Descendant or Mortal Background Until Chosen: Sherri's family has the blood of Hecate, though it's quite thin. There's also a bit of Zeus, but who doesn't trace their family line back to the legendary philanderer at some point? Sherri is unaware of either of these gods being involved in her family line, and honestly could care less.

Assigned God/Goddess: Hecate

Personality: Sherri is rather unpredictable, switching from nice shy girl to huge bitch mode without warning. Those who know her well know her behavior isn't completely unpredictable, though. She spent her time before knowing about gods messing around in roleplay forums and D&D groups where she could play a mage and mess with magic, twisting the rules to attain the most power and versatility she could. Now, she focuses on real life, and can't wait to twist reality with spells and sorcery.

Sherri isn't exactly a people person, and she isn't the best at talking herself out of things. She's clever, inventive, and smart, but she isn't wise, and she makes dumb decisions just like everyone else. She also has a weakness for magic and magical knowledge, which will probably get her into some major trouble if she catches wind of any forbidden knowledge lying about.

Sherri can be spiteful, especially in bitch mode, but she also remembers good things too; Sherri always returns favors, and can't say no to the opportunity to spit in the face of someone who spit in hers or help out someone that gave her an idea for a spell.

Abilities: Magical Insight/Talent - Sherri is inventive and tricky, especially when it comes to magic. She has the smarts and ability to apply magic in ways others don't think of and can't replicate with eerie precision and mastery. She's quick and eager to learn, and will go out of her way to attain new knowledge.

Ethereal Perception - Sherri can't see spirits or other things that are not normally perceptible, but she does get a sort of gut feeling when something of that nature is nearby and/or approaching.

Special item: Magical notes - a notepad that can't be destroyed, when held by Sherri she can choose to write down what she's thinking, making words and images magically appear on the paper. The notepad has 150 pages, and Sherri can choose to erase certain bits to make more room if she ever runs out.

Background: Sherri was an honors student with straight A's in highschool before she got involved in this god successor business, and she was happy to drop the promising future for this wonderful opportunity for the world and her life to gain some color. She found normal life boring, always feeling like her rightful pursuit lay elsewhere, escaping her boredom in the local game shop with weekly D&D sessions, where she played the neutral wizard that thirsted for knowledge and magical ability above all else. Though she has never met Hecate, the goddess gifted her with her notepad, with the first page explaining the situation and having a pleasant end message of: "Good luck, have fun, and don't screw up".

Information about Hecate: Hecate is the greek goddess of magic, crossroads, necromancy, the night, and ghosts. She is multifaced, slightly unpredictable, and mysterious. She has a nasty habit of turning people she doesn't like into animal familiars, like the witch Gale. She is often depicted as holding two torches, lighting up the night.

Relationships with other Gods/Goddesses: Sherri has a clean slate with the gods, only recently becoming aware of their existence.

  Like most Hypnos' descendants/chosen people, Ari has a tendency to fall asleep at random moments, as it is in his blood. He is very smart, though, and has acquired the trait of becoming arrogant in times of trouble. He's also kind of sarcastic... No... He's very sarcastic. Don't act dumb around him. You'll regret it.

  He likes long walks on the beach and visiting the world, long as it's when he's asleep. He loves to sleep, he likes to practice his archery skills, and reading when he's not doing the other two.
  
  Background/History:
  As a child, his mother would always tell him stories of ancient Greek heroes and gods, and tell the very history he waved off as fairy tales. As he got older, to about 7-8, he realized he seemed to make the people around him calm, and sometimes even tired. He found it satisfying that he had that effect, but then became terrified of his ancestry, when he astral projected in class! He was scared he died, but was relieved to find his body was still breathing. He explored the school within that time, but he began to get emotionally and mentally drained after time, and simply 'woke up'. After spending years of mastering this ability, at around 16, he realized he had nearly mastered his ability. Soon, he will discover that AP is not the end of it.

Descendant or Mortal Background Until Chosen: The Jacksons each share the same blood line as the twin Greek god and goddess, Apollo, the god of sun (after Helios), music and poetry as well as Artemis, the god of hunting and wild animals.

Personality: Cyrus is very much like the male twin of the pair, Apollo. Cyrus is laid back and relaxed most of the time unless someone ticks off one of his many pet peeves. He thrives being in the spotlight and loves to be the center of attention, often pulling of stunts and speaking out unnasked in need of said attention. Not too difficult due his charm and charisma, Cyrus hates being told what to do, or when someone else doesn't agree with him. Deep down, he's very insecure about himself, the root of his desire and hunger for popularity. As a cause of this, he's rather hot-headed, and often reacts in a rash manner whenever pushed beyond his limit.

