Fantasy Godling Academy [Norse + Greek RP ] (In Character)

Anders hadn’t intended on striking any kind of nerve, though the interaction seemed to take a few sudden turns with the newest arrival splitting off just as quickly as he’d come. Perhaps sensing the tension inadvertently caused by the tall redhead.
He wouldn’t dwell, perhaps they would cross paths again and be able to have a different conversation.
Hearing the word Fae had peaked his interest, although he wasn’t sure how polite it would be to ask for a deeper explanation about his ancestry.

With the only buffer to an inevitable question quickly walking away, Anders was treated to sitting between two men he’d been involved with that summer. The absolute fog Klaus had caused was clearing now that Oscar had joined them, giving Anders enough room to both think and truly enjoy the depth of his misfortune.
He was given ample opportunity to get his thoughts together once Oscar had explained who his Godly parent was. Odin? Anders wasn’t quite familiar with the Norse realm, something he quickly made a note to read about.

“Apollo” Anders said, pleasantly before Klaus’ next comment made him literally wince with mild shame. At least someone had addressed the elephant in the room, Anders’ inability to keep it in his pants. He finally let loose a short laugh after a few awkward moments and shook his head quickly, as though doing his best to keep memories at bay.

“I’m passionate” He teased, despite wanting to curl up and die from his own shame. It was obvious he wasn't quite used to these situations, his regular confidence taking a back seat to the overwhelming coincidence he was being faced with.

Jayden Ainsworth
Location: School grounds -----> Dining Hall
Interactions: Jennifer and Sam

Watchful ocean colored eyes dart back and forth from student to student as Jayden steps through the portal. Running a hand through her short wavy locks the young woman couldn't keep the smirk from etching itself onto her face. Yeah, I'm gonna have some fun... the blonde thought to herself. She could feel the rush of excitement bubbling up with in her at the new possibilities this so called "academy" would bring her. All the new potential victims just waiting to be knocked down a peg, and all the new ways she would be able to do it. Her menacing gaze sweeping over the unsuspecting students, as she walked beside them to their dining hall. She already saw someone who caught her eye. A girl with brown hair and poor man's clothes that didn't quite look as if she belonged like the others. Jayden was going to use that to her advantage. She didn't need people to respect her, not when they feared her. By the time she was done with this school everyone would be walking on eggshells just waiting for the other shoe to drop. Keeping her eye on the prize, Jayden swiped an empty plate from the bar and began to saunter over to Jennifer's seat. Though she hesitated as a man stepped up to her. "Shit..." the little future deamon of terror swore under her breath. Usually it was best to single people out the first couple weeks of school. It reduced the chances of someone fetching a faculty member. She would have to play it safe this time and not do anything rash. A little words of discouragement might work for now if that was the case.

Lurking up behind Jennifer Jayden purposely shoves an elbow into the woman's upper back, looking as if she had accidentally tripped over her own two feet in the process. "Oops...my bad." Jayden sneers quietly, her voice obviously disingenuous over her actions. Then she steps to the side, and promptly sits on the table while setting her plate aside. Crossing a leg over her knee she looks down out the girl with a smug grin on her face. Her deep ocean hues looking over the girl and her poor stature, and she hums amused by the sight. Glancing up to the other Sam she couldn't keep herself from chuckling. "One of these things are not like the others I say..." then looking back down at the girl Jayden's smug grin widens as a wild glint shimmers in her eye, "I wonder how long you'll last here. Probably not long, you look frail actually. I bet you won't last a month, though perhaps I could spare you from the embarrassment. Maybe you'll last longer..." Jayden chuckles. It was hard to wager if Jayden meant her words to be a threat or some awful means of extending help. Of course, she worded it that way on purpose as to keep any potential heat off her. In the long run though, it was definitely a threat. In the now it just seemed like Jayden was just being insensitive. Her gaze shifts off of Jennifer to her plate that was magically starting to fill up with food. That was pretty neat, though she kept her excitement to herself. Only glancing back at the two of them after picking some grapes of their vine to eat them.

Oscar winced. 'Osco? Really?' He thought, then spoke up. "Uh, Oscar. Yeah... I guess he does get around." He nodded at Anders. "I know about him. My history teacher in the 8th grade was obsessed with greek myth. Apollo is, god of the sun, medicine, and the arts, yes?" He asked. "Odin's god of war, death, poetry, wisdom, magic, and divination. Mouthful. I know. Odins kind of one of the big guys. You could say he's like Zeus?" He shrugged. He was mostly rambling now. He was getting nervous, and the ray of absolute sunshine beside Anders wasn't helping any. He scratched his cheek again.

