Backstory: Matthias grew up in the town of Brooksdale, outside Hale. He was always a popular guy, and he was well known around town. He was involved in the incidents I mentioned in my last CS in which GLASS attacked the town. He knew everyone in town, and many of those people were lost in the GLASS raid. He went with James to seek out Stone, and it was then he realized his charm was unnatural, and the product of more than just genetics.

Power: Cassiel possesses the power of blood manipulation. Due to the nature of his power, he has a faster-than-normal blood production rate when he uses it. Direct contact with any blood from any organism gives him a limited amount of additional strength. He can also heal himself using blood. Cassiel can take away human blood and absorb it for his own usage. Currently, he has limited ability to freeze and boil somebody's blood when it is still in their body. He can move somebody just by manipulating the blood inside of them. All of the above powers can only be performed when he is in direct contact, or within close range of his enemy. As a last resort, he can drown somebody in blood although it can be an extremely risky move that can result in nothing.
Mastery of Power: Proficient
Skills: He enjoys playing the violin, and he also enjoys origami. (Also, he can make minute ready rice in fifty-eight seconds, but that doesn't really count as a skill, does it?)
Limits: He cannot attack those who do not have some kind of blood.
Weaknesses: Cassiel can literally bleed himself to death by expelling too much blood. In the past, he has gone into shock because of drawing too much blood out of his body. Also, he cannot transfuse any blood to himself that doesn't match his blood type. Likewise, he can't heal himself using any blood that isn't type B or O. If he isn't close enough to his enemy, some of his powers are unable to be used.

Backstory: He was born to two vigilantes who had no affiliation. Regardless of the fact that his parents were pretty much homeless, he lived a pretty happy childhood. Sometimes they would struggle, financially, but at the very least the family was never torn apart. His parents encouraged him to do what he wished to do in the future, and that was to join GLASS.
Extra: Cassiel has an older sister, according to his parents. They never really spoke too much about her, and their conversations about her stopped completely after he had expressed his desire to join GLASS. He knows her name is Arielle, and she is fourteen years his senior.

Whenever hes needed to or wants to, he'll wear an old suit he was given by his father for the prom he never went to.

However, Elliot is not strong, he's weak and cannot lift a 7 pound weight for his life. Though his looks get the better of anyone, not just how strong he is. He can run at a standard speed and probably would last a few minutes but he can't run multiple miles in one turn.

Elliot as explained before, is called by few as: The Charmer. The only reason for this is that he's an exceptional liar. And easy at spotting changes in personality or look. He can read body movement and can spot a small difference in how someone acts or reacts at certain news or events. His lying skills are top notch, being a quick thinker, he's quick on fixing his mistakes. Though if the mistake or problem is too big, he won't be there to fix it.

In most cases his lying hasn't gotten him in trouble, he's lied his way almost out of everything in school, life, he's even been threatened with suspension but he got around it with his charisma checks. While being a great liar, he's also great at the deception of the eye, making something look like something else. It's not a superpower, he can just change a scene or do a quick cleanup job of a messy operation.

Elliot's cool, he's easily calm during certain situations though most he can get frustrated and angry, sometimes nervous. Which can get him in trouble or an even more tougher situation. But nine times out of ten, he can lie his way out of it.
Strengths :
Like noted before, Elliot is a good liar, check one. He's good at doing clean up jobs of finished operations and making a quick change of something in a room. Check two. Elliot can find differences in the look or personality of somebody. How they react to a situation and etc. Check three.
Weaknesses :
A few looks at Elliot shows a skinny, blonde, blue hooded nice looking guy. Though he can not lift a weight for the life of him, and doesn't workout like he might have to. Check one. He also cant control his power like he should, it's tacky and it activates given he's extremely angry and aggressive. Check two. Elliot is also can be easily angered and in certain situations, it can screw him over. It also has the chance of activating his ability.

Plasmakinesis
When activated his power, his forearms is engulfed in his plasma, as well as his legs. His eyes do too but he only does that to try and shoot plasma out of it.