Cyrus, in spite of his selfishness, might also be one of the best friends a person could have at the academy. His loyalty might be a little off, but Cyrus is quick to realize whenever he's gone too far, and with an undying determination, is always there to fix whatever the problem may be. Good or bad, Cyrus is very blunt with his peers and those older than him, a type of honesty that may get him in trouble, but also draws the notion of his trustworthiness.

Hobbies: Cyrus especially enjoys music, and though he thrives in most aspects of it, under the covers, he has a very soft spot for poetry but is ashamed of it due to it not fitting his criteria of manliness. He also loves cars, fashion, and sunny days.

Apollo: Solar Manipulation

• Charge solar-based technology (e.g. Solar Panels).
• Heat Manipulation: He is able to manipulate the heat within a ten metre radius from him, increasing the solar energy (he can't decrease the temperature).
• Solar Attacks: Cyrus is able to fire out miniature solar winds, flares, or even beams of solar energy at a controlled target.
• Solar Constructs: including weapons, walls, allies/servants, armor, etc.

Artemis: Animal Imitation

• Animal Communication: Cyrus is able to communicate telepathically to animals, but often says the words aloud to aid him with the ability.
• Adaption Imitation: Cyrus is able to mimick many of animals of nowadays' adaptions such as claws, night vision, echolocation, growing fur, and plenty more. Each transformation involves a great amount of pain as well as a duration before it's fully added to his body. Reversing it also does the same.

Background/History: Growing up, Cyrus' parents were both very successful in their businesses. His father a renouned wildlife expert/zoologist, Willy Jackson, and his mother famous musician, Marilyn Jackson, he grew up in great lavish. The spoiled brat always sported a brilliant smile and his iconic Ray Ban glasses, and grew up with knowledge about his Greek god heritage. His father was a descendant of Artemis, his mother the offspring of Apollo, and soon enough he'd be the descendant of both. At first, Cyrus didn't believe it, and only joked that his parents should be arrested for incest (his father, Willy Jackson was actually chosen by Artemis herself, and not born into her bloodline, thus meaning, his parents aren't really related). As he grew older, the first of his powers to surface were those of Apollo, waking up, his sheets would sometimes be scorched, or his palms bright with yellow energy, "sleep-awakening" was what his parents dubbed it, unconsciously using his god-given powers. His Artemis side had always been lesser, only had he used it twice to talk to animals, once when he'd been attacked by one, and another at one of his father's zoos. Although he stalled for long, eventually, Cyrus was forced to enroll into the Godling Academy.

Pet or special item(Optional): Cyrus is in possesion of his first guitar, though it was soon enchanted, and upon will, turns into a hypnotic harp. The guitar pick to go with it had also been enchanted, and also upon will, morphs into a large arrow, similar to Artemis'. When transformed, both arrow and harp are made of gold (the harp's strings still function, oh magic).

Information about God/Goddess: God of the sun after the retirement of Helios, Apollo is also the god of music and poetry. He's known for his arrogance, but also for his charm and bright charisma.

As for his other half, the god of the hunt and wild life, Artemis is known to be deadly in battle, using her proficiency in the hunt as well as her skill with fauna.


Relationships with other Gods/Goddesses:
Cyrus is often taunted by his god-ancestor Artemis due to his similarity with Apollo, and in spite of denying it, is aware of their striking similarity. Artemis and Apollo are still very close to Cyrus and his family.

As for other gods, Cyrus especially dislikes Poseidon due to the god's short temper much like his own, and hating to do work for Poseidon whenever the ocean god isn't in a good mood.

As for the other gods, Cyrus is mostly on good terms with them.

Personality:
Cyon is a rather chill person, and flirtatious. He has the biggest heart, paired with the biggest attitude. He's fluent in sarcasm and will look you up and down and make a comment about you. He doesn't care for stereotypes and will slap you if you even try. He's highly creative and due to his mother has a major green thumb. He rather spend time outside and around plants or practicing his fighting skills than sitting still and doing nothing all day. He gets tired out easily and ends up thriving on the sugary drinks from the local coffee shop. He can be a bitch at times, harsh and opinionated. Though he feels a bit of guilt afterwards and ends up bending over backwards to apologize. He's been known to throw killer parties, he doesn't bat an eye at the consequences that come from it. He has a thing about getting people to eat their vegetables and eating healthier, he will shove veggies down your throat before making you drink heaps of water. Not really. He does however make people taste test his cooking, honestly he's gonna let someone else eat it first encase it's gross.

The last bit of his powers is that he can create weapons out of plants, the larger the weapon the more energy he drains, only one weapon may be created at a time.