Sam has been content to just sit by his lonesome and try to make sense of the mess of a bag his siblings had packed for him in the morning. He had found himself glancing back at Jennifer every so often. She seemed like a kindred soul of sorts. More interested in an honest day of hard work than peoples opinions. It was fortunate that he had been doing so because he looked up from his things in time to see some string bean bully thinking she would make a target of his friend. Though as much as he wanted to intervene on Jennifer’s behalf he knew he would want to handle it himself if it were him. Nonetheless he decided he would pipe up, “ Move along String Bean. “ was all he said as he returned to digging through his things. Incidentally he found something he thought he would have to do without: His harmonica.

Klaus’ new empathetic powers were kicking in. He’d only discovered them a few months ago and was still getting used to them, thankfully he managed to control the range but not quite turn it off. Anders sense of literal dread washed over him and Klaus looked at Anders with sympathy. Placing a hand on Anders back Klaus spoke up when Oscar finished speaking, turning the charm up. “Yes,Oscar I’m sorry. Odin, I’ve heard of him. He’s that hunk Thor’s dad right? Oh and he wields that spear that never misses?” Klaus paused giving Oscar a moment to confirm smile. “Well, you certainly have a large destiny ahead of you. Anders is also a pretty big deal. Raising the sun every morning is kinda important I’d say.The next century should be fun.” Klaus giggled and unconsciously pressed up against Anders leaning his head on his shoulder as he’d done so many times over the summer. “So,are you and Anders going to continue...” he trailed off looking between the two with A smirk

Jennifer Warren
She didn't let out even the smallest sound when and elbow hit her square in the back, lurching forward from the impact but returning to sitting straight up like nothing. The impact hit even harder, since she was in the middle of standing up, and with a small wince she touched where the table had slammed into her stomach before turning to the newcomer. Her face... Was as blank as always, as if she could care less about what just happened, and what is obviously going on right now. It wasn't like this was the first time she was targeted, given the poor profession she had. "Good evening." Like she had always done, a proper greeting was indispensable to responses. Reminded while looking at the food appearing on the new girl's plate, Jennifer had her own plate create a soft cheese that she knew would rub off well. Behind her to her new friend, Sam, she wrote "Thanks for the help, but I'm good." She didn't want him dealing with her random problems. While she wrote behind her on the bench, she looked at Jayden a little more, trying to gauge the sort of person she was.

... It was hopeless, Jennifer didn't know the first thing about reading people. Ignoring the bullyish statements, Jennifer stretched her hand out to Jayden. "My name is Jennifer Warren." Her head tilted because she was too lazy to hold it up straight, her narrow eyes that always got her into trouble... Jen didn't realize it, but it looked kind of like she was picking a fight with her body language. In truth, she really just wanted to avoid this bothersome human interaction so that she could go exercise her hands, make things. Work had been so busy the past few weeks that she hadn't been able to make anything good.

A small dose of relief came over Anders once Klaus softened his demeanor and warmed up to Oscar. The situation was oddly delicate, he really didn't want to tarnish himself with Klaus or Oscar so quickly into the reunion.

"Unfortunately I haven't really picked up his musical talents, I'm rubbish at poetry as well. I guess that's what I get for being a watered down version" Anders said with a shrug, he had never really picked up anything artistic. Though he would more than likely earn sudden and confusing musical and artistic talents should he become to next Apollo.

His expression lit up slightly when Oscar explained Odin, the name registering now. There was quite a bit of responsibility ahead for Oscar if he took up Odin's mantle, Anders didn't bother to hide how impressed he was.
Klaus' own compliments directed towards Anders earning a small smile and a mumbled thanks.
He was desperate to keep himself from being the main focus of this interaction now.

"That's a little intimidating, isn't it?" Anders asked almost too quickly, nervous energy easily to blame or was it real energy? He had been sitting still for a fair amount of time, by now his skin was glowing slightly.

Feeling Klaus leaning against him, Anders was sure he'd feel the absolute spike in his temperature the moment he asked about his intentions with Oscar.

'YES'

Thankfully Anders was able to keep his thoughts subdued while he considered how to approach this question. They had just moments ago discussed a complete lack of rules between them, but it had only been a few moments before.
Saying yes so quickly was something he knew might make him look like a complete asshole, not to mention his not wanting to speak for Oscar. Although he had approached him, Anders didn't want to assume he was going to jump back in bed with him.