Once the his power is activated he is able to generate plasma and use it for his own personal gain. Of course Elliot's power is dangerously hot and red as hell. With this power, he can use it to jump higher by using his plasma to propel himself up in the air. He can slide across floors with his plasma, at exceptional speeds. Jumping high enough, he can generate a ton of plasma centered at his legs an explode a ring of fiery plasma in a 5 meter radius. He can also shoot it out of his hands but he prefers other techniques.

When his power stops for the 30 minutes, he is forced to wait an unpredictable amount of time for his power to recreate itself.

There has to be oxygen and carbon dioxide in a room for his plasma to form, without these two gasses, he'll die and his power can't be activated,

Backstory :
Elliot was born in Minnesota, where his family was pretty bland, there wasn't anything that happened that was BIG, or exciting. In honest terms, Elliot's family did what every normal family would do, go on vacations, eat dinner, go do exciting fun stuff for a few hours than they got home and they would disperse into their respective rooms.

That was until he got his power, in his own words he said: "Yeah I have no idea how I got this power, I woke up and I could engulf my arms with plasma!! It was quite exciting. But also, no idea."

Strengths: She has good eyesight and keen observation skills. Also, she is a lot stronger than she looks. Arielle is an exceptionally well-rounded fighter, skills honed to near perfection from decades of training.
Weaknesses: Even after surviving so many years of violent combat, she has a bad habit of overthinking things sometimes. Now that she is getting older, she's losing stamina much faster. Consequences of overexertion, at the same time, become more severe.
Power: Arielle has the power of photokinetic wing manifestation. She forms wings out of nearby light sources. They are strongest during daytime for obvious reasons. These wings can be used to shield her from most things. Her wings themselves can be used as massive, deadly blades that never need to be sharpened. If it is daytime, she can blind somebody using her wings. (She doesn't do this when her allies are nearby, of course.) She can fly fast enough to confuse her enemies. Her wings give her an important advantage when it comes to moving around and defending herself during a fight. However, she mostly relies on other weapons to actually land attacks on her enemy. Her favorite gun is the Beretta 92fs.
Mastery of Power: Absolute mastery
Skills: Arielle makes the best chicken soup in STONE.
Limits: There is a limit to how long she can continue to control the light around her to form her wings, and that limit only becomes more limiting as her stamina continues to deteriorate. Her wings can only be increased to a certain size as well. There is a limit to how fast she can fly, and how high she can fly.
Weaknesses: She cannot fight in pitch darkness. (She could, if she held a flashlight, but how would she fight that way?) This isn't a problem she's encountered in an actual battle before, because even at night, there are streetlights and car headlights. In enclosed spaces, her flight advantage is diminished. However, she has busted through roofs, metal, and vaporized tree canopies in the past, so this weakness isn't one hard to get over. If she runs into someone who can absorb light, she is in trouble.

Backstory: She was born to two vigilantes who had no affiliation. When she was fourteen years old, her little brother was born. Three years later, she left to join STONE.
Extra: Her younger brother, Cassiel, is a part of GLASS. Needless to say, she was horrified when she found out.

Everest has dark professional hair almost in a very dapper type of way. He's always fresh and takes pride in his looks, though he can never beat what he calls a "Shitty Relative." It's not everyday he's called "Fancy " or "Cute" but Everest tries his best. Everest almost always wears a tuxedo, or just something fancy, he does this to look professional in the eyes of his enemies and this works as sort of a fear tactic, though it's easily see through.

Since Everest is much older than his "Shitty Relative." He does have tattoos, though their relatively small and have no special meaning, mos are just three letter words spelled out in Binary. Or shapes put into an order to correlate some connection. Everest doesn't really care about them so if they were to suddenly disappear, it's most likely his reaction would be less than blank, he'd probably never notice.

Everest is pretty buff, not like The Terminator shit. But he's pretty strong and his muscles show pretty well with a good flex.

-Everest is terribly scared of his younger brother, however, he's taken it as his life mission to kill him.
Personality:
Everest is a passionate, blood hungry monster. He takes no shits and doesn't take kindly to losing, he's can be easily frustrated given the right conditions and will probably blow something up. Everest is entirely fueled by competition and the blood of his enemies. Though the second one is a joke he pulls a few times. But the only reason he joined up with GLASS is because his brother is in STONE, he loves the fights and it's exhilarating for him.