Background/History:
Cyon was born to a general store owner and Demeter. His childhood was spent learning how to work properly and his father refused to raise a lazy kid. Cyon hated it. He wanted to do things other kids his age did, instead of sorting apples in the produce stand. Perhaps that's what lead to his rebellious teen-hood. What he did love was growing plants for his father, of course he loved his father he just hated the pressure the man put on him. His father worked long hours and without a woman in the house, Cyon was made to be the one to cook the meals in the house and clean. He didn't mind one bit, it was the least he could do. But on the weekends he would leave until Monday, getting into trouble with friends, flings and parties. He wanted to live and he didn't care about the harsh words from his father when he finally came home. Demeter appeared before him on a Saturday as he was about to leave the house. She told him he was her son and he was destined to take her place. Reluctantly he moved to the Academy away from their small town and was ready to meet his destiny.

  PersonalityKera is the type to always want to be in charge, never following others, nor unknowing to the events at hand. Instead she prefers... No. Insists of being in charge, making the decisions, leading others and demanding their respect. Those who defy her are often convinced otherwise, and more often than not that is done through violence, which she uses to get her own way. Much like her father, you will know if you upset her, the signs will be electric.
  
  As such, Kera is harder on herself than any other. She expects great things of herself, and failure can deal to her a massive blow. This is also due to her respect for her father, not wanting to disappoint the god of gods. Kera holds the god highly, often using his name in conversation to bolster her own image, or addressing others as nieces or nephews as if to somehow place them lower than herself. Often she is very serious, with little interest in tricks or games, caring more to approach problems head on.
  
  She is not anti-social however, and does enjoy revelry. Kera will use her time to explain things in conversation, and enjoys some humour, unless it disrespects her personally.

  HistoryFor a large portion of her life Kera was raised by a single mother. Whenever she asked of her father, the only response that she seemed to get was that he was a great man, if not irresponsible at times. A few years after her birth, Kera's mother became infertile, as was discovered when she and her new husband attempted to have a child. The marriage did not last long either, neither did the few others. It seemed she would fall in love, elope, and then the romance would simply fizzle into nothingness, as if she were cursed. Her family always broken.
  
  Growing up in school she was always intelligent, at least for her age. Every game she played she wanted to call the shots, and her presence meant that few argued, and those that did soon learnt their lesson. She was still young when her strength and agility proved themselves to be more than abnormal, and her mother could no longer keep the truth from her. It was a shock, to be sure, but Kera was not afraid, it only gave purpose to her life.
  
  In her early teenage years, Kera attempted to reach Mount Olympus, eager to see her father, to master whatever skills she needed to succeed. She was denied however, and ended up returning home in a fury. The fact that lesser gods had denied her was an outrage, yet what she did not realise was that she was yet to earn an audience. On her journey back, however, the clouds grew black, rain began to pour, and just as she began to look toward the skies, a blinding bolt of lightning struck before her feet, sending the girl onto her backside. At first she thought it was Zeus's anger that she would dare try to visit the gods, yet from the smoke, a spear stood in the blackened, scarred land. As she took the shaft in great anticipation, somehow she knew, this was Chréosi, a gift from her father.
  
  Until the current year, Kera had been taking any steps possible to hone her abilities, and practice with her weapon. Unfortunately for her no instances of mythical beasts arose for her to prove herself. In school she was instructed to go easy, convinced by her mother that doing otherwise would result in her father's wrath, yet there were still times when disobedient 'colleagues' would end up half lodged into a hard wall. Not that she considered them anything close to her equals. Perhaps an academy full of those similar to her would change that, but she doubted it. At least now she could learn some proper skills, rather than those forced by a mortal coil.

  AbilitiesSupernatural strength and agility, though at this time, it is hardly comparable to demigods of old.
  
  Using her spear, Kera can fire lightning bolts where the edge points. These bolts are not of the same strength as one from the sky that Zeus might have thrown, yet they pack more than enough power. Overusing this power can drain her energy, leaving Kera exhausted.

  Chréosi: Or charge, is a long spear, with a large blade enchanted with lightning. The weapon was crafted by Hephaestus, mimicking a small portion of the power of Zeus's thunderbolt. The end crackles and sparks with electricity, and can send a charge through whatever it comes into contact with. It is bound to Kera, allowing her to put energy into the weapon, in order to unleash small thunderbolts from its tip.

Descendant or Mortal Background Until Chosen: Sherri's family has the blood of Hecate, though it's quite thin. There's also a bit of Zeus, but who doesn't trace their family line back to the legendary philanderer at some point? Sherri is unaware of either of these gods being involved in her family line, and honestly could care less.