Time was another unforgiving factor in handling this question, he didn't have very much of it. The longer he sat quietly, the greater his chances of being seen as an indecisive harlot. Really he was just a bit greedy, unwilling to give up Klaus but quite eager to get his hands on Oscar once more.

"If everyone is willing and comfortable"

'You fucking idiot'

Anders really had no explanation for his choice of words, so sure he was going to craft an eloquent response that would make everyone happy. He could only hope he hadn't just offended both Klaus and Oscar in one sweep, perhaps they would find his complete lack of tact endearing.

OSCAR

Oscar choked, the question startling him. "Uhhhhh." He thought. I mean. Did he? This isn't something he's ever experienced. He wants to try it, but it just seems weird. In a relationship the other is supposed to be yours, and you're supposed to be theirs. I mean. Isn't that how it worked? He dipped his head down, concerned. 'I think he's really cute, but can I trust him? Can I even trust myself.' He pondered this for a little too long before Anders spoke up. "Uh." He said, trying to stall so he could make his decision. "I guess? If that's alright." He shrugged, trying to play it off. He needed to renew his telepathic link with his cat because he needs someone to freak out to. The cat padded back to Oscar, scooting the plate over so she could lay down. Oscar started petting her, feeling relief. 'This will be hard, but at least I've got you, Arty' He instinctively thought. He patted her head before sitting up. "Klaus. I just realized. Who are you to become?" He asked, trying to change the subject before it gets too awkward. What am I saying it's already awkward, but it doesn't seem to phase Klaus.

Klaus once again found himself giggling. He’d expect this from oscar, but to see Anders so uncomfortable after what happened in Santa Monica was laughable. Come to think of it they’re banned from that McDonald’s too. Klaus lip twitched when Anders eagerly deuces that he’d like to continue his ‘relationship’ with Anders in addition to Klaus. While Klaus didn’t have a problem with that,He didn’t want Oscar getting in his way when it was time to play. He’d have to assert his dominance, just so Oscar is aware that he’s in charge. Klaus could feel the spike in emotion in both of them. Oscar’s anxiety and Anders nervousness. Klaus smiled when he remembered Anders nervous habit, nervous Anders always lead to a good time. His thoughts were interrupted when Oscar tentaviley agreed to the situationship and then asked what god he was becoming. Klaus licked his lips and looked at Anders and then stared into Oscar’s eyes. “Aphrodite.” He said his voice dripping with charm and absolute Alure. With that he stood up. “Well,Oscar it was very nice to meet you. "Guess this is it?" She looked between the room number on the plate beside the door, and the pack of papers in her hand. With a shrug she fished for the key in her jacket pocket, pulled it out, and inserted it in the lock. She opened the door, wondering what her dorm mate - Odessa, a Hades chosen, would be like.

The answer: hot, dangerous looking, and doing pushups. In a moment, Marta looked at her sheet, verified that her dorm mate was supposed to be a Hades chosen, stepped out of the room, and confirmed the room number once again. ... The hell, I expected an emo chick, not a hot and fit Ares-lookin' girl. She didn't let her emotions show at all, simply putting on a smile for show as she stepped back into the room and examined her dorm mate's side of the small space. "Hi, I'm Marta. I suppose you are Odessa?" Starting small with introductions, Marta started talking, wanting to gauge her dorm mate as much as possible.

Aurora had her mouth gaping open. “Artemis?! So cool! What characteristics do you have similar to Artemis? Do you like the outdoors? The full moon? Bow and arrows?” Aurora inched closer and closer intrigued. “I LOVE the outdoors!” She exclaimed happily and started to bounce a little with excitement.
Then, Rae asked ‘Whats a Frigg’ and her bouncing and excitement stopped with confusion and then she felt like she understood. “Oh you’re a Greek Goddess chosen technically. Frigg is a Norse Goddess, the Queen of the Norse Gods. Im supposed to be able to tell the future, give people a ‘power boost’ and help Odin rule a whole realm.” She crinkled her nose and looked around “I just hope Odin is nice...” she didn’t know who or if there was an Odin chosen yet. "I like the outdoors as well. And uh. The moon makes it easier to see. Real comfortin' y'know? I also do archery. I got my bow with my motorcycle actually." she explains to Aurora. Then she listened to her explanation. "So you can see the future, and give people a boost huh?" she crosses her arms. "All you do is help Odin run the realm? That kinda sucks. Being relegated to a lesser position like that. But I guess it's less work. So win some loose some." she finishes off her drink in one quick swig. "An you said we're roomates? Would you mind showing me to the place? I think I'm done with dinner." she tells Aurora as she pushes her plate away from herself. Then she stands, dusting off her leather jacket. "I just gotta go get my stuff first. If'n you wouldn't mind following me out to get it all. I could use the extra hands."

