Literate Ghost
Lost in her own contemplation, Kara didn't hear the walking armor's voice as he approached behind, and simply tilted her head as she watched Bones step back. Before she could ask what was wrong, however... Her shoulder was touched.
*SSSsssshhhhooooooOOOM --- CCHHHKKK!!*
In an instant, Kara became a blur of movement. In the next instant, there was a golem lying on his back, with Kara looking into its facial visor. To explain what happened, each step will need to be explained in detail.
First, Kara pushed her back against the Golem, causing her (and consequently its) momentum to shift backwards. Alongside this movement, she tilted her upper body to the left (the direction the touch had come from) and used her right hand to grab the arm that she had been touched with. Meanwhile, she used her left hand to grab the right arm of the Golem. Next, she lowered her back and used the backwards momentum generated prior to kick her right leg partially backwards and up, causing it to stick to the Golem's right leg, transferring her momentum into its leg... Thus making its leg move upwards and leave the ground. With its right leg now heading upwards, the flow of the Golem's movement was forced to head forward, as the lowering of her posture served as a pivot point for it to fall over. As soon as the Golem's leg had moved even slightly, Kara's strength ensured that her opponent would meet with the ground.((This happened.))
"Tha's one wazari for me, kara!" she shouted, returning to her standing posture with a look of pride on her face. The 'wazari' she spoke of was a 'half point' used in certain competitions among the Oni. In such competitions, the move she had used would be classified as an 'Uchi Mata' and, as she said, would earn her one wazari.
"S'been a 'ile since ah 'ad t' counter a 'strike', kara. Last time musta been th' Sōgi Kyōen six leaf-falls ago." she said, crossing her arms and reminiscing. The Sōgi Kyōen or 'Strike Feast' was a festival where the Oni would attempt to reach the backs of their opponents. Upon touching someone's back (an action they simply labeled as a 'strike'), they had 3 seconds to remain standing in order to gain a point. If they were countered and struck down, however, the point went to the Oni that they had tried to touch. At the end of the day, each point meant 'a meal or drink of your choice', so the amount of pseudo-fights that broke out on that day was high. To an outsider, that would seem quite dangerous but... To the Oni, it was a joyous occasion that rewarded one's ability to attack and defend. It was especially popular with competitive and gluttonous Oni like Kara.
After nodding to her memory of the child Oni she had thrown 10 meters away into a tree trunk (resulting in his head poking out of the other side) six years prior, Kara turned her attention back to the Golem on the ground. "So... 'O're you karana?"