Although Everest seems like a one sided guy, he keeps a lot more in secret. He's not all blood hungry although he claims it's about 5/6 of his personality. He does have some sort of heart for animals, he doesn't like seeing them harmed and it's disgusting for him to see someone start beating on a cat or a deer.

Everest's power is basically the same as Elliot's. He can move fast, jump high, shoot balls of his plasma at foes and that's it. There are changes however, Everest' plasma is cold, freezing when touching someone's skin. It's icy blue and dangerously bright.

His power also can stay longer, through months of practice, he's had his power last for at least an hour. But with this, his power can "over-cool".

Due to his power lasting an hour, his power has a longer cooldown, and he's forced to stay in a warm area while it warms, if he doesn't, there's a high chance he'll die of hypothermia. Everest has gotten at least over a few frostbites in the last month, overusing his power.

Also it's cold as fuck for him to use it. Which limits his time as well, cause he can die and stuff.

Backstory:
Everest was born in Minnesota, where his father and mother were born, they were essential love birds, a support for an arch. It was beautiful to Everest... That was until his father found another woman, cheated on Everest's mother, and left them, to join this new family. Everest was almost stalking that new family, exploring what was happening, how it was happening. And than one day, he was spying on them, and he saw a young boy. He could only assume that this was their son. Everest could remember a face like that and he soon found out that this kid was going to his school.

Everest over the years would bully the kid, just because he was his... Cousin? Step brother? Half brother? It was confusing to him what to address him as, but it didn't matter. It wasn't until Everest got his power, as did his... Brother. Whenever Everest would bully his Brother, they'd end up fighting, making huge holes in the ground, cracking it and making rumbles and cracks across the area.

Months past and Everest officially changed his name from Edmund Tahoma to Everest Verdana, his mothers last name.

(THE literal only reason this character was created is for interaction with my other characters, self interaction. I also wanted to join in on the hype with relatives being in different factions.)

Personality:
He's a mostly childish and seemingly carefree person. He constantly makes jokes and tries to lighten the mood of tense situations in order to boost team morale. That being said, he is incredibly insecure about pretty much everything except his memes and his aiming skills, scared that he might fail to accomplish something that he needs to. He is terrified of the thought that everything he cares about could be taken away with a single bullet, so he attempts not to get attached to anyone as more than a friend. Whether this attempt ends up successful is yet to be known.


Strengths:
Strategy.

Weaknesses:
Low stamina.
Low pain tolerance.
Impatience.
It is dangerously easy to break his fighting spirit if you manage to use his past failures as taunts.

Power:
Extremely heightened perception.
He can enter a state where his senses and brain processing speed is enhanced so far that everything seems to go in slow motion for him. His vision and hearing are also improved. This is especially helpful in gunfights as he has more perceived time to aim and can react to enemies firing quicker.


Mastery of Power:
Pretty good. However, it's not perfect as there is a chance that is power could straight up fail to activate if he is unable to put his mind into focus.

Skills:
High control of his weapons.
Hand to hand combat.
Engineering.

Limits:
There's every chance for his power to backfire if he uses it too intensely and overload him with sensory information and send him into an anxiety attack.


Weaknesses:
Due to low pain tolerance and his power's reliance on his mind being focused, putting him in pain, be it physical or emotional, will restrict his ability to activate the power.

Backstory:
When he was much younger, he experienced his first taste of death and loss during a school shooting. He was unable to do anything but hide and listen to the screams of his classmates. What made it worse was that he knew he had a power at that time, but he believes that he was too scared to do anything and therefore failed everyone who paid with their lives, when in actuality there really was nothing a child like him could have done in that situation.

When he was older, he began activities as a vigilante.....until GLASS showed up. They brought in their private military, and used superhumans to enforce their laws. It seemed like a good profession, but even if he was free to operate as he saw fit, he didn't want to be restricted by laws that were arguably unreasonable. He also certainly didn't agree to the idea of a private military running everything, believing it took away people's freedom and that GLASS was now ruling with an iron fist armed with superhumans. And so began his activities with STONE.