View attachment 641219 Sumar grinned at the precedings and silently followed after her as she got up and left. Upon hearing her say she hadn't felt any embrace in some time he slipped his arms around her as she lowered hers. "Then allow me to be the one to do so." He whispers in her ear before kissing her neck. "Allow me to be your partner on this fair evening on sweet goddess mine." He says moving around her without letting Go to get face to face with her. "Let us drink and revel in carnal pleasure and see where the passion of summer takes us." He says before sealing her lips with his own.

Claire gasped with shock when she felt someone's arms go around her. She heard Sumar's voice and before she could process that she had heard him, he kissed her neck and she melted. She listened to his romantic tone and was shocked a second time when Sumar kissed her lips. She first felt herself deepen the kiss and put her arms around him and then heard her thoughts mention three things. I wish Royal (@-mork) was the one behind me. It's been less than two hours at this new school. Sumar knew Freya before this...

She stopped the kiss and looked into Sumar's eyes "You knew Freya before and you said you would tell me that story... I think this is a good time to hear it." She took a step back and noticed a bench nearby. She went to go sit down and patted the chair next to her. She really WANTED to go upstairs with him but it was a lot easier with strangers than someone that she will probably see every day fo the next year. She had to - sadly - adult a little before having fun. Still hoping he passes this test though.

Then she heard Rae talk about her role. Her HELPING role. Her shoulders sunk, eyes dropped, and she breathed in and out slowly trying to compose herself. "Yeah... Luckily, Rae then talked about their dorms and movement. She thought about how they would have the opportunity to be outside for a little bit and she got up and started to take care of their plates. "Yes, of couse,I would love to-" She caught herself and sighed "Help." She shook her head and went around looking for the trash can. Raewin notices the hesitation but doesn't comment. Making a mental note for later. "So, what were you doing before all of this godly stuff?" She asks, trying to make conversation in the brief walk to where she parked it. Sure enough, on the handlebars of her bike was her bow, held on with some clamps. On the back, a duffle bag and a few extra satchels hanging off the side. "If you'd just take these." she holds out two of the more lightweight over the shoulder bags. Made of canvas and of little other note. Rae swings the duffle over her shoulders and picks up her bow with one hand, holding it backward with the string out and upsidedown. "Okay. Lead the way!"

Rae could relate to being in the middle of nowhere. It had its advantages and disadvantages. They both seemed to have shit dads too. "I've been living on my own. Sorta just seeing the country. Wherever the road takes me. It's just me and Starlight back there." she gestured back to the bike with a nod of her head in that direction. “Here’s our door. How about this? If you take me out on a drive on your motorcycle I will make ANY meal you want.” Aurora smiled and put out her hand. “Deal?”

Claire listened intently, nodded and kissed him slowly and passionately. When she finally moved away she got up slowly, took his hand, and led him to her dorm room.
She looked back at him feeling a little shy. “This is me.” She looked back at the door and took out the key to open it. She felt a little shaky from the kiss already and tried to focus on just putting the key inside the friggin door versus other things beings inside her.
When she finally got the door open she moved to the mini refrigerator she had asked for in the room and took out 2 alcoholic drinks. “Would you like one?”

This place is pretty clean." she muses, then taking a look around. "mm... we need decorations. Maybe a plant, and a motivational cat poster."

Aurora chuckled. “A cat poster and LOTS of plants would be awesome! I already put away all my stuff - need help putting away some of yours? Hope you don’t mind Im kind of a neat freak.”

Aurora got a feeling. “I- huh. I just had a flash. I think were going shopping tomorrow?” Aurora put down Raes bags on her bed and scratched her head. “I think I just got my first future vision? I saw us picking out a helmet!” Aurora gasped happily. “That is sooo cool! We’re going shopping!” Aurora jumped up and down happily.

"That's cool." she says with a chuckle. "Wonder if your premonitions are solid or dynamic?" she wondered. "Yeah. Uh. I think I've got it. There's a lot of personal things in here so. I'd rather take care of it. Thanks." Rae then began to unpack and store her things, starting with clothing before getting into some more odd items. A knife, a polaroid, a flint and steel, a wad of cash, and what looked like a scrapbook. All tucked away, mostly under her bed. "Shopping huh?" she asks herself as she lays in her new bed. "Neat. Haven't done that in a while."
