with messy blonde hair, and eyes the color of blue ice. In winter is found showing up to school in ski gear, otherwise normal clothes. (This is the closest to what I see in my head, though not exact.)

Personality: funny, show-off, reckless at times, loves a thrill of danger, always looks out for the underdog.

He is an introvert and he prefers not to show his emotions. To others, he appears to be a loner, but he actually wants to fit in with the others, but he has no idea how. He may sometimes be mean and snaps easily, but he just really wants to hide his true feelings. He is lonely and just wants to be appreciated.

BTW everyone, if you could follow all 3 threads that would make it easier for me to give an update for when we start. But rest assured today is the day!


If anyone wants to play a female god as a second character or knows someone who would be interested in playing a female god, we are in need of female characters to balance the scale.


This is the exact opposite problem I had last time.

She is tanned, slim and curvy. She has dark blue hair that falls past her waist, and black eyes. She tends to wear red a lot. Usually dresses in shirt and skirt combos, with high boots. Will say otherwise in my posts.

Personality: Isis is caring and protective, but can also be quite commanding and manipulative/secretive. She sticks to her first impression of people. She hates being ordered around by anyone she doesn't consider her superior. She likes calming music, reading and art. She loves fruit.


Power/what your character is god of: She can raise the undead for one day and night. She can also heal the wounds of herself and others. She can manipulate someone's behaviour, if she learns their greatest secret/fear (in mythology, she gained power over Ra by learning his "secret name". Unless we're all having "secret names", I've altered the ability a bit).


She has control over plants and animals, and can turn herself into a hawk.

Personality:


Most of the (mortal) people who've "met" Hermes would usually say: "Yeah, he kinda fits in a coffee shop. All that upbeat craziness and all." To this, Hermes would proudly say: "Well, maybe I do." Hermes is the type of person who appreciates (and mucks up) the little things in life. For example, he appreciates his small side job delivering messages from the Gods to mortals that nobody cares about to even know why, and cleaning up the God's messes. Back on topic, Hermes appreciates his small job as the messenger/cleaner for Gods. He actually has a love-hate relationship with it. He hates working the very fast-paced, tiring shift, and serving the fast-paced, busy Gods and Demi-Gods that needs his service. But, he does love the way the Gods would grudgingly hand out his pay, being too haughty and all. See? It's the little things. Hermes also loves to joke around in his spare time. He hands jokes out like one of those free fliers on the street. Unwanted, and unnecessary. Behind all his crazily sunny, and slapstick attitude however, hides a very serious young man. He may be cunning when he wants to, and will go all the way if he wants to get something done.


With that being said, there are some negative parts about his personality. Hermes, as those who are very close to him might now know, is a very, very stubborn and sarcastic young man. Not only that, but he's a tad too reckless as well. There is no knowing what might happen next with Hermes. He's also constantly looking for thrills or anything to make his life one hell of a ride.


Power/what your character is God of: Hermes doesn't really have a special "power" that sets him off to other Gods. He isn't very strong, he can't make himself control time, or other of that sorts. He maybe quick on his feet, but not exactly that quicker. He does have his wits and cunning to counter though.

Personality: Andromeda isn't one to take lightly or to make fun of. She is often aloof and serious to those around her. She doesn't respond to jokes even if her life depended on it, and will simply turn the joker away with few words. Despite her seriousness and seemingly morose personality, Andromeda is willing to protect those who she deemed "worthy" of helping. She isn't one to easily trust another, but when she does, she does all that she can to not sever that string of faith.


Power/what your character is God of: Andromeda has power over the stars and dreams. It doesn't change much, since constellations doesn't help her defend herself. But at night, or when the sun is shaded, she can control bits of shadows to her command. They are only temporary, lasting for about an hour or so. She can't control other's shadows, but she can control shadows of trees, rocks, and other objects, and transform them into little creatures to help her.

Power/what your character is god of: One of The Gods of Dreams, he can manipulate and oversee dreams as well as enter and transmit images into them. When people fall asleep in his arms, they dream of the future. He can shapeshift into many human forms.

Personality: Apep is a very quiet god since he is plotting his chaotic rule. He is in rivals with his brother Ra because he is worshipped all the time while Apep is worshipped against and is very seductive. He loves seducing men since he is Gay and he loves getting whatever he wants from them. He is looked at as an evil god which he is but he just wants everything his way which sadly he can't get. He loves seeing chaos it turns him on.

Personality: He's playful, malicious, and helpful, but always irreverent and nihilistic. He's very unexpected, which adds more to his notoriety. He is mischievous and sadistic, but very charming and cunning as well. It is very hard to tell if he is lying or not, which makes him even more unpredictable. But this is for sure, everything he does is for his own benefit.


Powers: As with all gods, Loki has superhuman strength and durability. He also has a fast regenerative healing factor. He is an adept in sorcery, mostly psionic and shapeshifting. He also has a high level intelligence and is a skilled combatant.