Assigned God/Goddess: Hecate

Personality: Sherri is rather unpredictable, switching from nice shy girl to huge bitch mode without warning. Those who know her well know her behavior isn't completely unpredictable, though. She spent her time before knowing about gods messing around in roleplay forums and D&D groups where she could play a mage and mess with magic, twisting the rules to attain the most power and versatility she could. Now, she focuses on real life, and can't wait to twist reality with spells and sorcery.

Sherri isn't exactly a people person, and she isn't the best at talking herself out of things. She's clever, inventive, and smart, but she isn't wise, and she makes dumb decisions just like everyone else. She also has a weakness for magic and magical knowledge, which will probably get her into some major trouble if she catches wind of any forbidden knowledge lying about.

Sherri can be spiteful, especially in bitch mode, but she also remembers good things too; Sherri always returns favors, and can't say no to the opportunity to spit in the face of someone who spit in hers or help out someone that gave her an idea for a spell.

Abilities: Magical Insight/Talent - Sherri is inventive and tricky, especially when it comes to magic. She has the smarts and ability to apply magic in ways others don't think of and can't replicate with eerie precision and mastery. She's quick and eager to learn, and will go out of her way to attain new knowledge.

Ethereal Perception - Sherri can't see spirits or other things that are not normally perceptible, but she does get a sort of gut feeling when something of that nature is nearby and/or approaching.

Special item: Magical notes - a notepad that can't be destroyed, when held by Sherri she can choose to write down what she's thinking, making words and images magically appear on the paper. The notepad has 150 pages, and Sherri can choose to erase certain bits to make more room if she ever runs out.

Background: Sherri was an honors student with straight A's in highschool before she got involved in this god successor business, and she was happy to drop the promising future for this wonderful opportunity for the world and her life to gain some color. She found normal life boring, always feeling like her rightful pursuit lay elsewhere, escaping her boredom in the local game shop with weekly D&D sessions, where she played the neutral wizard that thirsted for knowledge and magical ability above all else. Though she has never met Hecate, the goddess gifted her with her notepad, with the first page explaining the situation and having a pleasant end message of: "Good luck, have fun, and don't screw up".

Information about Hecate: Hecate is the greek goddess of magic, crossroads, necromancy, the night, and ghosts. She is multifaced, slightly unpredictable, and mysterious. She has a nasty habit of turning people she doesn't like into animal familiars, like the witch Gale. She is often depicted as holding two torches, lighting up the night.

Personality:
Lena's personality was a product of her upbringing. The culture in which her parent raised her was one of discipline, order, and hard work. Resulting in her considerably aggressive nature and willingness to solve problems with force.

For the most part, Lena is a very passionate and opinionated girl. Always ready with a witty and biting remark, she is intent on proving herself to anyone who questions her. Lena conceals her defensive nature with an aggressive attitude, exhibiting a wild temperament that is apparent when people argue or belittle her. She readily involves herself in confrontations with little to no hesitance. Lena could also be described as a tom-boy. She has an independent, adventurous, and athletic lifestyle. Often preferring solitude.

Background/History: Lena was raised on the outskirts of a medium-sized town deep within the Rocky Mountains of Montana. Raised on a ranch by her father, an ex-marine who raised Lena like a son. Lena had to quickly toughen up. She was taught horseback riding, archery, as well as firearms, hunting and tracking skills, animal care, and other physical activities like construction. She was expected to do as told and still maintain good grades throughout school. At the age of 16, as per her father's request, she became an assistant at the towns veterinary clinic. This is where she discovered two things.
One, that she had a natural affinity with animals.

Two, "Fuck, I'm totally gay"

A few months later she came out to her dad. He wasn't happy. Tensions grew and their personalities clashed. At first, it was loud arguing and minor acts of rebellion, then it became physical altercations, some of which Lena won, then she got kicked out at the age of 20.

She grabbed a few things, including her bow and horse, "Fine, whatever, I don't need you anyway."

The problem was... who's place does she take? Aphrodite or Ares? The parents had a big fight on it for awhile but Harmonia stepped in, gave both of them a big hug, and chose Aphrodite. Obviously, her mother wasn't the happiest but she loves her daughter so much that she has learned to accept it (although there might be some anger left over).

Although she is beautiful beyond compare and every guy goes ga-ga for her, she is rather shy and independent but when she gets to know you? You get to see her wild side. Being daddy's little girl, she loves her father dearly and spends quality time with him every so often. She falls in love fast and she is normally the one to give the heartbreak than receive it. She does love her share of parties and shopping but she also loves her secluded moments where she is not being gazed at for her beauty at all times. She doesn’t play around when she is teaching. You listen up or you pay the price. When she is around her husband it is like she becomes a school girl again and you would not recognize her as Ares. Her entire body language changes to calm and serene- until you dare to say some witty comment and she will chop off your head. Be careful.
